The subject of this article is the role of the Finnish Church institution and its influence on shaping the local community. The article presents the possibilities of using and shaping the interiors of temples, depending on the period in which they were created and the function they were to perform.\u0000Methods. The authors of the article present the role of Church institution in Finland from the Middle Ages to the present day. The historical educational role of the church and its contemporary community-building function will be outlined. The authors will also present how these assumptions translate into shaping its architecture.\u0000Results and conclusion. Despite the considerable secularization of society, the Protestant church in Finland still plays a central role in the local community. The church, with its dominant and educational role in the past, became a companion of the inhabitants, providing them with spaces adapted to their needs, regardless of their age or religion. Once limited, single-space forms of temples, today with an extensive program function as local cultural centers and meeting places adapted to the needs of their users.

Human sexuality is an important multidimensional subject for psychological research. However, the study of sexuality remains relatively closed for Ukrainian researchers, primarily due to a lack of valid and reliable measures of sexuality in general, and in particular, measures of psychological patterns in human sexuality. Therefore, the aim of the present study was to validate a self-report English-language tool, the Multidimensional Sexual Questionnaire (MSQ), for the Ukrainian language.\u0000Methods. A total of 1113 Ukrainian-speaking participants were administered the MSQ-UA. The MSQ-UA factor structure was measured using EFA and CFA procedures. Alpha and Omega estimates of internal consistency were calculated. The test-retest reliability was established in a five-week time period. The correlations of the MSQ-UA subscales with relevant psychopathology, personality measures and control statements were accomplished to prove the construct validity of the questionnaire.\u0000Results. Findings indicated that the MSQ-UA is an eleven-dimensional measure, which is almost identical to the original English-language version. Subscales of the MSQ-UA display acceptable excellent psychometric properties of internal consistency (Alpha and Omega within a range of 0.70 to 0.92). The test-retest reliability over the five-week period was appropriate (r=0.68-0.93). The MSQ-UA subscales demonstrated from moderate to high correlations with relevant measures, and the associations were absent or low in cases when criterion measures were irrelevant to the subscale.\u0000Conclusion. The MSQ-UA demonstrated appropriate psychometric properties and may be applied to assess a broad range of psychological patterns in sexual relationships in the Ukrainian-speaking population.

