O embate do real e irreal surge, então, a partir de uma análise da alegria em sua perspectiva trágica. Um dos aspectos trata da alegria demoníaca, como choque, colisão; e outro da alegria dançante, leve. Ambos como forças afirmativas da vida. Antelo, Molder, Lispector, Deleuze, Nietzsche, Agamben e Potkay são os autores que embasam o artigo. Ao encarar as imagens de Adalgisa propostas por Ismael Nery, Cândido Portinari e o poeta Murilo Mendes, o artigo pretende, diante da escrita de Adalgisa, a desativação destas imagens para que elas se tornem centros vazios, ou seja, que se mantenham novamente disponíveis a outras articulações de história, memória e política. While Dante and Camoes build the machine of the world as a sign of discovery and fascination, and while, for the Italian, the machine appears from the self-purification, and, for the Portuguese, as a reward for his achievements, Drummond is faced with the fantastic explanation of the whole, which deviates him from the wonder and character of conquest of a supreme good.","PeriodicalId":31105,"journal":{"name":"Boletim de Pesquisa NELIC","volume":"17 1","pages":"98-105"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-03-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"https://sci-hub-pdf.com/10.5007/1984-784X.2017V17N28P98","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"42440964","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

They also demonstrate the evolution of the poet’s voice. Furthermore, these poems may relate not only because of this apparent contradiction, but also because of the use of specific images that reveal a poetic procedure, which mobilizes a thematic pillar and suggests the possibility of a “yes” coexisting with a “no” in poetry. Besides, it is possible to draw a timeline between them, considering that both poems convey images from the past, present, and future, in a constant transition.","PeriodicalId":31105,"journal":{"name":"Boletim de Pesquisa NELIC","volume":"17 1","pages":"106"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-03-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"https://sci-hub-pdf.com/10.5007/1984-784X.2017V17N28P106","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"48682492","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Understanding photography as a multifaceted phenomenon. In this essay, we focus on photography as a device that allows to capture and to hold the past. Benjamin, Barthes and Sontag’s thoughts about the photographic language, that point to a problematization of this capture and memory fixation, will help us to analyze the poem “Retrato de familia” from A rosa do povo (1945), to understand how the poem appropriates the photographic language and its culture uses. We perceive from this analysis the reference to the photograph subverts the belief, which is never questioned, that the photo “preserves” the past in a reliably way, so we could retrieve it, since it was kept in the photographic image.","PeriodicalId":31105,"journal":{"name":"Boletim de Pesquisa NELIC","volume":"17 1","pages":"5-14"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-03-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"42572668","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Some of the same elements that were the basis of important readings of Drummond’s poetry such as the roses images in A rosa do povo and Claro enigma or the aporetical status in “A maquina do mundo” seems to be brought together by “Relogio do Rosario” as well, but rearranged in a way that points us to slightly different conclusions . Hence, “Relogio do Rosario” allows a reconfiguration of some of the classical critical scenarios in which Drummond is usually read, providing a point of inflexion to reconsider some of its traditional conclusions.","PeriodicalId":31105,"journal":{"name":"Boletim de Pesquisa NELIC","volume":"17 1","pages":"77-88"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-03-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"45580174","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
