Eucalyptus is one of the popular open source private cloud software for building private and hybrid clouds. The benefits of this open source software for private clouds are highly efficient scalability, organization agility, and increased trust and control for IT. These studies perform tests on performance of the services of websites by using performance test tools - LoadUI and Web Performance Load Tester with some security issues purposed. The six evaluation of the performance tests are 1) average response time 2) peak response time 3) error rate of data transmission 4) throughput 5) request service per second and 6) amount of concurrent user in the system. The random signal source is a new signum-based piecewise-linear chaotic map, which provides not only robust chaos against parameter changes but also symmetric bifurcation for zero-thresholding for digital random-bit generation. Chaos dynamics are described in terms of equilibrium and Jacobian analysis, bifurcation diagram, Lyapunov exponent, time-and frequency domain signal, and cobweb plots. Autocorrelation, histogram, and NIST standard tests suite have been realized for statistical analysis of randomness of binary sequence, and the sufficient length of 1,000,000 bits successfully passed all NIST standard tests. Experimental results of digital random-bit sequences on have been performed using Microcontroller. We aim at developing a safety system to support the aged people. Toilet danger detection system (TDDS) is a part of the safety system, which detects the danger and announces the information to outside people. Toilet is a small place for special needs. If there is a dangerous zone in the toilet, it will be more dangerous for aged people than young people. Toilet danger detection system presented in this paper uses a camera to take the toilet photos and uses image processing technique to detect the dangers for aged people. To detect the people edge, the image processing module calculates the difference between the initial toilet photo without people and the taken photo with people. When people edge is located in the dangerous zone, the danger information will be sent. The power system stabilizing controller designed without taking such uncertainties into account may not tolerate and fail to operate. This paper aim at the new robust control design of power oscillation damper (POD) equipped with the doubly-fed induction generator (DFIG) wind turbine. Without difficulty of mathematic modeling, the inverse output multiplicative perturbation is used to represent system uncertainties. The structure of POD is specified as a practical 2nd-order lead/lag compensator with single input. The POD parameters optimization problem is formulated considering the variation of tie-line power flows. The POD parameters are automatically tuned by firefly algorithm so that the damping performance and robustness can be achieved. The waveform generator sends the parameter of the voltage sag waveform to the microcontroller to create the voltage sag. In this paper Optimization Parameter (OP) system is developed in Tianjin low voltage grid for this purpose. The data are taken from EMS. The state estimation is carried out periodically after obtaining real-time data. Taking state estimation results as the basic power flow and simulating AVC operations, the voltage variations and line loss analysis can be calculated for comparison. The system can compare optimization parameters for the real grid or the virtual grid. lt's depending on whether considering the actual capacity of reactive power compensation equipments. The structure, hardware configuration and data exchange of the system are illustrated. Finally, several analysis tools of the OP system are introduced. With the system, it can be evaluated that effects of reducing line loss benefited from the AVC operations. It can propose coordinating priority of capacitors or on-load regulating transformers. Voltage magnitude, power injection and power flow collected by remote terminal units are used as measurement quantities and the state variables are bus voltage phasor expressed in rectangular coordinates. Hence, the relation between measured data and state variables becomes quadratic function. The problem of state estimation with uncertain but bounded network parameters is formulated as a robust optimization. A solution method based on finding fixed-point of the map obtained by solving a semi-definite programming is also presented.
