Minat belajar siswa dapat dipengaruhi oleh penggunaan media pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui minat belajar siswa kelas XII MIPA SMAN 1 Ujung Batu terhadap mata pelajaran biologi dengan menggunakan media powerpoint. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis survei dengan instrumen berupa angket yang diberikan kepada siswa melalui google form berisi 30 item pernyataan. Indikator minat pada angket adalah kesenangan, ketertarikan, perhatian, dan keterlibatan siswa pada mata pelajaran biologi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara menghitung skor angket masing-masing siswa, kemudian menjadikannya dalam persentase dan diinterpretasi dengan kategori sangat baik, baik, kurang baik, dan tidak baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan indikator kesenangan siswa sebesar 66,37%, ketertarikan siswa sebesar 72,43%, perhatian siswa sebesar 73,62%, dan keterlibatan siswa 79%. Penelitian ini pada akhirnya menghasilkan simpulan bahwa 72,85% siswa memiliki minat yang dikategorikan baik selama mengikuti proses pembelajaran biologi dengan menggunakan media powerpoint.  Keterlibatan siswa pada mata pelajaran biologi adalah indikator paling tinggi (sangat baik) karena ketika guru menayangkan media powerpoint dan terdapat point materi yang tidak dipahami siswa, maka siswa akan berusaha membacanya berulang kali dan menanyakan kepada guru. Learning will be understood if students have an interest in the subjects they are studying, including biology. Students' interest in learning can be influenced by the use of learning media. The purpose of the study was to determine the learning interest of class XII MIPA students of SMAN 1 Ujung Batu towards biology subjects using powerpoint media. This study was a type of survey with an instrument in the form of a questionnaire that given to students via a google form containing 30 statement items. The indicators of interest in the questionnaire were the students' enjoyment, interest, attention, and involvement in biology subjects. Data analysis was carried out by calculating the score of each student's questionnaire, then making it a percentage and interpreting it with categories of very good, good, less good, and not good.The results showed that the indicators of students’ enjoyment was 66.37%, students’ interest was 72.43%, students’ attention was 73.62%, and students’ involvement was 79%. This study ultimately resulted in the conclusion that 72.85% of students had good interest during the biology learning process using powerpoint media. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui validitas dan kepraktisan media pembelajaran e-learning berbasis edmodo pada materi sistem sirkulasi untuk pembelajaran daring. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model 4-D (define, design, develop, desseminate). Namun tahap desseminate tidak dilakukan karena keterbatasan waktu dan biaya serta kesesuaian dengan tujuan penelitian. Objek penelitian ini adalah media pembelajaran e-learning berbasis edmodo pada materi sistem sirkulasi untuk peserta didik kelas XI. Subjek untuk uji validitas adalah dosen biologi dan guru Biologi SMAN 1 Payakumbuh, sedangkan untuk uji kepraktisan adalah guru Biologi dan 30 orang peserta didik kelas XI SMAN 1 Payakumbuh. Instrumen penelitian adalah angket validitas dan kepraktisan yang dianalisis dalam bentuk persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan bahwa hasil validasi menunjukkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 84,86% dengan kategori valid dan hasil uji kepraktisan menunjukkan nilai rata-rata 87,82% untuk guru dengan kategori praktis dan 91,77% untuk peserta didik dengan kategori sangat praktis. Dengan demikian, media ­e-learning berbasis edmodo pada materi sistem sirkulasi untuk peserta didik kelas XI di SMAN 1 Payakumbuh sudah valid dan praktis untuk membantu proses pembelajaran daring. E-learning is the learning media that use the internet to deliver learning materials from teachers to students and one of it is Edmodo. The purpose of this research was to determine the validity and practicality of the Edmodo-based e-learning media on the circulation system material for online learning. This type of research was Research and Development (R&D) using a 4-D model (define, design, develop, desseminate). However, the desseminate stage was not carried out due to time and cost limitations as well as the suitability of the research purpose. The object of this research was the Edmodo-based