In terms of profitability, pressure bank earnings are also expected to continue. Banks are expected to still be experiencing a slowdown in profit growth. The purpose of this study is to examine, analyze and deduce the effect of capital adequacy ratio, liquidity ratio, credit risk and efficiency ratios ROA charges against Indonesian commercial banks that went public during the period 2011-2015. The study population is an Indonesia commercial bank which goes public 2011-2015. The number of samples in this study was 40 banks with the dependent variable Return On Asset (ROA) as well as the independent variable Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR, Non-Performing Loan (NPL) and Biaya Operasional Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO). The method used in this research is the Linear Regression Analysis and t-test with a significance level of 5% and processed using EViews 7.1. The results of this study indicate that the NPL of significant positive effect on ROA commercial banks to go public the period 2011-2015. BOPO significant negative effect. CAR and LDR no significant positive effect on commercial banks to go public ROA period 2011-2015. These growth conditions affect the competitiveness of manufacturing companies, then employee performance becomes a matter that must be considered to maintain the competitiveness of the company. This study aims to analyze the performance of contract employees in manufacturing companies (PT. Xacti). This study uses some variables, such as nonfinancial compensation, training, and motivation to analyze the effect of contract employee performance. Data collection techniques using questionnaires with a sample of some contract employees (PT. Xacti). Data collected as many as 119 respondents by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results of the conclusion of this study are as follows: 1) Nonfinancial compensation proved to have a positive and significant influence on the Contract Employee Motivation at PT. Xacti, 2) Motivation has no positive effect on Contract Employee Performance at PT. Xacti, 3) Nonfinancial Compensation has no positive effect on Performance Contract Employees at PT. Xacti, 4) Training proved to have a positive and significant influence on Contract Employee Performance at PT. This research was conducted on mining firms in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2012 2016. Data obtained by accessing the Indonesia Stock Exchange’s website. The samples in this study used purposive sampling technique in order to get a sample size of 18 companies and the number of observations is 65. The results of this study indicate that the connection political affect tax avoidance. Institutional ownership as a moderating variable did not affect the relationship between the political connection and tax avoidance. Each of these dimensions will be partially tested on how it affects customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. In addition, this study also wanted to know which the most influential dimension to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty are. The research sample was 100 visitors who visited the sisha cafe Kemang at least three times within a period of one week. The observations will be analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). By using DEA Approach, input variables used are Third Party Fund, Labor Cost, Capital, while the output variable is Financing and Securities Owned. In the DEA approach, it suggests that bank size has an important role that determines its efficiency or relative inefficiency. The CCR model reflects (multiplication) technical efficiency and scale efficiency, while the BCC model reflects the technical efficiency only, so the relative scale efficiency is the ratio of the efficiency of the CCR model and the BCC model. From the analysis that has been done that 27% of sharia banking Indonesia has achieved efficiency, namely PT Bank Syariah Bukopin, PT BNI Syariah and PT Bank BCA Syariah and the remaining 63% have not been able to achievefull efficiency, the overall efficiency level is still around 92%, this is due to the inefficiency of several Banks such as PT Bank Syariah Bukopin. The purpose of this research is to know customer satisfaction through service recovery. This research is quantitative descriptive research. This research used survey method by using questioner. The sample of this research is the customer of Bank BTN who experienced service failure especially ATM. Purposive sampling is used to select respondents, with 60 respondents and using Statistical for Solutions Products and Services (SPSS) as a technique of data analysis. The results of the research revealed that: 1. Distributive justice is positively related to customer satisfaction, 2. Procedural justice is positively related to customer satisfaction, 3. Interactional justice is positively related with customer satisfaction, 4. Analysis using ratio analysis can provide an assessment of the company’s financial performance, terms of the ratio of liquidity, solvency and profitability as well as it’s financial performance target are given from PT PLN Kantor Pusat, among others Biaya Pokok Penyediaan (BPP), OPEX Non Fuel, Umur Piutang Pelanggan (COP), Pertumbuhan Penjualan, Penyerapan Disburse Investasi APLN, Pengadaan Kendaraan Listrik dan Biaya Administrasi per Pelanggan. The data used are secondary data which includes the company’s financial balance sheet and income statement for three (3) years 2011-2013. Quality and the greater the higher the quality of resources, it also has a greater potential to increase a country’s economic growth. Factors that are important in sources of growth are natural resources, capital, saving, and development of technology. Property natural resources would help the economy of a country, although not enough if not supported by the skill of exploration for natural resources. Both capital and saving is also a factor of production as the dominant element of economic growth for the future. Similarly, the development of technology can be widely accepted as a source of economic growth. This is because the technology that allows manufacturers to produce more with the same input level. The development of technology depends on the ability of science and the quality of education of a country and how much attention on research and development. Results of empirical studies of economic growth showed that the relationship is a strong economic development of a country with a capacity of human capital in the country. However, the dynamic relationship between economic growth with human capital and research & development can be explained since 1980 when Romer and Lucas describe the relationship with the growth model endogenous or new growth theory. In this paper will try to explain briefly the history of the development of the economics of growth theory and briefly review the core of neoclassical model and endogenous growth models. Then, this paper will explain the role of accumulation of human capital and research & development in economic development.
