The Complete Systematic Land Registration Program has been regulated in Presidential Instruction Number 2 of 2018 concerning Acceleration of Complete Systematic Land Registration throughout Indonesia. The purpose of this program is to accelerate the provision of legal certainty and legal protection of community lands in a sure, fair and safe manner. And this study aims to determine the effectiveness of the PTSL program at the West Aceh National Land Agency. This study uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach and data collection is done by interview. The results obtained in this study are the implementation of the PTSL program at the National Land Agency of West Aceh has been carried out in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning Number 12 of 2017 and the stages of implementing the PTSL program such as planning for location determination, preparation, formation and appointment of the Land Registration Adjudication Committee. Complete Systematic, counseling, physical and juridical data collection, data research/land inspection, completion of PTSL activities, recognition and granting of rights, bookkeeping and certificate issuance. This program is present to improve the quality of family resilience through strengthening of eight family functions. However, in the implementation of this program, there are still some problems that become obstacles to the implementation of the program. This research aims to find out the effectiveness of the implementation of the Family School Program organized by the Bukittinggi City P3APPKB Office. The theoretical concept that researchers use is the theory of effectiveness by Sutrisno with five indicators, namely program understanding, on target, on time, achievement of goals, and real change. Research uses qualitative research methods, with data collection techniques based on interviews, observations and documentation. The results of the research found that the implementation of the Family School Program has not been implemented effectively, because on two indicators, namely on target and the achievement of goals do not run according to the goals behind the formation of the program. {"title":"Analisis Dampak Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Terhadap Etika Penyelenggara Pemilu","authors":"Harid Fendra, Indah Adi Putri, Ria Ariany","doi":"10.58835/jspi.v2i3.8","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.58835/jspi.v2i3.8","url":null,"abstract":"Law number 7 of 2017 has given a mandate to the Election Organizing Honorary Council (DKPP) as the body tasked with assessing and deciding the code of ethics for election organizers with a \"Final and Binding\" nature as stated in article 458 paragraph (13) meaning that there is no further effort other laws that can be taken, the implementation of the phrase \"final and binding\" is considered contrary to the Constitution because it can harm the constitutional rights of the organizers when the decision is wrong and cannot be corrected which can lead to disruption of the independence of the organizers as well as legal certainty and can disrupt the organizers' fair principle, then the judicial review was submitted to the Constitutional Court where the Constitutional Court decided that the phrase \"Final and Binding\" was contrary to the 1945 Constitution because DKPP was part of the general election organizing body and not other general judicial institutions. Continuing to the Administrative Court of course the decision has an impact on the ethics of the organizers, the formulation of the problem in this paper is how the impact of the decision of the Constitutional Court Number: 32/PUU/-XIX/2021 on the ethics of the organizers. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. The data used is secondary data, namely laws, decisions, regulations, books, journals and literature. The results of the study conclude that the decision of the Constitutional Court can have an impact on upholding the principles of Independent, Fair and Legal Certainty but also can not have any impact because 1. The nature of the decision of the Constitutional Court which is Declaratoir Constitutief 2. There is no norm in Law No. 7 of 2017 which regulates the obligation of the DKPP to implement the PTUN decision. 3. So, it is necessary to assess the quality of public services that have been provided to persons with disabilities. Pekanbaru Public Service Mall is one of the places for integrated public services, there are various kinds of government and private agencies that provide public services. With a high number of visits per day, Pekanbaru Public Service Mall is expected to be the answer for people with disabilities to use public services more efficiently, easily, comfortably and safely. This reaserch is a quality research with using interviews, observation and documentation as a method to collect the data. The results of this study indicate that the quality of service at the Pekanbaru City Public Service Mall is very good. Persons with disabilities feel very cared about for their service needs and accessibility. Although there are still shortcomings in the facilities provided, the Pekanbaru Public Service Mall has tried to provide the best service for the people with disabilities. It is proven based on the results of research that people with disabilities feel efficiency, responsiveness and there is no difference between people with disabilities and other communities. The PKK was founded for the welfare of the family, because the family is the community that builds the nation. The purpose of this study is to explain and describe how family welfare empowerment activities (PKK) policies are implemented in work programs in the field of education and skills in Suak Puntong Village, Kuala Pesisir District, Nagan Raya Regency. The research method used was qualitative research with a case study approach. The findings of this study indicate that the existing Pokja II education and skills program, such as sewing training for the community, cooking training, making wedding delivery baskets, stringing Acehnese betel nut, arranging flowers, and other hand skills useful in people's daily lives, is being implemented quite well. The implementation of the 2021 CPNS recruitment was carried out in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, so the government added requirements to take part in the Basic Competency Selection (SKD). The stipulation is that every SKD participant who will enter the exam room must show a PCR/Antigen Swab result with a negative Covid-19 result. This provision is a policy that must be obeyed by all CPNS participants who take part in the SKD. This policy received quite a variety of responses from SKD participants. Based on these facts, the purpose of this study is to find out the causes and relationship of the mandatory PCR/Antigen swab policy with the absence rate of 2021 CPNS participants from the 2021 CPNS SKD in West Aceh. The method used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with participant informants who are absent from the SKD CPNS 2021.