e-learning media on the circulation system material for students class XI. The subjects for the validity test were biology lecturers and biology teacher, while for the practicality test were biology teachers and 30 students class XI at SMAN 1 Payakumbuh. The research instrument was a questionnaire of validity and practicality which was analyzed in the form of a percentage. Based on the research results, it was found that the validation results showed an average value of 84.86% in the valid category and the practicality test results showed an average value of 87.82% for teachers in the practical category and 91.77% for students in the very practical category. Subjek penelitian adalah dosen biologi dan guru SMAN 1 V Koto Kampung Dalam sebagai validator media pembelajaran e-learning berbasis edmodo pada materi sistem reproduksi. Angket validitas yang digunakan terdiri dari 4 komponen penilaian: kelayakan isi, kebahasaan, penyajian, dan kegrafikaan. Teknik analisis data penelitian adalah kuantitatif deksriptif yang mendeskripsikan validasi e-learning yang dikembangkan. Hasil validasi pengembangan media pembelajaran e-learning berbasis edmodo pada materi sistem reproduksi kelas XI SMA adalah valid untuk semua komponen penilaian (kelayakan isi, kebahasaan, sajian, dan kegrafikaan) dengan rata-rata nilai uji validitas sebesar 84,43% (valid). Dengan demikian, pengembangan media pembelajaran e-learning berbasis edmodo pada materi sistem reproduksi kelas XI SMA layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. The Covid-19 pandemic has affected the education aspect so that the government has shifted the face-to-face learning process to online and for that we need e-learning learning media. Edmodo is a type of e-learning that looks like Facebook and is easy to use for beginners. Reproductive system material was material that is considered difficult for students. This study aimed to produce a valid Edmodo-based e-learning media on the reproductive system material for class XI High School. This type of study was Research and Development (R&D) using 4-D models: define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui pengaruh tutor sebaya berbasis konstruktivisme terhadap pemahaman konsep dan sikap peserta didik. Penelitian ini adalah quasi experimental design, kelas eksperimen menggunakan metode tutor sebaya berbasis konstruktivisme dan kelas kontrol menggunakan direct instruction. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan soal pemahaman konsep berupa pilihan jamak dan lembar observasi sikap. Analisis data menggunakan uji-t independen dengan  taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh penggunaan tutor sebaya berbasis konstruktivisme terhadap pemahaman konsep (thitung=5,64 > ttabel=2,00) dan sikap (thitung=3,54 > ttabel=2,00) peserta didik. Pengaruh penggunaan tutor sebaya berbasis konstruktivisme terhadap pemahaman konsep dan sikap peserta didik ditandai dengan adanya persentase yang lebih tinggi di kelas eksperimen daripada penggunaan metode direct instruction di kelas kontrol. Indikator pemahaman konsep adalah menafsirkan, mencontohkan, mengklasifikasikan, menyimpulkan, membandingkan, dan menjelaskan, sedangkan sikap yang menjadi fokus dalam penelitian adalah jujur, disiplin, tanggung jawab, toleransi, gotong royong, sopan santun, dan percaya diri. The ability gap of students occurs because students with high academic ability can understand concepts well, while those who are low do not understand concepts and even misconceptions occur and its impact of being an accompaniment of low student attitudes, so it is necessary to empower students with high academic abilities for scaffolding to occur. The study purpose was to determine the effect of constructivism-based peer tutors on students’ conceptual understanding and attitudes. This study was a quasi-experimental design, the experimental class used the constructivism-based peer tutor method and the control class used the direct instruction. This study instrument used the concept understanding questions in the form of multiple choices and the attitude observation sheets. The data analysis used independent t-test with a significance level of 5%. The results showed that there was the effect of using constructivism-based peer tutors on students’ conceptual understanding (tcount=5.64 > ttable=2.00) and attitudes (tcount=3.54 > ttable=2.00). The effect of using constructivism-based peer tutors on students’ conceptual understanding and attitudes were showed by