Homoeopathy can be used in enuresis, however not much research has been done regarding this. This study was aimed to investigate whether homoeopathic medicines have effect in the treatment of patients with primary enuresis. \u0000Method: It is a randomized, single blind placebo control study, conducted at the outpatient department of Bharati Vidyapeeth (deemed to be university) Homeopathic college and research Centre, Pune. Total 45 patients enrolled, out of which 5 were dropped out and 40 completed trials with follow-ups. Outcome assessment was checked according to Likert scale and intensity of symptoms were recorded. \u0000Result: The final outcome was reduction in number of wet nights per week, decreased in no of wet nights per day, decreased in associated symptoms of enuresis along with behavioural change in patients with primary enuresis after 12 -14 weeks of outpatient care. Analysis was done using student paired “t” tests and one sample “t” test. A significant improvement was observed after treatment and patients showed symptomatic relief as well. Mean reduction in intensity of symptoms in experimental group is 23.80, in control group was 9.05 after completion of study. \u0000Conclusion: Constitutional Homoeopathic medicines produced significant effect in improving primary enuresis. Further studies with larger sample size and control group can provide a greater resource for proving that constitutional homoeopathic medicines have an effect in treatment in primary enuresis.

Its main focus on the environmental difficulties that surface mining industries of Jhansi are facing. Quarrying activity produces massive dumps on the ground far from mining sites. However, quarries damages not only the land surface but also the natural vegetation as well as biodiversity. In other words, the severity of mining activities are not only deteriorating the land surface but also restricted the living entities. The abounded mining area in north-eastern part of the district Jhansi were verified and validated by field survey conducted in the year2021. The geographical location of the selected quarry sites ranges from from 25° 26' 27.2616'' N to 25° 28' 17.508 N and 78° 39'5.184' E to 78° 41°49.3008''E and the total geographical area covered as 1532.18 ha. The study was accomplished in four parts i.e., existing state of neighbouring villagers in terms of land resources (demographic outline of villages;landholding and housing condition; agriculture state), environmental imbalance and eco-friendly changes of neighbouring villagers (dust and gaseous contamination; noise pollution; livestock situation; health issues of neighbouring villagers; occupational arrangement), management plan for suitable mitigation measures (stabilizing slopes and creating artificialslopes; backfilling of the quarry pits; adding organic matter on slopes for plantation; protection of quarrying sites) and plan for restoration (afforestation; vetiver grass plantation; development of nature trails; grazing land; aqua-cultural practices; rain water harvesting). The results concluded that, the health of local quarry employees is directly harmed by stone dust, which makes them vulnerable to life-threatening respiratory disorders. About 50% participants facing multiple diseases, about 15% participants face single disease. The mining/quarry area may be developed as above mitigation measures. It is also suggested that remote sensing and GIS/ GPS technique integrated with drone technology may be very helpful for live/ post monitoring of developed mining areas.

Now a days, in the name of modernization, present day generation has brought about a lot of changes in life style and environment. These external forces interact with mental and emotional state of a person to produce certain degree of stress which has made “TENSION” become one’s friend in day to day modern life. People are pushing themselves harder at the price of their health with target-oriented jobs and competitiveness making life more sophisticated. Lifestyles have become sedentary and people are developing unhealthy habits like smoking and drinking from an early age. This is making individuals more vulnerable to illness. Hypertension is common, asymptomatic and leads to lethal complications if left untreated. So early the hypertension detected, more the chances to prevent organ damage. Here we are going to discuss the existing literature and work done in the Essential Hypertension condition and also the effectiveness ofHomoeopathic treatment.

It involves the urinary tract's crystallization process. An obstruction in the ureter can produce renal or ureteric colic, an acute and debilitating pain. It typically happens in the ureter's more constrained regions. It may also be accompanied by other symptoms like hydronephrosis, haematuria, acute pain, nausea, and vomiting. Case Summary: A case of multiple renal calculi in both kidneys with a 19mm calculus lodged at the PU (Ureteropelvic) Junction of the right kidney. The patient presented with severe cutting pain in the lumbar region in the abdomen with radiating pain from the right loin to left. The patient had pain before and after urination. After case-taking, based on the totality of symptoms and repertorization, Homoeopathic medicine, Lycopodium clavatum 200C was prescribed. That proved that Homoeopathic medicines are effective for the expulsion of renal stones. Systematic database searches and manual backtracking through reference list were used to find them. Information on the result, statistical significance, comparison to the placebo or alternative treatment, and side effects were retrieved. The primary studies methodological caliber was assessed until January 2023. In this review, four trials were chosen, and three of them found evidence that the centesimal scale of potency was successful in treating OA. One study had potency on a decimalscale. The majority of the research design substances investigated lacked significant negative effects. The so-called most recent and fresh form of potencies, 50 millesimal (LM scale) has notyet been researched. As conclusion, we were unable to reach any conclusions regarding the proper scale of potency because the data from the published articles was so limited due to the dearth of randomized controlled trials in the field. Since many years, mankind has been afflicted with this condition, which, if left untreated, may progress to End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). The multiple aetiology and risk factors of renal stone disease affect about 12% of the world's population. Understanding the process of stone production is extremely difficult because there are many different types of stones, including calcium oxalate and calcium phosphate. The conventional medical system has used a variety of medications and procedures, including PCNL and ESWL, to treat urolithiasis. However, the rate of recurrence is remainshigh. Extracts from plants are now utilized to treat kidney stones. There is evidence that homoeopathic medications are employed as curative therapies as well. One of the treatments that homoeopaths usually recommend for kidney stone disease is Pareira Brava. Therefore, use of homoeopathic intervention is attempted in the current review in an effort to shed insight on the evolutionary changes in stone production technology and to lower the recurrence rate.
