Trans Kalimantan, Jawa Tengah Village, Sungai Ambawang District, Kubu Raya District is one of the mosques that had problem in fulfill the demand of clean water for flushing and daily activities. The water used comes from artesian well whose quality and quantity were inadequate. This had an impact on the damage to mosque facilities such as faucet because of rust and the bathtub turn brownish yellow. Besides flushing, activity in the form of mouthwash - gargle using water that was yellowish brown and smelly can potentially cause disease because of the presence of iron, organic matter, microbes, and others. Therefore it needed a water treatment that treats water quality so that it was safe to use. Water treatment was designed using aeration and shell sand filtration with a processing capacity of 1000 liters. The method used in this activity was the participatory method where the youth at the mosque participated in socialization and training activities, making water treatment plants, operation and maintenance water treatment equipment. In addition there was an operational standard manual to facilitate the operation and maintenance of the water treatment equipment.ABSTRACT (INDONESIAN): Masjid Raudhatul Islamiyah yang terletak di Jl.Trans Kalimantan, Desa Jawa Tengah, Kecamatan Sungai Ambawang, Kabupaten Kubu Raya merupakan salah satu masjid yang memiliki permasalahan dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan air bersih untuk wudhu dan aktivitas harian lainnya. Air yang digunakan berasal dari sumur bor yang kualitas dan kuantitasnya kurang memadai. Hal tersebut berdampak pada rusaknya fasilitas masjid berupa keran air wudhu karena karat dan beberapa fasilitas masjid salah satunya adalah bak kamar mandi menjadi berwarna kuning kecoklatan. Selain itu aktivitas wudhu berupa kumur – kumur menggunakan air yang berwarna kuning kecoklatan dan berbau dapat berpotensi mengakibatkan penyakit karena adanya kandungan besi, zat organik, mikroba, dan lainnya. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan suatu instalasi pengolahan air yang mampu mengolah kualitas air sehingga aman untuk digunakan. Pengolahan air yang dirancang menggunakan proses aerasi dan filtrasi pasir kerang dengan kapasitas pengolahan sebesar 1000 liter. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah dengan metode parsipatori dimana remaja masjid ikut berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan, pembuatan instalasi pengolahan air, operasional dan pemeliharaan alat pengolahan air. Swampy peat area generally has a high groundwater level; thus, it can immerse the septic tank in the housing in the area. The height of the groundwater table is approximately 50cm from the surface level, while the depth of the septic tank is 150cm. When the septic tank below groundwater level, this could cause a mix of soil water and septic tank waste. This community development activity aims to educate the community about sanitation and give lecture and training of installing bio-porta septic tank (bacterial portable septic tank) for housing in high groundwater level area. Bio-porta septic tank consists of two drums as sediment tank and aeration tank. Bio balls were used to speed up the decomposition by aerobic bacteria in the tank. An aerator was added to the installation to increase the proliferation of bacteria. The community development activities were pre-test, lecture, post-test, practical and cadre training. Results show that there was an increase of understanding and knowledge of community from 24% to 62% about the septic tank in high groundwater level area. The community also agreed to replace the conventional septic tank into the bio-porta septic tank in the future. The activity also has a positive impact on educating and changing the mindset and attitude the community of Kubang Jaya village in improving the sanitation with an intention to the bio-porta septic tank in the future. ABSTRACT (INDONESIAN): Desa Kubang Jaya merupakan kawasan dataran rendah rawa gambut dan sering mengalami banjir saat musim hujan. Lahan rawa gambut umumnya memiliki muka air tanah tinggi sehingga dapat merendam tangki septik pada perumahan yang terdapat di kawasan tesebut. Rata-rata tinggi muka air tanah sekitar ±50 cm, sedangkan kedalaman tangki septik warga sekitar ±150 cm dari permukaan tanah. Apabila tangki septik terendam, maka hal ini dapat mengakibatkan pencampuran air tanah dengan limbah tangki septik. Oleh karena itu dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan memberikan pengetahuan mengenai sanitasi lingkungan dan memberikan penyuluhan serta pelatihan pembuatan tangki septik bio-porta (bacterial portable septic tank) untuk rumah di lingkungan dengan muka air tanah tinggi. Tangki septik bio-porta terdiri dari dua drum yang berfungsi sebagai tangki pengendapan dan tangki aerasi. Untuk mempercepat proses penguraian oleh bakteri aerob di dalam tangki maka digunakan bio ball atau rumah bakteri. Aerator ditambahkan pada instalasi untuk mempercepat perkembangbiakan bakteri aerob. Kegiatan pengabdian terdiri dari pre-test, penyuluhan, post-test, praktek, dan pelatihan kader. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan terjadinya peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat dari 24% menjadi 62% tentang tangki septik di lahan dengan muka air tanah tinggi. The policy of home-based learning (defined as online learning), that is implemented by the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture becomes a challenge for students, teachers, and educational institutions. Online-based learning is still an unfamiliar concept to the world of education in Indonesia. Lack of preparation and planning during the switch to online-based learning leads to bad learning experiences for both students and teachers alike. This event was aimed towards Indonesian educators to discuss essential elements regarding digital literacy competence, namely basic principles of distinguishing face-to-face classes and online classes, deciding on a format, design, and interaction in online classrooms, as well as the cycle of teaching and learning. As many as 454 participants from the five major islands in Indonesia virtually attended this event on May 13th, 2020. This event utilizes the ADDIE training developmental model elaborated in five stages: 