The limitations of agricultural land in urban areas require creativity from agricultural stakeholders so that farming businesses can continue to run well. One agricultural actor who is quite creative in utilizing limited land in the middle of the city is the Surya Hijau farmer group. The role of the Surya Hijau Farmer Group in carrying out agricultural activities in the middle of the city with limited land is interesting enough to be studied more deeply. That's why the authors are interested in researching the development strategy of Oyster Mushroom cultivation in the Surya Hijau Farmer Group. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis, which focuses on the problems that exist in the present based on the data collected, then the data is compiled, explained and analyzed based on the relevant theory. Based on the research conducted by the author, it is known that the Surya Hijau Farmers Group has the power with the legality that has been owned, loyal human resources and low commodity prices with good product quality. Opportunities that are owned include; has an extensive market network, community support for urban farming, the possibility of developing production on member lands and the existence of government support. The weaknesses of the Surya Hijau Farmer Group include; the mushroom cultivation area belonging to the Surya Green Farmer Group is limited, the production capacity is small, the capital is limited and the cultivation technology is still simple. Meanwhile, the threats facing the Surya Hijau Farmer Group include; more experienced competitors, uncertain weather changes, Covid-19 pandemic and pest attacks. An alternative strategy that can be applied is to adjust the opportunities you have with your strengths and anticipate weaknesses through your strengths. This activity was carried out by the UNS KKN 146 group to introduce the digitization of MSMEs for marketing and increasing online sales. This activity was conducted using the case study method in order to obtain appropriate and valid data. Collecting data in this study using interview and observation techniques. The population used in this study was all the people of Tengklik Village who participated in the training activities and this population was the sample for this study. The village community was very enthusiastic about taking part in the training and gaining new knowledge. The digitalization of MSMEs is able to increase the marketing of MSME production and increase online sales of MSME production. The results obtained from the socialization are increasing MSME actors' knowledge regarding online marketing or digital marketing. Organic farming activities in Gentungan Village initiated by Tani Mulyo I began targeting Tani Mulyo V. The organic rice produced by Tani Mulyo I and Tani Mulyo V has received organic certification and has received a halal label. However, in developing the marketing of Tani Mulyo I and IV products, there are several obstacles, including the low competitiveness of the products, especially the packaging that has not yet been sold, and the limited marketing reach. Some things are known from the packaging side, the problem faced is the limitations of packaging equipment. Digital-based information and marketing systems are urgently needed to reach a wider market, not only regional markets but are expected to be able to reach markets outside the region or nationally. Overcoming these problems the Program for Strengthening the Capacity of Student Organizations (PPK Ormawa team) Students Association of Pelita UNS carried out several activities, namely: (1) packaging repairs, (2) using a vacuum sealer machine, (3) building a marketing network with the Karanganyar Tentram Organic Farmers Association (APOKAT) and Kans.id, (4) evaluating and monitoring. This service activity was carried out from June-October 2022. The method used in this service includes the stages of Focus Group Discussion, packaging repair, and packaging training organic rice. This service activity aims to make Gentungan Village organic rice packaging more marketable, increase selling prices, increase income and expand marketing reach. This digital marketing training activity is carried out using training methods, demonstrations, and hands-on practice. The primary research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. Intentionally the cities of Magelang, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Solo, and Klaten were determined as the research locations. The research sample was taken using the purposive sampling method with a total sample of 145 respondents. SEM AMOS analyzed data in this study. The results indicate that: a) brand image, product attributes, perceived value, and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on repurchase intention, b) brand image and product attribute have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, product attributes, benefit values, and satisfaction consumers have a significant effect on repurchase intentions, c) service quality and perceived value do not affect consumer satisfaction. These oyster mushroom farmers are attached to the mushroom cluster, which is decreasing yearly due to low bargaining ability in determining the price of production products because traders set the selling price. The purpose of this study is to determine the cost, receipt, profit and efficiency of oyster mushroom farming; assess the pattern of marketing channels used, marketing costs, marketing profits, marketing margins, and farmer's share so that the efficiency of oyster mushroom marketing in Sukoharjo Regency can be known. The research method used is descriptive, carried out in Sukoharjo Regency using the purposive method. The number of samples is determined by the census method and the snowball method. The results showed that the oyster mushroom farming business has been going on efficiently. There are five marketing channels in Sukoharjo Regency. The lowest marketing margins are found in channel V, namely: farmers </span><span>→</span><span> end consumers, while the highest margins are found in channel II, namely: farmers </span><span>→</span><span> collector traders </span><span>→</span><span> retailers </span><span>→</span><span> end consumers. During the COVID-19 pandemic, many industries were unable to deal with this condition. Limited access to distribution hampers product marketing, so an analysis of Ganep's product marketing strategy is needed in order to produce the most effective strategy to implement. The purpose of this study was to determine the appropriate alternative strategies and strategic priorities for marketing Ganep's bread products. The basic method used is descriptive analytical method with purposive. Key informants used in this study were selected purposively and snowball. The analysis used is (1) IFE and EFE Matrix (2) SWOT Diagram and SWOT Matrix (3) QSP Matrix. The results of the study show that there are 4 alternative strategies generated from the SWOT matrix. The strategic priority for Ganep's product marketing is to maintain the quality of existing products and add innovation and variety to the products marketed with a STAS value of 7,761. This activity aims to provide a variety of delicious and attractive product variations and financial literacy and marketing knowledge in facing business competition in the digital era. The action involved 25 partners of tofu producers-members of PRIMKOPTI Magelang City. The methods used in this service activity are lectures, tutorials and discussions. The geographical location and economic conditions in Jatisari Village have the potential to develop porang cultivation in wet fields in Tanduran Hamlet to become an Agroporang Tourism Village. A tourism village is a tourism asset based on the prospect of a town that includes attractions with various unique features that can be empowered and developed into tourism products to attract the attention of tourists. Jatisari 131 Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) students do community service and focus on helping the Jatisari Village Government to develop Tanduran Hamlet into an Agroporang Tourism Village. The development of a tourist village is a process of building and advancing a tourist village. The implementation method involves the Jatisari Village apparatus determining the priority activities to be carried out first. The work program is jointly prepared, and funding is shared in its implementation. The results were that the community increased their awareness of environmental cleanliness. There were signposts to the tourist village, the installation of a photo booth to attract tourists to take selfies and make pamphlets and promotional videos. The work program that has been implemented has increased the public's interest in visiting tourist villages, although the numbers are not yet significant.
