Various obstacles, such as a less extensive market share, monotonous types of business products, un neatly arranged financial records, minimal ability to compete digitally, and declining turnover during the COVID-19 pandemic, cause sluggishness in production activities for tofu entrepreneurs. This activity aims to provide a variety of delicious and attractive product variations and financial literacy and marketing knowledge in facing business competition in the digital era. The action involved 25 partners of tofu producers-members of PRIMKOPTI Magelang City. The methods used in this service activity are lectures, tutorials and discussions.