1) Analyze, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, and (5) Evaluation. ABSTRACT (INDONESIAN): Pandemi COVID-19 yang muncul di awal tahun 2020 memberi dampak signifikan dalam berbagai sektor, termasuk Pendidikan. Kebijakan home-based-learning atau pembelajaran jarak jauh yang ditetapkan oleh Kementrian pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Indonesia menjadi sebuah tantangan bagi peserta didik, tenaga pendidik dan institusi pendidikan. Pembelajaran berbasis daring masih asing bagi dunia pendidikan di Indonesia. Kurangnya persiapan dan perencanaan dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar daring berakibat pada pengalaman belajar-mengajar yang buruk bagi peserta didik maupun tenaga pendidik. Kegiatan ini ditujukan bagi tenaga pendidik di Indonesia untuk membahas beberapa elemen penting dalam kompetensi literasi digital seperti prinsip dasar yang membedakan kelas tatap muka dengan kelas daring, menentukan format, desain dan interaksi kelas daring, serta siklus belajar mengajar berbasis daring. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 454 partisipan yang tersebar pada lima pulau terbesar di Indonesia berlangsung secara virtual pada tanggal 13 Mei 2020. This community service was comprised of two sessions – at Swiss German University and SMK Paramarta, Tangerang. The targeted audiences were:1. High school and university students; 2. Media practitioners. Each session was consisted of the following activities: 1.Movie: “More than Work”; 2. Information session by the Director, Luviana; 3. Panel discussion; 4. Question and answer session; 5. Survey. Prior to the execution of each session, a survey was conducted on those who registered to attend. The purpose was to compare the pre-event results with the post-event results of each session. Results of the post-event A survey showed that 84,6% of respondents felt that they have acquired new knowledge about the media industry; and 84,7% of respondents felt that trough this panel discussion, they’ve become more knowledgeable about sexual harassment. Therefore, it can be concluded that the event A was effective in achieving the objective of this community service. Unfortunately, there was a high discrepancy in the number of respondents of the event B at SMK Paramarta, with 32 students responding to the pre-event survey, and only 7 students responding to the post-event survey. Therefore, the comparison was not valid. However, some results were alarming. This means that there is still a long way to go in the mission to educate the young generation about sexual harassment. Through these findings, it is concluded that a special effort must be made for teenagers.ABSTRACT (INDONESIAN): Tujuan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran tentang pelecehan seksual di tempat kerja, terutama di industri media. Pengabdian masyarakat ini terdiri dari dua sesi - di Universitas Swiss German dan SMK Paramarta, Tangerang. Khalayak yang ditargetkan adalah: 1. Siswa sekolah menengah atas dan mahasiswa; 2. Praktisi media. Setiap sesi terdiri dari kegiatan-kegiatan berikut: 1. Film: “More than Work”; 2. Sesi informasi oleh Sutradara, Luviana; 3. Diskusi panel; 4. Sesi tanya jawab; 5. Survei. Sebelum pelaksanaan setiap sesi, survei dilakukan pada mereka yang mendaftar untuk hadir. Tujuannya adalah untuk membandingkan hasil pra-acara dengan hasil pasca-acara dari setiap sesi. Hasil survei pasca-acara A menunjukkan bahwa 84,6% responden merasa telah memperoleh pengetahuan baru tentang industri media; dan 84,7% responden merasa bahwa melalui diskusi panel ini, mereka menjadi lebih berpengetahuan tentang pelecehan seksual. Maka, dapat disimpulkan bahwa acara A efektif dalam mencapai tujuan layanan kepada masyarakat ini. At certain times of the year, water hyacinth grown and spread rapidly due to the lake's high nutrient content, including nitrogen, phosphate, and potassium. These are indicators of pollution from the surrounding populated areas. Inappropriate and poorly timed countermeasures against this invasive species have had many negative effects. One countermeasure that could work, however, is harvesting the water hyacinth as a raw material for handicrafts. A joint team of lecturers, UPH service learning, students, a team from the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB), the Indonesian local government, and local resident carried out a collaborative event to clear one section of Kelapa Lake of both water hyacinth and plastic waste. A numbers of water hyacinth were collected and then processed as a basic material for handicraft products. These handicraft products were then exhibited at an environmental education concert attended by invited guests, including representatives of the Kelapa Dua local government. This event is expected to provide new information about the processing and use of water hyacinth, highlighting its economic value and encouraging more positive activities to decrease water hyacinth and protect the environment.ABSTRACT (INDONESIAN): Danau Kelapa Dua merupakan danau yang sangat penting bagi masyarakat setempat sebagai tempat resapan dan tampungan air. Pertumbuhan eceng gondok di danau ini cukup cepat pada masa waktu tertentu karena adanya kemungkinan air danau yang memiliki kandungan nutrien tinggi seperti nitrogen, fosfat, dan potasium. Oleh sebab itu, invasi eceng gondok pada danau ini menjadi salah satu indikator pencemaran air dari berbagai aktivitas warga di sekitarnya. Penanggulangan yang terlambat dan kurang tepat terhadap invasi eceng gondok memberikan banyak dampak negatif. Salah satu pengontrolan invasi eceng gondok dapat dilakukan dengan memanfaatkannya sebagai bahan baku kerajinan tangan. Kegiatan gotong royong membersihkan eceng gondok dan sampah plastik pada salah satu area danau Kelapa Dua telah dilakukan oleh gabungan tim dosen, service learning UPH, mahasiswa dari berbagai jurusan, tim dari Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana (BNPB), pemerintah dan warga setempat. Setelah kegiatan gotong royong, sejumlah eceng gondok yang dikumpulkan kemudian diolah sebagai bahan dasar produk kerajinan tangan. Berbagai produk kerajinan tangan kemudian dipamerkan pada konser musik edukasi lingkungan. Presentasi produk disaksikan oleh tamu-tamu undangan konser termasuk perwakilan pemerintah daerah Kelapa Dua.
