The use of incremental processing to refresh mining results is a promising method. It makes use of previously saved states to save time and energy on re-computation. In this research, we offer a novel increment processing addition to the Map Reduce, the most extensively used methodology for mining the big data by using the Naive Bayes, the J48, and the Random Forest algorithms. Map reduction is a programming model for simultaneous processing and generation of massive amounts of data. We examine Map Reduce employing Naive Bayes, J48, and Random Forest algorithms with a variety of processing features for efficient mining that also saves energy. The Naive Bayes algorithm generates more energy and fewer maps. Priority-based scheduling is a task that allocates schedules based on the jobs’ requirements and utilization. As a result of decreasing the maps, the system’s workload is reduced, and energy efficiency is improved. The typical waste management method starts with garbage generated by municipal residents and deposited in garbage cans at the source. Outdoor containers are not kept up with by municipalities or trash management businesses, production it incredible to know when they need to be cleaned or when they are jam-packed. The author presents a smart city based IoT-allowed solid waste management system in this paper. Its goal is to break beyond the limits of existing waste management techniques. PBLMU and HBLMU end sensor nodes are used to pathway trash bins in residential zones and public area, respectively, in the proposed design. Using an intuitive Graphical User Interface, the garbage collection authority can view and also analyse the unfilled status of every waste bin (GUI). Multiple dustbins can be found throughout the city, university, or home in this paper. These garbage cans are equipped with a sensor that allows them to track their level and weight. Every rubbish bin in the city will be equipped with PBLMU and HBLMU, making it easy to determine which bin is full. The gadget will broadcast the reading along with the Lora WAN Gateway when the bin’s level and weight approach the threshold limit. However, Quality of Service based route formation is a necessary component to evade the network traffic. Thus, the network throughput Performance is a significant factor to adjust to different application. This approach introduced a Developing WSN throughput by using Signal to Noise Ratio and validation component (DTVC) in WSN. The significant aim of this approach to improve the link quality intermediate nodes to participate in the routing path. Here, the Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) measurement is utilized to decide the throughput to discover the best route selection. The Forecasted Transmission Count (FTC) parameter can assist to choose a better route between sender to receiver. This routing parameter can used to reduce the count of transmitter nodes and minimizes the complexity. Finally, the data packets send through the highest link quality node.