the higher percentage in the experimental class than using the direct instruction in the control class. Penelitian bertujuan untuk  mengetahui pengaruh model BBL terhadap hasil belajar kognitif pada materi Sistem Koordinasi kelas XI MAN 8 Jakarta. Teknik sampling penelitian adalah cluster random sampling. Instrumen penelitian adalah tes tertulis berbentuk pilihan ganda sebanyak 30 soal untuk posttest. Indikator instrumen soal berupa C1-C4. Soal sebagai instrumen penelitian dianalisis terlebih dahulu untuk mengetahui validitas, reliabilitas, taraf kesukaran, dan daya pembeda. Analisis data untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian menggunakan uji t, yang sebelumnya dilakukan uji normalitas dan homogenitas dengan ? 1%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran BBL berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar kognitif siswa (thitung = 4,14 > ttabel = 2,65). Nilai rata-rata siswa pada kelompok eksperimen (84,29) lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelompok kontrol (78,20) dengan selisih 6,09. Nilai rata-rata yang lebih tinggi ini didukung dengan adanya tujuh sintaks dari model pembelajaran BBL, yaitu pra-pemaparan, persiapan, inisiasi dan akuisisi, elaborasi, inkubasi dan pemasukkan memori, verifikasi dan pengecekan, serta selebrasi dan integrasi. The Brain Based Learning (BBL) learning model builds students' knowledge based on the cognitive structure they already have and is based on how the brain works so that learning can be absorbed by the brain optimally. This study aimed to determine the effect of the BBL model on cognitive learning outcome on Coordination System material for class XI MAN 8 Jakarta. The research sampling technique was cluster random sampling. The research instrument was a written test in the form of multiple choice with 30 questions for the posttest. The instrument indicators were in the form of C1-C4 of Bloom’s taxonomy. The questions were analyzed first to determine the validity, reliability, level of difficulty, and distinguishing power. Data analysis to answer the research aim used t-test, which was previously tested for normality and homogeneity with ? 1%. The result showed that the use of the BBL learning model had an effect on students' cognitive learning outcome (tcount = 4.14 > ttable = 2.65). The average score of students in the experimental group (84.29) was higher than the control group (78.20) with a difference of 6.09. Meskipun demikian, data dasar terkait pola distribusi maupun keanekaragaman Bivalvia dan Polyplacophora masih sangat terbatas, bahkan jika dibuat perbandingan dengan Kelas Gastropoda yang kerabat dekatnya.. Tujuan penelitian ini: 1) untuk mengetahui komposisi jenis Bivalvia dan Polyplacophora; 2) mengetahui nilai Indeks Keanekaragaman, Kemerataan dan kekayaan Jenis; dan 3) nilai kepadatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode jelajah. Penelitian ini menemukan enam spesies Bivalvia dan Polyplacophora yakni Hippopus hippopus, Mactra cuneata, Anadara antiquata, Tucetona pectunculus, Pinctada margaritifera dan Achantopleura gemmata. Tingkat keanekaragaman tertinggi berada pada stasiun I dengan nilai H'=1,641. Indeks kemerataan (E) Bivalvia dan Polyplacophora secara berurut pada stasiun I, II, dan III yakni 0,916; 0,821; 0,9. Indeks kekayaan jenis Bivalvia dan Polyplacophora dimana stasiun I berjumlah 1,3294, stasiun II berjumlah 1,6981 dan stasiun III berjumlah 1,5533. Nilai kepadatan tertinggi dimiliki oleh spesies Hippopus hippopus pada stasiun I yakni 0,0008 Ind/m2. Data accuracy is needed in supporting the function of the Liwa Botanical Garden as an ex-situ conservation center. This study aims to obtain data on the diversity of fruit trees in the Liwa Botanical Garden. The inventory results show there are 12 tribes and 15 species of fruit trees, with a total of 572 specimens. The predominant genus is Myrtaceae (46%) and the species most commonly found is Psidium guava L. (25%). Kebun Raya Liwa adalah salah satu kebun raya baru di kawasan Sumatera Bagian Selatan. Akurasi data diperlukan dalam menunjang fungsi Kebun Raya Liwa sebagai pusat konservasi ex-situ. Studi ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data keanekaragaman tanaman buah di kawasan taman buah Kebun Raya Liwa. Hasil inventarisasi menunjukkan terdapat 12 suku dan 15 jenis tanaman buah, dengan total keseluruhan mencapai 572 spesimen. Suku yang mendominasi adalah Myrtaceae (46%) dan jenis yang banyak ditemukan adalah Psidium gujava L.
