To overcome the problem of spectrum scarcity, the massive number of machine-type devices (MTDs) are allowed to reuse the spectrum resource allocated to the cellular users (CUs) opportunistically. However, the complicated interference caused by channel reusing and the energy efficiency issues pose new challenges on resource allocation. In this paper, we investigate the problem of energy efficiency maximization for MTDs via jointly optimizing channel selection and power control. At first, each MTD is temporally allocated with a predefined transmission power. Next, the channel selection optimization problem is solved by matching with externalities to derive the matching relationship between MTDs and resource blocks (RBs). And the power control optimization problem is solved by the nonlinear fractional programming algorithm. In this paper, we focus on a half-duplex decode-and-forward cache-enabled UAV relaying communication system in downlink scenario and obtain a semi closed-form of the optimal UAV placement by maximizing the system average achievable rate. The design of inter-domain and intra-domain routing protocols in regional routing protocols has a huge impact on network performance. Due to the large overlap of intra-domain area of hybrid routes, large routing overhead and repeated pathfinding between domains, this paper improves the intra-domain routing mechanism and intra-domain routing mechanism of the traditional ZRP protocol based on the large-scale wireless ad hoc network of high-speed mobile scenarios. Different from other protocols to optimize the routing mechanism itself, this paper will establish a multi-center intra-domain routing area based on the neighbor connection degree in order to greatly reduce network overhead. And it establishes adaptive routing based on link quality in the inter-domain routing mechanism. This paper analyzes the performance of the improved routing protocol NA-ZRP through NS2 simulation. However, these object detectors are design for general object, and do not directly apply well to detecting vehicles in aerial image. Vehicles in aerial image occupy smaller pixels comparing to general object in general data set, and have special angle. General object detectors are prone to miss detection and Confuse the roof of the car with the roof of the house in aerial image. Therefor we improved YOLOv3 in order to resolve the task of vehicles detecting. Increasing the depth of network is applied for enhancing network fitting, top-level feature maps are called to provide more detail information for getting better detection effect. However, the existing compressive sensing recovery algorithms with unknown sparsity often require noise power or signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) as the priori conditions, which greatly reduces the algorithm adaptability in multi-user detection. Therefore, an algorithm based on cross validation aided structured sparsity adaptive orthogonal matching pursuit (CVA-SSAOMP) is proposed to realize multi-user detection in dynamic change communication scenario of channel state information (CSI). The proposed algorithm transforms the structured sparsity model into a block sparse model, and without the priori conditions above, the cross validation method in the field of statistics and machine learning is used to adaptively estimate the sparsity of active user through the residual update of cross validation. To solve the problem of high latency and low resource utilization in satellite communications, a novel cyclic multi-level Tree interleaver (CM-Tree) theoretical model based on low memory requirement is proposed in this paper. Under the condition that the BER performance does not decrease, only the original 1/N memory requirement is needed (where N is the number of master interleavers) can achieve the low computational complexity of $log_{N}K$ (K is the number of user accesses). This paper mainly pays attention to graph clustering algorithm and research IA algorithm. We treat weight matrix which reduces the amount of data before the clustering and the Prim’s algorithm which comes from graph theory is introduced to produce the maximum spanning tree. Through sorting and branches interrupted, we can obtain the combination result. The proposed clustered algorithm has advantages in terms of time complexity. In the considered model, the primary transmitter communicates with the primary receiver with the aid of an amplify-and-forward (AF) relay by transmitting OFDM-IM signals. Meanwhile, the secondary transmitter passively senses the spectrum and transmits its own information over those inactive subcarriers of the primary network to the secondary receiver. Through the proposed protocol, inactive subcarriers inherent in the existing OFDM-IM systems can be fully exploited, thus improving the spectral efficiency. To evaluate the performance, closed-form upper bounds on the bit error rate (BER) are derived for both users utilizing the optimal maximum-likelihood detection. The main purpose of this paper is to study the downlink spectral efficiency (SE) of cell-free mMIMO under different power control and precoding schemes over spatially correlated Rayleigh fading channels. The simulation results show that cell-free mMIMO has better downlink performance than cellular mMIMO. In addition, in order to further improve the performance of cell-free mMIMO, we also propose the ad-hoc enabled cell-free mMIMO architecture. Simulation results show that in the proposed ad-hoc enabled cell-free mMIMO architecture, the 5% outage rate increases from 1.04 bit/s/Hz of the original model to 2.82 bit/s/Hz. SOTIF which is unknown and uncertain is caused by non-system failure or personnel misoperation. Advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) that SOTIF cannot be accepted will be dangerous. The unknown triggering events triggered suddenly or exploited by a malicious hacker will pose a threat to vehicle safety. In the field of traditional network security, there have been many pieces of research on vulnerability assessment. This paper establishes hazard graph for SOTIF and triggering event models and proposes a safety assessment method for unknown triggering events of SOTIF and a method to enhances SOTIF inspired by the zero-day vulnerability assessment in the traditional cybersecurity field.
