Although apple production is second only to that of other fruits in terms of volume, it generates more revenue. In addition, India ranks fifth in total apple production worldwide. As a result, the apple is a fruit that has a significant impact on our economic situation. Apple productivity is primarily influenced by leaf diseases such as scab, cedar rust, black rot, and others. To prevent apple leaf diseases from spreading throughout the tree, it is critical to detect them in their early stages of infection. We proposed a convolutional neural network methodology to accurately and efficiently detect these leaf diseases. The image pre-processing and augmentation methods help us distinguish the region of interest from the background. We then trained and validated our dataset of apple leaf images by applying deep learning algorithms. The Dense Net algorithm, which has a 98.42% accuracy rate, is used to label the leaf diseases in our model.","PeriodicalId":310227,"journal":{"name":"International Journal Of Scientific Research In Engineering & Technology","volume":"227 S719","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140222832","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study analyzes the effectiveness of grid-integrated photovoltaic systems and discusses harmonic mitigation to improve electricity quality. Power quality can be negatively impacted by harmonic distortion due to voltage swings, higher losses, and interference with delicate equipment. As a result, efficient and dependable PV system functioning inside the grid depends on the implementation of effective mitigation techniques. We examine a range of mitigation strategies, such as hybrid solutions, active filters, and passive filters, each with unique benefits and drawbacks in terms of expense, intricacy, and efficiency. The effects of integrating PV systems on grid stability, voltage regulation, and frequency management are also covered in the article, emphasizing the significance of thorough performance analysis. The effectiveness of various harmonic mitigation techniques is assessed by modeling studies and experimental validation, taking into account variables including system efficiency, dependability, and compliance with international power quality standards. The study also looks at how grid circumstances, PV system layout, and size affect harmonic generation and mitigation needs. In this research, a PI and Fuzzy Logic Controllers for an elementary circuit of positive output (P/O) push-pull switched capacitor converter has developed for high power density applications with high sustainability under enormous line and load disturbances. The voltage lift technique is a popular application in electronic circuit design. The power converter performs DC-DC step-up voltage conversion with high efficiency, high power density and cheap topology in a simple structure. The proposed converter combines both switched-capacitor and voltage lift techniques. Referable to the time varying and switching nature of the power electronic converter their dynamic behavior becomes highly nonlinear. Conventional controllers are incapable of providing excellent dynamic performance and hence the fuzzy logic controller can be used as a feed forward controller for controlling power electronic converters. The control algorithm is developed to ensure tracking of the reference voltage and rejection of system disturbances by successive measurements of the converter output voltage at certain time instants within a conduction period.
