This paper attempts to systematically reveal online shopping mechanism of spatial organization from angles of geocyberspace and space of flows; meanwhile, take TaoBao as examples, to detailedly analyze their operation mode and the affecting factors of spatial organization. In this paper, we present our experience of using ARCS model to improve students' motivation when learning computer programming. Different tactics were used to implement ARCS's four components: attention, relevance, confidence and satisfaction. A survey was used to determine the effectiveness of these tactics on students' motivation. Also, students' performance is compared with their peers' performance last year. If the Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) occurred after loading, it can only be solved by the late reinforcement and will result in the existence of dangerous for EMC and safety. To deal with this disadvantage, this paper proposes a power system design schema for communication vehicle with the function of lightning protection and filtering. The EMC safety and system reliability can be guaranteed by using the system device lightning protection and power filter design. For the lecturers, the challenge is in ensuring that the students understand the concepts taught, which is closely related to the increase in their interest towards the subject. For the students, the challenge is mainly to overcome the mind block that programming subject is difficult and to gain and retain understanding on the subject throughout the semester. It is believed that students achievement in programming subject is proportional to their interest in the subject and their interest increases as their understanding improves. It was often seen that students were excited and interested in the subject at the beginning of the semester, but were losing interest gradually as the topics covered became harder and more difficult to understand. Thus, it is important to ensure that students understanding is maintained right from the beginning of the class. To do this, a number of actions were taken, which included close monitoring of their attendance, individual attention to each student during lab sessions, rearrangement of syllabus in order to smoothen the transition from one topic to another and quantifiable distribution of final examination questions. Evaluation was performed at the end of each semester after the implementation of the changes. The system adopts the V4L2 programming interface collect external camera video data, using the CPU internal hardware encoder for H.264 to code compression, by means of the Live555 third party open source library for video stream transmission through the RTSP protocol, using RTSP protocol player supported by VLC. The system has low bandwidth consumption, fast compression speed, low CPU occupancy rate, less heat, stable operation etc. Because this system adopts the standard RTSP protocol, it can use a variety of general player to broadcast live, has the advantages of convenient installation, simple using method and other characteristics. The new denoising scheme is based on the concept of the robustified vector median, which determines the center of a cluster of most similar pixels. The filter output is the average of pixels belonging to the cluster and thus it can be treated as an adaptive trimmed averaging filter. The new filtering design is capable of suppressing mixed impulsive and Gaussian noise, while preserving and even enhancing image edges. The experiments revealed that the new noise reduction design outperforms the standard trimmed vector median and other state-of-the-art methods. This could frequently lead to a considerable number of road accidents. To avoid the problem, automatic methods have been proposed to enhance visibility in bad weather. Methods that work on visible wavelengths, based on the type of their input, can be categorized into two approaches: those using polarizing filters, and those using images taken from different fog densities. Both of the approaches require that the images are multiple and taken from exactly the same point of view. While they can produce reasonably good results, their requirement makes them impractical, particularly in real time applications, such as vehicle systems. Considering their drawbacks, our goal is to develop a method that requires solely a single image taken from ordinary digital cameras, without any additional hardware. For decades, several image enhancement techniques have been proposed. Although most techniques require profuse amount of advance and critical steps, the result for the perceive image are not as satisfied. The method principally uses color and intensity information. It enhances the visibility after estimating the color of skylight and the values of air light. This paper presents an improvement to kernel partial least squares classifier (KPLSC) is proposed to deal with the class imbalance problem. This improvement is applicable to all cases no matter whether the data sets are linearly separable or not.
