González","doi":"10.14198/GEOGRA2019.10.112","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.14198/GEOGRA2019.10.112","url":null,"abstract":"In the last thirty years, community intervention programs in Chile have established a total equivalence between neighborhood relations, community and neighborhood scale. Despite some positive results in the regeneration of the social link, the contribution of these interventions in the construction of urban citizenship has been less. Neighborhoods-communities do not increase their power to influence urban governance processes. This is the product of an encapsulated conception of neighborhood relations in limited spaces-places, which inhibits the construction of urban networks and broader territorial escalations. Faced with this, the idea of neighborhood geographies is proposed: multiple spatialities, scales and forms of organization that urban living can adopt. Here the neighborhood is understood as a field of possibilities for action: capable of constituting new relational and creative configurations of its own geographies. Through the review of two cases we observe the challenges and possibilities that this approach opens up to community intervention methodologies, including problematizing and denaturing the limits imposed on urban living, accompanying neighborhood communities to redraw their geographies and, starting from this, rethinking their problems and modes of action. | Nos ultimos trinta anos, os programas de intervencao comunitaria no Chile estabeleceram uma equivalencia total entre as relacoes de bairro, a comunidade e a escala de vizinhanca. Apesar de alguns resultados positivos na regeneracao do vinculo social, a contribuicao dessas intervencoes na construcao da cidadania urbana tem sido menor. Bairros-comunidades nao aumentam seu poder de influenciar os processos de governanca urbana. Este e o produto de uma concepcao encapsulada de relacoes de vizinhanca em espacos-lugares limitados, o que inibe a construcao de redes urbanas e ampliacoes de escaladas territoriais. Diante disso, propoe-se a ideia de geografias de vizinhanca: multiplas espacialidades, escalas e formas de organizacao que a vida urbana pode adotar. Aqui o bairro e entendido como um campo de possibilidades de acao: capaz de constituir novas configuracoes relacionais e criativas de suas proprias geografias. To do this, a roadmap is established with three scales. The first one presents a brief overview of the scientific production in tourism, in order to pass, a posteriori, to characterize two different historical-contextual moments. These, without being exclusive or outdated, are characterized by having epistemological imprints related to tourism and space: they are the \"hermetic-traditional\" and the \"socio-hermeneutical\" tendencies. Finally, the third scale includes an introduction to the intra-theoretical complexity of the new trends with which tourism is approached from the geographical sciences. During this time period, the activity of washing clothing and other textiles occurred in laundries, the structures specifically built for this purpose, but also along the banks of the Darro and Genil Rivers. Our research has brought to light hitherto unknown aspects of both the public and private laundries of Granada, which were dispersed by city planning of the period. Focusing on a bioindicator group such as bats, it approves preliminary comparisons between biotopes and make local conservation decisions. For the capture of the bats, fog networks were used that were placed in different parts of the protected area in study to 1100 meters above sea level. A total of 143 individuals were represented in 18 species, three families and 12 genera. Desde los pueblos coloniales, poblaciones tradicionales de pescadores tienen en los recursos pesqueros el mantenimiento de su subsistencia economica y su status quo social anclado en practicas y saberes culturales reproducidos empiricamente a traves de las generaciones. Sin embargo, las barreras resignificaron la actividad en las ultimas decadas aligerando esas poblaciones de derechos y, sobre todo, de alternativas viables de supervivencia en los aspectos mas dilatados. En este estudio se realiza la transposicion del rescate y actualizacion bibliografica, pero dar visibilidad a la realidad de las sociedades pesqueras en su importancia economica y alimentar, en las representaciones sociales simbolicas, en su campo de lucha y resistencia que atraviesa en el mantenimiento identitaria, organizacional y en el desarrollo sostenido coparticipado de gobernanza de sus espacios y recursos naturales. EnglishThe present work presents the contributions of marine socio anthropology around the ethnographic studies of fishing in the Brazilian coast, especially between the decades of 1940 and 2010. Since the colonial years, traditional populations of fishermen have in the fishing resources the maintenance of their economic subsistence and their status anchored in cultural practices and knowledge reproduced empirically through the generations. However, rulers have reframed the activity in the last decades, eliminating these populations of rights and, above all, viable alternatives of survival in the broadest aspects.
