The Possibility of Using the Concept of Colorimetric Functions in Applied Research

Abstract

The results of the possibility of using the concept of a colorimetric function in solving problems of analyzing the optical characteristics of various phenomena, materials and media are given. The possibility of studying the temperature distribution of pulsed plasma discharges is shown. Using the example of optical coherence tomography, it is shown that the colorimetric function provides the realization of spectral analysis of the optical properties of the sample.
