There is a superior product in this business unit, namely processed Jenitri seeds which are processed into handicrafts. Jenitri seeds are not only used as an ornamental tool. In certain beliefs, the work of Jenitri seeds is used as a worship tool and a medical device. Therefore, Jenitri seeds have a fairly high selling value compared to other handicrafts because of their various functions. Adiluhur Tourism Village is a village that is currently under development as a tourist spot with the name Kebumen English Tourism Village (KWIK) and is located in Adiluhur Village, Kec. Adimulyo, Kab. Kebumen. There are 3 business units that are superior and are still in the development stage, namely business units in the fields of tourism (agro-tourism), agriculture (agriculture), and handicrafts (agribusiness). Currently, the primary superior unit in Adiluhur Tourism Village is a business unit in the tourism sector. Agrotourism is managed by CV in collaboration with BUMDes (Village Owned Enterprise) Mulia Jaya. The tour featured in this unit is an introduction to several types of captive animals (various types of snakes, monitor lizards, sea urchins, iguanas, mongooses, Australian geckos, crocodiles, alligator fish, and many more) as well as a museum containing ancient agricultural tools (bronze spoon, harrows, sickles, hoes, nails, antique lamps, and many more). The potential that is being developed in this unit is outbound with the target visitor being Elementary Schools. Workload analysis aims to help PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor in the adjustment of the efficiency of human resources (HR). The method used in this study is the guided free-type interview method. This method makes it easier for the interviewee to freely ask questions to the interviewer regarding workload or in terms of career development at the company. Data analysis techniques were carried out using FTE (Full Time Equivalent) calculations through software in Microsoft Excel. The results of workload analysis by using FTE calculations that are classified as FIT in the mechanical position of Mechanic are CS ASS, Sales Spare Parts, and Cashier. The results that are classified as FIT are not given the recommendation to do a Job Redesign. In addition, the result of the FTE showed that there some positions are classified as Under Fit, CS, SalesForce, Accounting Staff, and Sales Advisor. Dua dari tiga tridarma yang dapat dikatakan wajib adalah penelitian dan pengabdian kepada mayarakat dimana hasil dari tridarma ini harus menghasilkan target luaran berupa sebuah artikel. Untuk memenuhi artikel dibutuhkan pemahaman tentang Oprations Journal System (OJS) untuk menunjang publikasi karya ilmiah yang dihasilkan. Pengabdian ini berjudul pelatihan oprations journal system (ojs) dalam meningkatkan publikasi jurnal ilmiah dosen di lingkungan institut pendidikan nusantara global. kegiatan Ini ditujukan untuk meningkatkan publikasi dosen di lingkungan kampus. Hasil dari kegiatan ini dapat dilihat bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan antara hasil sebelum melakukan pelatihan dan setelah pelatihan sebesar 71%. Hal ini dilihat dari pemahaman peserta tentang jurnal dan cara mengoprasikan oprasional jurnal system. Complementary foods are started to be given to babies aged 6 months, because the nutritional needs to support their growth and development are still lacking if only breast milk. Breast milk only meets the needs of about 60% -70% of a baby's needs after the age of 6 months. Meanwhile, 30% -40% must be met from complementary foods. Therefore, it is very important to educate the community through empowering cadres as an extension in providing assistance to mothers who have toddlers in providing additional food to babies. Community service activities were carried out in the working area of the Megang Health Center on November 12, 2022 with 15 toddler cadres as respondents. The stages of the activities carried out included making leaflets, providing counseling about complementary foods and demonstrating the preparation of complementary foods with a balanced menu (carbohydrates, animal protein, vegetable protein, vegetables and fat) using local ingredients. The results of community service, after conducting knowledge counseling for cadres, the average is 78% in the good category. Then after the demonstration, the cadres were able to make a well-filtered MPASI menu.
