The purpose of this research is to explain (1) the implementation of character education based on local wisdom, (2) character education management based on local wisdom, and (3) factors that influence the management of character education based on local wisdom. Data were drawn using (1) interviews, (2) participant observation, and (3) documentation techniques. The data were analyzed by means of an interactive model consisting of data collection, data reduction, data display, and inference. The results show that (1) the character values taught in PAUD KB Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyah Cirebon City adopt the kinship system which is one of the local cultural centers in Cirebon City. The local wisdom of the communities in Cirebon is derived from SGJ, especially the sayings of SGJ which imply piety, belief, discipline, wisdom, policy, decency, manners and social life; (2) the character education management that is based on the local wisdom includes planning, implementation, and supervision; (3) the supporting factors in the implementaton of the character education management include the government support, human resources, facilities, programmed activities, support of school residents, parents, and surrounding communities. The inhibiting factors include limited control of the school after the students are off school and the influence of the media. The  local wisdom based character education is planned with reference to the school vision, i.e. \"Forming a smart, good, skilled, and noble learner”. Character education can be integrated into every subject and linked to the context of everyday life. As a supervisor, the principal has supervised and guided the teacher periodically during each turn of the school year. The learning method that is based on local wisdom is in accordance with the reference of the Directorate of Early Childhood Education. Functionally, Songko' Pamiring is still used as a customary tool but has undergone changes especially in the form of its ornamentation. This study aims to study the design of songkok as an applied visual product that focuses on the ornamental variety of songko' pamiring made by traditional craftsmen who live in Paccing Village, Bone Regency. The study was carried out using qualitative research methods, and interdisciplinary approaches. The results show that there have been changes of orientation in making songko' pamiring. The changes include (1) the form, type, and symbolic meaning of songko' pamiring ornamentation, (2) the weaving techniques using additional media, and (3) the ornamental motifs that have become increasingly simple. As a region that has various types of traditional harp (kecapi), South Sulawesi should be able to maintain the instrument in order to remain exist in the community. The government has made policies on local cultural arts in the form of curriculum by raising the local culture as one of the teaching materials that must be offered to the students. The process of traditional kecapi instruction in South Sulawesi is still using modern methods of music theory as a supporter of traditional kecapi instruction. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the development of kitoka as a form of innovation in order to answer the challenges related to the limitations of traditional string instruments especially in the learning process of music in South Sulawesi. In this research there are two types of data, i.e. primary data obtained from observation and direct interview with informants and secondary data as the supplement of the primary data obtained through literature study and documentation. The data that have been obtained through literature study, observation, interview and documentation are divided into categories and analyzed in order to be able to classify them and relate one class of data and the others. The result of this study is that the kitoka musical instrument is developed through innovation by looking at some weaknesses both in the procurement and the visual design of the traditional kecapi. This is certainly able to solve the problem of teaching kecapi in school without having to leave the traditional harp as a cultural product that must be preserved. However, this theater is found in Pangkajene and the Islands and is known as a dance. This theater is even well known as a folk theater performance in Paropo Village, Panakung Subdistrict, and Makassar City, because it is often performed by Sanggar Seni I Lolo Gading at various events and festivals. This study aims to describe and analyze the folk theater focusing on the representation of socio-cultural identity in the coastal communities of Bugis-Makassar in the performance of the folk theater Kondobuleng. Related to the focus of the study, the research background is Paropo Village of the Panakukang District, Makassar. This research used cultural approach with a qualitative analysis method. Lyabelale has a magical function for Bugis community in South Sulawesi because it contains cultural values in their life. For the Bugis ethnic groups, Lyabelale is a child's lullaby that serves as a means of magical ritual in the supporting community. This study aims to examine the magical rituals contained in Lyabelale. This research employed a qualitative method based on an interdisciplinary approach. The study was conducted in three areas where the people were from the Bugis, Bone, Soppeng, and Wajo ethnic groups in South Sulawesi. The results of this study indicate the following.
