The models are modified by adding chemotherapy with the 3rd variable represents the concentration of chemotherapy drugs. This research discussed the stability of the mathematical model for cancer treatment by using the combination of oncolytic virus therapy and chemotherapy. This study aims to observe the behavior of equilibrium points. Stability analysis is carried out around the equilibrium points by using the eigenvalues criteria of the Jacobian matrix. The rainbow vertex-connection number of G, denoted by rvc(G), is the smallest number of colors needed to make G rainbow vertex-connected. Let n is integers at least 2, Bn is a brush graph with 2n vertices.