It is aimed to examine the historical background, visiting times, pre- and post-visit practices of mausoleum and grave visits seen in Turkish culture based on the regions of Bolu and Duzce, and to create a classification related to the ways in which the visiting places are named. \u0000Methods. This study covers the places of visit in Bolu and Duzce provinces in general, and visits to mausoleums in particular. Research: traditions, customs, rites, ceremonies have been revealed based on folk beliefs by using the discipline and methods of folklore. The data were collected through interview, participatory observation, and unattended observation methods. \u0000Results. As a result of this study, in Bolu 50, in Duzce 17 the tomb and the grave were examined and it was determined how and according to what these sacred places received their names. \u0000Conclusion. In almost every study conducted on sacred places of visit, various researches have been carried out by different disciplines on the naming of sacred places, and a new naming study was being conducted each time according to the characteristics of the region. This has led to the emergence of independent classifications. In this regard, there has been a need to conduct a comprehensive study of the naming and including the characteristics of the person buried in the grave. The article aims to analyse the manifestations of information asymmetry in the market of educational services to develop proposals for improving the communication programmes of higher education institutions of Ukraine.\u0000Methods. The authors describe the display of information asymmetry in the market of educational services based on a sociological study among the 1st and 2nd-year students of Ukrainian universities, which aimed to study the criteria for choosing an educational programme. The authors used correlation analysis to assess the statistical significance of the influence of individual criteria on the selection of entrants. The survey was conducted at the universities in Ukraine that provide educational services on the bachelor’s degree specialities of 073 Management and 075 Marketing. A critical and comparative analysis of state regulatory measures to overcome information asymmetry was also applied.\u0000Results. The annual decrease in the number of university entrants in Ukraine and around the world has led to increased competition among universities, resulting in an escalation of information asymmetry in the market of educational services and its ‘lemonisation’.\u0000Conclusions. According to the results of the sociological study, despite the high availability of sources of information, at the time of entering the university, the vast majority of students did not consider themselves sufficiently informed about the benefits of studying in the chosen educational and professional programme. Several state regulatory measures have been taken to provide quality educational services in Ukraine and ensure unbiased information about universities. It was revealed that by allocating state-funded places for a specific speciality and university, the government significantly influences the choice of applicants. However, it should be noted that such impact is not very significant for applicants with high scores. Given this, the impact and effectiveness of both the state regulation system of universities in Ukraine and its specific instruments require further study.\u0000Cognitive value. The study results contribute to overcoming the asymmetry of information in the market of educational services, serve as a methodological basis for improving the communication programmes of higher education institutions, promote healthy competition among them. The paper examines the strategic interests and the level of cooperation and influence of India in Afghanistan and its implications for Pakistan.\u0000Methods. The study mainly is based on the following research methods: descriptive, analysis and document analysis, and analytical. The paper is based on the books, scientific papers, studies and researches conducted by the field’s researchers. \u0000Results. We can claim that the work clearly describes the significant role of India that makes its presence justified there to achieve its broader aims via Afghanistan. Although there will remain a sizeable role of US presence in Afghanistan, however, India is providing local socio-economic infrastructure and civil, military, and political services to promote peace and security in the war-torn country, which represents a threat and anxiety for the whole region.\u0000Conclusion. Regional cooperation between the five landlocked Central American republics, Afghanistan, Iran, and Pakistan opens up new directions and opportunities for the development of trade and economic relations. Analysis and synthesis of scientific data regarding defining emotional, cognitive and behavioural disorders. Distinguishing basic diagnostic signs of such disorders in clients. Methods of BSFT psychotherapy.\u0000Results. The following BSFT techniques proved to be the most effective in the work on emotional disorders: problem-free talk, compliments, resource questions and scaling. These techniques can be called the most emotional ones – the techniques that call for your emotions, replenish your psychological resource, help rebuild your emotional attitude to the situation, look at it from a different angle. BSFT-based psycho-correction and psychotherapy of cognitive impairments and behavioural disorders is longer and more fundamental. Effective techniques are goal setting, resource identification, and also there are special turning points, such as the technique of life analysis, which is a variant of scaling as a method, use of coping questions.\u0000Conclusions. BSFT-methods are effective in addressing different disorders – both partial (emotional, behavioural, cognitive) and more complex ones. For today's digital users, these have become insufficient, as using them, they cannot express their thoughts fully. The youth that has developed its own language, has become more hermetic, but not because it rejects other generations. The reason is the inability of older generations to understand the new ways of communication. Seniors find it challenging to learn how to use new technologies and stay up to date with trends. Although young people are able to understand them, the older generation cannot keep up with the news and stays excluded. The lack of mutual understanding results in weaker bonds. Once again, it is possible to observe ICT as a contemporary key competence essential for an adequate, mutually comprehensible exchange of messages. The best way to connect two generations in this aspect is informal education, especially one focusing on intergenerational activities, which will not only reduce the exclusion of a social group such as seniors but will also let them to develop their critical thinking skills, which in the age of the Internet are crucial. Bringing up both generations in two different 'normalities' does not make any of them inferior but simply different. Investing in education, the desire for self-development and learning about the culture of different generations will not only open people's minds but will also have a positive impact on the development of intergenerational solidarity and mutual understanding.

Apart from literature review, the research involves surveys with different entities that would bring an insight into the present situation pertaining to reward practices. Results. The study confirms the significance of the problem between performance evaluation and reward, since there is a weak connection between reward systems and employee’ needs. The majority of respondents approve that reward is bound to the systematic performance appraisal. Results indicate that work experience, acquired knowledge and skills are more often being used, based on high correlation coefficient .435-.784. The ANOVA model shows the accuracy of the regression model with the significance p < .001, whereas the value of independent variables, 66.766 may be used for further research. Conclusions. There is a slight difference between public and private companies concerning the research phenomenon, which makes it a good topic for further research in this field.
