Přichod otevřeneho inovacniho modelu přiměl firmy spolupracovat a zapojovat se do vnějsich interakci s cilem podnitit jejich inovacni jiskru, aby se stala jestě konkurenceschopnějsi v celosvětovem i narodnim měřitku. Při vytvařeni intelektualniho kapitalu v Evropske unii bylo dosaženo velkeho uspěchu. V souladu s tim byly poskytnuty nasledne financni prostředky malým a střednim podnikům (MSP) s cilem pomoci jim individualně nebo spolecně vytvařet intelektualni kapital. I přesto, že lidske zdroje, spoluprace a dalsi environmentalni faktory byly uznany za ovlivňujici regionalni kapacitu intelektualniho kapitalu, ptame se, zda tyto faktory nabizeji interaktivně významný vliv na sebe při vytvařeni intelektualniho kapitalu. To umožni identifikaci katalytických ukazatelů pro odborne umistěni regionalnich cinnosti, ktere vytvařeji regionalni konkurencni výhodu. Cilem výzkumu je pomoci strukturniho rovnicoveho modelovani (SEM) a dat z European Innovation Survey (2018) zkouset interaktivni vliv vybraných ukazatelů intelektualniho kapitalu a jejich význam v generovani intelektualniho kapitalu reprezentovaneho patenty, ochrannými znamkami a designovými aplikacemi. Výsledky ukazaly, že ackoli přitažlivost výzkumneho systemu a vazby mezi firmami a akademickými kruhy byly při vytvařeni intelektualniho kapitalu velmi významne, lidský kapital nebyl při vytvařeni intelektualniho kapitalu významný, což je v rozporu s množstvim literatury. Atraktivita výzkumných systemů byla významně ovlivněna strukturou lidských zdrojů a vstřicnosti inovaci clenských statů a vytvařenim intelektualniho kapitalu. Bylo zjistěno, že soukromý, veřejný a rizikový kapital byl silně ovlivněn strukturou prace a vstřicnosti zeměpisu, a take výrazně ovlivnil tendence firem a akademicke obce ke spolupraci. They, however, present a complex challenge in terms of knowledge management (KM). This is partly due to the wide range of stakeholders, the input of government policy, and also the different cultures, practices and expectations of those involved. The research questions are as follows: RQ1: How do participants perceive and experience knowledge creation and transfer in academic industry collaborations? RQ2: How can the intersection between knowledge management literature and AIC inform and improve both disciplines and practices? Methods (1) An analysis of KM literature in terms of AIC. (2) Exploratory in-depth interviews with participant stakeholders of AIC projects. (3) Findings are then analysed in terms of existing concepts in KM literature. Findings Initial findings suggest that a more in-depth acknowledgement of the role of power, tensions and differences between stakeholders is important in understanding and improving the innovation potential of AIC projects. A more nuanced understanding of knowledge transfer is also needed with tailored approaches for particular project stages and organisations. Practical Implications The role of academic industry collaborations in fostering innovation by facilitating knowledge creation and transfer is seen as increasingly important as a social and political priority but KM has so far not yet engaged fully with this.
