The data was collected using a specially designed questionnaire consisting of 36 questions. The study was conducted in 2019 at the city hospital in Khabarovsk. The study involved 90 people. The research results are analyzed using relative and average values. The data was collected using a specially designed questionnaire consisting of 36 questions. The study was conducted in 2019 in children's polyclinics in Khabarovsk, Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Birobidzhan. The study involved 84 people. The results of the study were analyzed using relative and average values. The number of hospitals has more than halved, and the number of hospital beds has decreased from 2,037.6 thousand in 1990 to 1,182. 7 thousand in 2017, while the motivation of medical personnel has changed. External professional motivations of medical service providers began to prevail over internal ones. The research method selected questionnaire. The sociological survey involved 156 children aged 6 to 16 years who are undergoing rehabilitation in the neuro-orthopedic department of the Amursky Children's Clinical Center for Medical Rehabilitation in Khabarovsk Statistical analysis of the data was carried out by calculating the relative values.
