The regional government of Batubara Regency, North Sumatra Province, is required to be able to make top-down policy adjustments from the central government to policies issued by the regional government in order to overcome the spread of the virus. The problem is the amount of information circulating in the community which makes it difficult to optimally handle Covid-19 in an area. Apart from disinformation about Covid-19 and vaccines, changes to Methode's policy were made by the government to anticipate the spread of the virus. This means that in a crisis situation like this the role of Public Relations from the Regional Government is very important in providing accurate and reliable information in order to gain public trust. This research is qualitative research with descriptive analysis. The purpose of this study is to explain the Crisis Communication of the Batubara District Government in Socializing Public Services During the Covid-19 Pandemic. The results of this study explain the Challenges of Handling Hoaxes in a Pandemic. The conclusion of this study explains the Sense of Crisis in conveying Information and Dissemination of Information regarding the spread of Covid-19. The purpose of conducting this research is to find out the participation of women in achieving the target of Sustainable Development Goals in Sermong Village, Taliwang District, West Sumbawa Regency in 2021, the research method in this study is a qualitative approach using observation, interview and documentation data collection methods, data analysis methods using data collection , data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study are the target of Sustainable Development Goals implemented in Sermong Village in 2021, namely Village Without Poverty, where women participate in the thinking stage and planning stage, in the thinking stage women participate in giving aspirations to participate in the management of Sustainable Development Goals volunteers, and at the planning stage women participate in management to collect population data to design targets for the Sustainable Development Goals in 2021. Where Aceh has special authority in accordance with Law No. 11 of 2006 concerning the Government of Aceh which was born from the Helsinki MoU peace agreement of August 15, 2005. With this agreement, the birth of Qanun No. 3 of 2013 concerning the Flag and Emblem of Aceh which could not be implemented. Because it is contrary to Government Regulation No. 77 of 2007. Where the symbol of the Aceh Government, namely the Star Moon, is considered to contain elements of struggle and separatism. This study focuses on the dynamics of the implementation process of the Aceh flag and emblem symbols as well as the obstacles that occur in the implementation process. The method used is descriptive qualitative with documentation and interview data collection techniques. The results of the study include; There are three indicators that affect political dynamics in the process of implementing the Acehnese symbol, namely (1), Disagreements between the central and regional governments, (2) Overlapping rule of law, (3) Tug-of-war of interests. Meanwhile, obstacles in the implementation process are the content of the policies carried out not in accordance with legal products, the dominance of the interests of the political elite and neglect between the two parties. The conclusion of the problem of implementing symbols to Aceh is that there are complex challenges in the implementation of symbols to Aceh in the form of flags, and emblems. However, not many realize that the Laku Pandai policy also has a further impact on local economic development in the region. Therefore, this study aims to analyze Laku Pandai's policy on local economic development in West Sumatra. This study was designed using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The source of the data used is from interviews with Laku Pandai agents, in this case BRILink agents in Padang City and Solok Regency as representatives of urban, sub-urban and rural areas in West Sumatra. The results show that the Laku Pandai policy issued by the government has an influence on local economic development, especially in West Sumatra. This can be seen from the important role of local economic development that can be seen after the implementation of the BRIlink Agent began in 2016. Important roles that can be seen and felt such as increasing business opportunities, employment, business retention, economic diversification, self-sufficiency, increasing the tax base from the world business and society, quality of life, recognition of local products, and increased competitiveness. This is not surprising because it is accompanied by the discourse of eliminating the existence of honorary workers in November 2023. Even though until now the number of honorary workers has dominated compared to the ASN. This study aims to analyze the procurement of PPPK teachers carried out in Lumajang regency using the Institutional Analysis and Development (IAD) point of view. In this case it will be seen how the agenda is designed to attract as many teachers as possible. Methode Using a case study qualitative research method with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that PPPK procurement in Lumajang is running quite well. Succesfully implementing a Merit System so that the selected teachers are truly highly qualified and competent in their fields. It can be concluded the procurement of PPPK teachers has a structured and more objective implementation plan. The persistence of street vendors in conducting sales activities within the red zone, despite the availability of designated facilities, is the underlying cause of this phenomenon. This suggests a lack of success in the process of formulating policies. This study aims to investigate the phases of policy formulation through the lens of political communication, drawing on Anderson and Sydney's theoretical framework of public policy. Specifically, the research will analyze the communication patterns that emerge during the formulation stage. The present investigation employs qualitative research methodologies, including literature reviews and observation techniques. The findings of the study indicate that the communication strategy employed in the development of this policy does not accurately reflect the requirements of the populace. The observed pattern can be attributed to the exclusion of street vendor unions from the formulation phase of the policy, with their involvement being limited to the implementation stage. This study was conducted in Sukapura Village in West Java Province. The study's goal is to discover how the empowerment program can be used for education, recreation, and research, as well as how it can help the Sukapura community's economy. The research method used is a narrative approach with interviews, observation, and documentation studies with narration with informants chosen by snowball sampling. The obtained data was then analyzed in three ways: data display, data transcription, and data verification. The study's findings indicate that The Gallery of Sukapura has the potential to become a community empowerment program that provides value and benefits because the concept was developed while protecting the existing ecosystem of flora and fauna, ensuring a balance between saving the earth and human development. This study aims to investigate and comprehend the implementation of the PPDB zoning system policy. This method is qualitative in nature. Interviews, observation, and documentation are techniques for collecting data. Communication-wise, the implementation of the zoning policy in SMA Negeri 4 Kisaran has not been optimal. The dissemination of information has been limited to banner placement and social media sharing. In addition, the socialization period ended just one week before the new student admission (PPDB) registration opened. However, SMA Negeri 4 Kisaran's resources, including human resources, facilities, and financial funding, are already quite adequate. The school principal selects human resources, such as the PPDB organizing committee, based on their skills and knowledge. BOS funds provide the financial resources for implementing the zoning policy. The infrastructure and facilities at SMA Negeri 4 Kisaran are already adequate. It is deemed adequate in terms of the disposition and attitude of the implementers, including the appointment of bureaucrats and the incentives provided to them. This is evident in the dedicated service provided by the PPDB organizing committee, which provides detailed explanations to the community visiting the registration site and addresses other issues pertaining to the admission of new students. If you look at the condition of fishermen in Padang City, especially in Pasie Nan Tigo Village, it is a step to carry out this policy so that the fishing community in this village can improve their welfare with the existence of this fishing village. The research was conducted using a descriptive type of qualitative method. Data was gathered through interviews with the chosen informants through a purposive sampling technique, supplemented by observation and documentation studies, and analyzed using Miles and Huberman's data analysis techniques. This study uses the theory of implementation according to Donald S. Van Meter and Carl E. Van Horn, which consists of six variables, namely policy standards and objectives, resources, inter-organizational communication and strengthening of implementing activities, characteristics of implementing agents, disposition of implementors, and the economic, social, and political environment. The results of this study show that the implementation of the Padang Mayor Regulation Number 38 of 2021 concerning the Management of Fishermen's Villages has been running but is not optimal yet. This can be seen in the budgetary resources that were been constrained during the COVID-19 pandemic and the inflation in the city of Padang. As well as the influence of the social, economic, and political environment on the implementation of policies.
