The West Kendari Sub-district Office faces significant challenges related to competency, job placement, and human resource development that affect employee performance. This study aims to fill the knowledge gap by exploring the combined effect of the three variables on employee performance. The method used was a quantitative survey with a sample size of 33 respondents. The results showed that employee competence has the greatest influence on performance, followed by human resource development and job placement. Human resource development is proven to make a significant contribution in improving employee performance through continuous training programs. The combination of these three variables showed a greater influence than the influence of each variable separately, indicating the importance of an integrated and holistic approach to human resource management. In a specific context, PT. Aditya Mandiri Sejahtera faces challenges in career development, work culture, and work motivation that have implications for employee performance. This study seeks to fill the knowledge gap by analyzing the effect of career development, work culture, and work motivation on employee performance. The research method used is quantitative with a cross sectional study approach. The sampling technique uses a census and a sample size of 32 respondents. The results showed that simultaneously, the variables of career development, work culture, and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. However, partially, career development has no significant effect, while work culture and work motivation have a positive and significant effect. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of Credit Risk, Liquidity and Efficiency Level on Company Value with Profitability as an Intervening Variable and the influence of Company Value on investment decisions in Banking Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that have met the criteria for the 2016-2022 period. The sampling method used in this research is the purposive sampling method. The sample obtained was 12 banking companies from 41 populations. The research uses secondary data obtained from annual reports on each company's website. The data analysis technique used in this research is path analysis using AMOS 23 software. The results of this research show that credit risk and the level of efficiency have a negative effect on profitability. Liquidity has no effect on profitability. Credit risk, liquidity and efficiency levels have a negative and significant effect on company value. Profitability has no effect on company value. Profitability mediates the influence of credit risk, liquidity, and efficiency level on company value. This research aims to examine the influence of AIS and decision-making effectiveness on the performance of MSMEs in Pematang Serai Village, Tanjung Pura District. Using a quantitative method and a saturated sampling technique involving 35 MSMEs, multiple linear regression analysis was conducted to test the relationship between AIS, decision-making effectiveness, and MSME performance. The research findings indicate that the adoption of AIS has a significant positive impact on MSME performance, with MSMEs effectively utilizing AIS more likely to experience increased revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. Furthermore, the effectiveness of decision-making was found to have a positive impact on MSME performance, enabling MSMEs to respond quickly to market changes, identify growth opportunities, and optimize resource allocation. This study aims to determine the influence of work discipline, occupational health, and occupational safety on employee work productivity at PT. Machine Control & Automation. This research is a replication study using a quantitative approach method. Sampling was taken using purposive sampling with a total sample of 84 employees. Data was obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to respondents. This research analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis with the results of the analysis showing that work discipline, work health and work safety have an influence on employee productivity as proven by the t-test which shows tcount > ttable. The results of the F-test analysis show that work discipline, work health and work safety have a simultaneous effect on work productivity. This can be proven from the results of the f test by paying attention to the value of Fcount > Ftable. And the significance value is <0.05. The limitations of this research are employee productivity which is influenced by work discipline, work health and work safety.
