The research method used is a survey method using a questionnaire distributed to 43 samples. While the instrument quality testing techniques include validity and reliability tests. The classical assumption test technique uses normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. As for testing the hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis, t test (partial), and f test (simultaneous). The results showed that the Leadership variable (x1) had a significant influence on work discipline (y) as evidenced by the correlation coefficient of the leadership variable (x1) with an rcount test value of 0.490 > rtable 0.300, while the supervisory variable (x2) had an rcount of 0.490 which the value is greater than rtable 0.300. This proves that there is a significant influence between supervision (x2) on work discipline (y). based on the f test shows that the probability value < 0.05, it can be said that there is a significant influence jointly between the independent variables on the dependent variable. This means that there is a positive influence between leadership (x1) and supervision (x2) on work discipline (y). The conclusion of the study is based on calculations, there is a significant influence between leadership and supervision on work discipline. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of exports, imports, GDP and exchange rates on Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves in 1990-2019. This study uses the ECM model which includes stationarity test, cointegration test, long-term test, short-term test, F test, t test, coefficient of determination test ( )  and classical assumption test. Researchers used a purposive testing strategy on 35 employees at the Operation & Support Unit of Bank Mandiri Jember Area. This review uses a quantitative review with an explanatory research approach. The strategy used in this study is a quantitative technique with data collection using an overview of opinion polls, documentation studies, and meetings to obtain information needed for 35 independent employees of the operation and support unit. The examination used in this examination uses a linear regression review as well as other examiners. Furthermore, the data that has been obtained from filling out questionnaires, documentation studies, and interviews with respondents were tested using linear regression review. The research method was used in this research was a verifiable descriptive method by collecting data from field studies, questionnaires and literate studies. The population in this research is a credit card consumer with 40 samples by using sample random sampling method. Primary data in this research are derived from a questionnaire that measures a Likert scale and was statistically treated with an SPSS version 26.0 program, while the data analysis techniques were used simple linear regression and intervariabel correlation techniques. From the research that had been done, there was concluded that the quality of the service has a solid relation with consumer satisfaction. This is known from a coefficient value of credit card services to consumer satisfaction at 0.863 at high relations rates interval. The result of the t hypothesis test stated that there was an effect between the quality of credit card service to consumer satisfaction in Bank KB Bukopin Regional Bandung because it had a higher value t than t table (10.54 > 1.68595). Jasa Marga Branch Surabaya-Gempol. This study analyzed various factors that can affect employee performance at PT. Jasa Marga Branch Surabaya-Gempol (Y). The purpose of the research is to look at the simultaneous influence of work discipline and employee commitment to employee performance at PT. Jasa Marga Surabaya-Gempol Branch, To see the influence of work discipline with partial employee commitment to employee performance, and to know the real influence of each discipline of work factors with employee commitment to the performance of company employees. The population is employees in PT. Jasa Marga Surabaya Branch - Gempol as many as 30 people. The sample was determined from 100% of the total population; therefore, the sample in this study was 30 employees, where the determination was through the technique of total sampling (saturated sampling). This study uses a model of analysis of multiple linear regression data. The model was chosen because it wants to see the significant influence of independent variables on employee performance simultaneously or partially. Conclusions in this study include: (1) factors of recognition of work, performance, work itself, awards and responsibilities simultaneously affect the performance of employees at PT. However, as development progresses, concerns arise about the exploitation of energy use and eventually raise various environmental problems, one of which is the excess of carbon dioxide gas in the air. Therefore, this study aims to determine the causality relationship between HDI (Human Development Index) and environmental pollution in Indonesia as measured by variable carbon dioxide emissions and energy use in 1990-2020. The study used time series data and tested Vector Autoregression using the Eviews ten app. Var test results showed no causality between HDI (Human Development Index) and energy use and carbon dioxide emissions. However, in the long term, HDI is predicted to impact environmental pollution, especially air pollution. This means that the increasing quality of human resources and development does not guarantee that environmental pollution will be reduced.
