Ivanov","doi":"10.1109/APEDE.2018.8542459","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/APEDE.2018.8542459","url":null,"abstract":"In this work, using the AnSoft High Frequency System Simulator (HFSS) program, 3D modeling of the Ku-band parabolic two-mirror antenna for satellite communication in the frequency range (11 ... 12,7) GHz was carried out. The general pattern of the entire antenna system is constructed, in Cartesian coordinates 2D and 3D-space. Electrical and electrodynamic calculations of a paraboloid and a mirror antenna feeder are carried out. An analytical calculation of the main parameters of the horn, including directivity patterns in E and H planes, is performed. The obtained values for the main parameters of the antenna operating in the frequency range 11-12,7 GHz, in particular, the amplification factor (CW), the directivity pattern (DW), the standing wave ratio (SWR) are given. To increase test sequence transmission reliability, it is suggested to use cascade coding with an error-correcting primary code and protective secondary code based on code signal feature. Conducted research shows that semi-byte code word structure provides good balance between correcting ability and informational capacity of the primary code. For development of the scheme of the device a free software of S-Plan is used. By means of Multisim software the operating modes of the transformer of the device power block has modelled. It is shown that in the operating microcontroller it is necessary to realize the program of synchronization with a phase of mains voltage that the transformer turned on only near transition of voltage of network through zero. The installation operates at frequency of 915 MHz and microwave power up to 25 kW. The working chamber of the installation was designed in the form of coordinated load with the basic mode type and on the basis of a rectangular waveguide of increased cross-section. This design of the chamber made it possible to provide intensive heating of grain at a rate of more than 5 deg/sec. Completed tuning and research of the working chamber showed high efficiency of microwave energy transfer to the grain product. Studies of the operation of the plant at a high power level have shown the possibility of starch micronization in a grain product. To improve the performance of the installation and increase the degree of starch micronization, it is proposed to preheat the grain product with superheated steam. Zinc oxide Nanorods were synthesized by hydrothermal method. Investigation of gas-sensitive properties was carried out by the method of impedance spectroscopy. Studies of gas-sensitive properties of zinc oxide showed a significant response of the system to the vapor of reducing gases at room temperature. The model is based on the coupled equations of electrodynamics and heat conduction. Numerical simulation was carried out using the finite element method. The use of the basic principles in electrodynamics - the polarization duality, superposition and orthogonality made it possible to represent the solution of the inhomogeneous Helmholtz wave equations in the form of a superposition of the proper orthogonal E and H-modes without the appearance of hybrid modes.
