Research in the field of service marketing suggests that this particular sector mainly earns profit from customer retention. Therefore the need of the hour is to design a strong service strategy. It is easy to get a customer through strong advertising or publicity efforts but retaining customers and keeping them delighted is almost impossible for any firm. Therefore they have to continuously keep on innovating in order to understand and surpass the rising customer expectations. But still at times despite of the best efforts of company or service staff some customers due to some or the other reason become dissatisfied with the service firm and as a result stop patronizing and change their loyalty and move to other competitive firms. It is very essential to recover such defected customers. There are certain strategies which, if religiously adopted by the service firms can not only help them bring back the defected customers but also equip them in preventing customer defection at first place itself. Young age is the critical period because at this time youth faces lots of changes in his/her life. They are expected to be the elites in the society. Thus, they should enhance their stress management abilities so as to live a healthy life after entering the society. When a child enters into the youth age, they need to not only adapt themselves to the new life and new environment but also be familiar with many new people, events, and things. The life stress on them is considerable. Therefore, understanding the sources of stress among them and how they can cope with the stress is very important. The researcher found that the stress mainly comes from academic tests, interpersonal relations, relationship problems, life changes, and career exploration. Such stress may usually cause psychological, physical, and behavioral problems. This study finds the causes of stress among youth. So after identifying causes the researcher suggests that more emphasis can be given to development stage of child into adolescence. They should be brought up in the positive environment. More emphasis should be given to the outdoor activities and create hostile learning environment by minimizing the negative impact of stressors. In 1704 Murshid Quli Khan transferred the capital of Bengal from Dhaka to Murshidabad and named the city after his name .The town is situated on the left bank of river Bhagirathi. It is the northern most district of the Presidency Division of West Bengal and lies between 23 o 43’ and 24 o 52’ north latitude and 87 0 49’ and 88 0 44’ east longitude . Under the Nawabs Murshidabad’s glory reached to the highest peak in almost all arenas. As a trading centre Murshidabad became famous. Many scholars came here and settled and they mixed with the local people freely and there developed a cosmopolitan culture. According o Sushil Chaudhury ‘‘It was a golden day of Murshidabad under the Nawabs’’. By the middle of the 18th century Murshidabad became one of the greatest centre of culture and education as the nawabs were the patrons of learned persons. But after the battle of Plassey the scenario of Murshidabad started changing .With the establishment of the British power we see gradual decline of its culture and education. Many of the British policies directly affected Murshidabad such as the shifting of court to Calcutta, introduction of permanent settlement, introduction of western education and declaration of English as the official language instead of Persian. Murshidabad is the only district of West Bengal where Muslims outnumbered the Hindus since 1901 and formed the majority community. Presently this district is a backward district of West Bengal .When we enquire the causes of this backwardness we find education as one of the major causes. The present paper is a modest attempt to analyse the educational progress in Murshidabad under the Nawabs and also under the British. Here the key driving forces are included the capacity of innovation as well as the public availability of IT in different way. Importantly these models may be seen as the convergence of technologies/ fully connected/integrated stage. This research paper is a reflective paper and will make an attempt of presenting the current situation of researches in India .It is evident that there is a great paucity of researches in education .The researches done if at all are lacking in their originality and authenticity. Various challenges are discussed in this paper. The analysis was based on the content analysis and author’s experiences on number of issues related to the difficulties in conduction of researches in education. The findings reveal that the developmental researches are not taken up seriously and therefore there is no rigour in conduction of good quality researches in education.
