Adapun potensi yang dimiliki untuk mempertahankan eksistensi pada era digital adalah skill dan keterampilan sumber daya insani, pemanfaatan teknologi semaksimal mungkin melalui adanya fintech, regulasi yang menjadi payung hukum bagi pelaksanaan praktik perbankan Syariah di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Library Research. Data yang digunakan  adalah jenis data sekunder yang merupakan data pustaka dari membaca dan mencatat yang berasal dari buku online, journal, artikel ilmiah. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah  analisis isi  dengan metode korelasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, dalam menghadapi tantangan di era digital, diperlukan peningkatan skill pada Angkatan kerja di Indonesia dalam memahami penggunaan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) dalam industri, pemanfaatan teknologi digital untuk memacu produktivitas dan daya saing, penggunaan teknologi digital pada pelaku industri, dan inovasi teknologi pada produk perbankan.   Abstract This research aims to analyze the potential of Islamic banks in Indonesia to maintain its existence in the digital era. The potential of Islamic Banking in Indonesia to maintain its existence in the digital era are skills of human resources, utilizing the technology through optimizing the existence of fintech, the regulations that become the legal law shelter for the implementation of Islamic banking in Indonesia. This research is research library research. The data used is a type of secondary data which is library data from reading and taking notes from online books, journals, scientific articles. Data analysis technique employed by content analysis with correlation method. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisa deskriptif dan analisis binari logit atau regresi logistik. Analisis deskriptif berupaya mengungkapkan karakteristik, demografi dan data ekonomi responden dan analisis binari logit berupaya mengetahui faktor probabilitas individu muslim dalam melakukan suatu tindakan dimana dalam penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui probabilitas responden individu tersebut dalam bertindak sebagai muzakki yang melakukan donasi zakatnya secara distribusi langsung ke mustahik. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan bahwa faktor determinasi yang berpengaruh dalam keputusan individu muslim sebagai muzakki yang melakukan donasi zakatnya secara distribusi langsung ke mustahik adalah tingkat pendapatan. Nilai probabilitas muzakki yang melakukan donasi zakatnya secara distribusi langsung ke mustahik dengan memiliki pendapatan Rp 1.000.000,- per bulan adalah sebesar 45,78 % sedangkan probabilitas muzakki yang tidak membayar zakat secara distribusi langsung ke mustahik adalah sebesar 54,22 %. Saran yang diberikan adalah lembaga zakat perlu meningkatkan literasi zakat kepada masyarakat. Selain itu lembaga zakat dapat melakukan kerjasama membuat program zakat komunitas. Literature study, content analysis and descriptive qualitative are the types and approaches used in this research. The results showed that cash waqf crowdfunding is a type of donation crowdfunding which in Islam is included in the Islamic philanthropic scheme in addition to zakat, infaq, alms and qurban. The motivation for the crowdfunding platform is the empowerment of the poor with the spirit and approach of religion, humanity (social) and culture (gotong royong, NKRI and Bhinneka Tunggal Ika). Then there are 8 wakif motivations in cash waqf which are clustered into 3 aspects/approaches, namely religious aspects/approaches, including: (i) religious religiosity/emotional, (ii) empathy altruism, (iii) human interest, (iv) platform credibility. Socio-cultural aspects/approaches include: (i) reinforcement or social influencers, (ii) the spirit of gotong royong and Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, reliability test, validity test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, t test and F test. The results of multiple linear regression test obtained Y = 1.652 + 0.173X1 + 0.393X3. Based on the reliability and validity test, all data were declared valid and reliable. And the results of the normality, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity tests of the data showed normal results, there was no heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity. While the results of the partial test (t test) indicate that the quality of human resources has no significant effect on the internal control system of OPD Deli Serdang Regency but the use of information systems has a significant effect on the internal control system of OPD Deli Serdang Regency. While the results of the simultaneous test (F test) of the quality of human resources and the use of information systems have a significant effect on the internal control system of OPD Deli Serdang Regency. This paper uses the quantitative method. The population of this research was all Islamic Rural Banks in West Sumatra Province of seven banks.  The paper uses The seven Islamic Rural Banks annual reports within 2018-2020 from website Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). The analysis uses the Integrated Maqashid al-Shariah based Performance Measure (IMSPM). The results showed that the performance of the Islamic Rural Banks in the Maqashid Syariah Index with the highest achievement on the object of faith (din) for a period of three years. Primary data sources were obtained through interviews with two suppliers, ten resellers, and three consumers. This study's secondary data sources were obtained from various literature, laws, and regulations. This study shows that the reseller system mechanism at Beteng Trade Center uses an indirect distribution strategy and has met the requirements of the reseller system. The implementation of Islamic business ethics on the reseller system has fulfilled the rights of consumers and the obligations of business actors following the principles of Islamic business ethics in the form of honesty, fairness, trustworthiness, openness, and no element of fraud. Consumer protection in the reseller system at Beteng Trade Center is by UUPK because it meets the rules of UUPK Article 4 No 8, Article 4 letter D, Article 7 letter F and Article 7 letter D regarding consumer protection. This research can be a reference for managing reseller systems and applying Islamic business ethics associated with consumer protection laws. It is hoped that the grant from BMN DJPB can improve the standard of living of the Muslim community. The research methodology used in this research is qualitative descriptive using methods of study literature and policies / regulations related to research problems. While the analysis method used is SWOT analysis. The results showed the transfer of state-owned goods through the grant mechanism is still very little done. Out of a total of 34,283 units of state-owned goods that were abolished, the transfer by grant mechanism was only 1,454 units or 4% of goods were given from all goods. The implication of this study is that it produces maximum benefits for the people and for the economy to create prosperity. The purpose of this research is to analyze internal and external factors and identify strategic priorities for the IPB students' business development through BPRS Botani sharia financing. This study uses the ANP–SWOT method. The results show that strength is the main priority in incubating the IPB students' startup business through BPRS Botani sharia financing. Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats variables are most influenced by IPB's experience and ability (professionalism) in managing business incubators. Many BPRS human resources are inexperienced in providing student business financing, creative economy programs that can support startup development programs, and the difficulty dividing time between main tasks and business inventory when involving lecturers or other campus human resources. Researcher data that used quantitative data derived from secondary data on financial statements in Bank BCA Syariah 2016-2019. The data analysis in this study resulted in the level of the health of BCA Syariah banks in 2016-2019 is ranked composite 1 in the “Very Healthy” category. This proves that the BCA bank Sharia is able to  face the influance of competition.
