It was shown that these processes may be having nonequilibrium and irreversible nature. Bond between radiated and non-radiated relaxation or processes of Nonlinear and Relaxed Optics is observed. Physical-chemical and electrodynamics’ aspects of these phenomena are analyzed. Modified Rayleygh models and basic theories of Cherenkov radiation are used for the observation of represented experimental data of 4H-SiC. We show that femtosecond laser irradiation may be generated Cherenkov radiation, which is source of further generation of cascade damages in irradiated matter. Comparative analysis the methods of modeling shock waves processes and cascade model of excitation in regime of saturation the excitation are used for modeling the laser-induced breakdown of irradiated matter.","PeriodicalId":308704,"journal":{"name":"2019 IEEE 8th International Conference on Advanced Optoelectronics and Lasers (CAOL)","volume":"37 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117277223","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Calculated patterns obtained for the film thickness of 100 nm are similar to experimental ones both in statics and in dynamics. This is a confirmation of validity of current ideas concerning the mechanism of development of induced diffraction gratings in AgCl-Ag film. Adjustment of grating parameters in the course of modeling, while focusing on the pattern appearance as a whole, provided new information on properties and parameters of the gratings. The main result is a proof of inherent domain nature of the aggregate of gratings. The proposed modeling is a new tool for analysis of experimental results on diffraction grating development in waveguide films.","PeriodicalId":308704,"journal":{"name":"2019 IEEE 8th International Conference on Advanced Optoelectronics and Lasers (CAOL)","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128472930","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The dual-wavelength SDL itself has been designed to emit two optical beams simultaneously – the short-wavelength beam (usually referred to as the pump) and the long-wavelength beam (signal). The study is performed with the help of the mathematical model based on a set of ordinary differential equations with a time delay. The model takes into account possible absorption of the pump radiation in the active region designed to provide gain for the signal. The steady state operation point, its stability, and transient dynamics of intra-cavity difference-frequency generator (ICDFG) are analyzed. As the pump radiation absorption exceeds the critical value, the operation point is shown to lose the stability within the certain interval of the primary pomp power. The steady-state instability of the ICDFG develops to the multi-scaled oscillations of high amplitude.","PeriodicalId":308704,"journal":{"name":"2019 IEEE 8th International Conference on Advanced Optoelectronics and Lasers (CAOL)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129049801","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Advantages of this design are the simple structure, high efficiency of the optical pumping cell, the possibility of cooling the pumping element, and easiness of modifying the emission spectrum of the optical pumping by changing the chemical composition of admixtures in the sulfur light-emitting cell. A mathematical tool for the simulation of the short-pulse operation of the microwave-pumped laser is proposed basing on the generalized wave equation solving for a regular transmission line with essentially nonlinear dispersion characteristic and substantial dissipation. Possible techniques for the numerical solving the generalized wave equation are discussed.","PeriodicalId":308704,"journal":{"name":"2019 IEEE 8th International Conference on Advanced Optoelectronics and Lasers (CAOL)","volume":"82 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124574923","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
