Multazam","doi":"10.53690/ihj.v1i02.41","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.53690/ihj.v1i02.41","url":null,"abstract":"Latar  Belakang  : Beberapa  pasien  mengeluhkan  respon  dari  staf  RS,  waktu tunggu layanan yang cukup lama, kemudia beberapa pasien juga ternyata mempertimbangkan  kembali untuk menggunakan RSUD kota Makassar sebagai pilihan  untuk  berobat.  Hal  ini  tentu  dapat  berdampak  kepada  menurunnya kepuasan dan minat kembali pasien. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh citra dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan dengan minat kembali psien  pada  RSUD  Kota  Makassar.  Metode  : Jenis    Penelitian  menggunakan metode observational  analitik dengan rancangan  studi cross sectional.  Metode pengambilan  sampel menggunakan  purposive  sampling dilakukan pada pasien rawat   inap   RSUD   Kota   Makassar   yang   telah   memenuhi   kriteria.   Pada pengukuran citra, stress kualitas layanan, kepuasan, dan minat kembali ini diukur menggunakan pengisian kuisioner. Hasil : Terdapat 102 responden yang terlibat pada penelitian ini.  Sebagian besar responden berada pada kelompok usia 20-30   tahun   (36.3%),   berjenis   kelamin   perempuan   (57.8%),   memiliki   tingkat pendidikan SMA (37.3%). Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa terterdapat pengaruh kualitas layanan (0.036) terhadap kepuasan pasien, terdapat pengaruh citra (0.013), kualitas layanan (0.006), kepuasan (0.013) terhadap minat kembali pasien di RSUD Kota Makassar. Namun citra (0,064) tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien di RSUD Kota Makassar. Kesimpulan : Citra, Kualitas layanan, dan Kepuasan mempengaruhi  minat kembali pasien   di RSUD Kota Makassar. This certainly can affect the performance of nurses in carrying out their duties. This study was conducted to analyze the relationship between work fatigue, work stress, work motivation and workload on the performance of nurses in Daya Makassar Hospital. Methods: This type of research uses an analytical observational method with a cross sectional study design. The sampling method using purposive sampling was carried out on Makassar City Hospital nurses who had met the criteria. In measuring work fatigue, work stress, work motivation, and workload, it is measured using a questionnaire. Results: There are 100 respondents involved in this study. Most of the respondents are in the 31-40 year age group (70%), female (69%), have a bachelor's degree in nursing (59%), and work years > 10 years (73%). The results of statistical tests showed that there was an effect of work stress (p = 0.013), work motivation (p = 0.000), and workload (p = 0.000) on the performance of nurses in Makassar City Hospital. However, work fatigue (p = 0.122) did not affect the performance of nurses in Makassar City Hospital. Conclusion: Work stress, work motivation, and workload affect the performance of nurses in Makassar City Hospital. This study aims to determine the relationship between the determinants of the physical and mental workload of nurses with the application of patient safety during the COVID-19 pandemic at Labuang Baji Hospital Makassar.This type of research is a quantitative research with a cross sectional study approach. The sampling technique used total sampling with a total sample of 53 people. Data analysis was carried out univariate, bivariate with chi-square test. The results showed that there was an influence between physical workload (p value = 0.001) mental workload (p value 0.017) on the Application of Patient Safety during the Covid 19 Pandemic Period at Labuang Baji Hospital Makassar. The study stated that from 58115 samples, 32.8% of them or 18828 samples suffered from fatigue. Surveys in developed countries report that 10-50% of the population experience fatigue. The prevalence of fatigue is about 20% among patients who come in need of health services. The purpose of the study was to determine the psychosocial relationship with the incidence of work burnout at PT Sumber Graha Sejahtera, Luwu Regency in 2021. The type of research was quantitative research using the Cross-Sectional Study method. The research sample was 85 people. The data was taken using a questionnaire and then analyzed using the Chi-square test at a 95% confidence level (?=0.05). The nutritional problem that can occur at this time is stunting (short). One of the programs contained in the First 1000 Days of Life Movement in an effort to prevent stunting is specific nutrition intervention. The aim of this research conducted is to knowthe analysis of the specific nutrition intervention program for breastfeeding mothers onthe occurrence of stunting through infectious diseases in children 25-36 months in the work area of the Antang Community Health Center, Makassar in 2021. This research used quantitative research by using path analysis method. The populationsof this research were all children in age 25-36 months with 543 children. The samples of this research were 128 children, with the mother of the children as the respondent. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that the significance value of (1) the effect of breastfeeding counseling on the occurrence of stunting is 0.006, (2) the IMD on the incidence of stunting is 0.162, (3) exclusive breastfeeding on the incidence of stunting is 0.933, (4) the frequency of breastfeeding on the occurrence of stunting is 0.617, (5) the time giving complementary feeding to the occurrence of stunting is 0.446, (6) the effect of breastfeeding counseling on the occurrence of stunting through infectious diseases is the direct influence value 0.245, while the indirect effect value is 0.00015, (7) the effect of IMD on the occurrence of stunting through infectious diseases is the direct influence value of 0.126, while the indirect effect value is 0.00405, (8) the effect of exclusive breastfeeding on the occurrence of stunting through infectious diseases with the direct effect value is 0.010, while the indirect effect value is 0.0233, (9 ) the effect of breastfeeding on the occurrence of stunting through the direct effect is 0.045, while the value of the indirect effect is 0.0604, (10) the effect of the time giving complementary feeding to the incidence of stunting through infectious diseases with the direct effect value is 0.097 while the indirect effect is 0.01115. The conclusion of this research indicate that specific nutrition intervention program for breastfeeding mothers on stunting has not shown a reduction in stunting occurrence in the work area of the Antang Community Health Center, Makassar City. Nyeri saat persalinan meningkatkan kesemasan pada ibu yang meningkatkab resiko terjadinya persalinan lama dan itngginya angka section cesarea. Karena ini sebagai titik penentu apakah seorang ibu bersalin dapat menjalani perslinan normal atau diakhiri dengan suatu tindakan dikarenakan adanya penulit yang diakibatka  nyeri yang sangat berat, maka sangat penting untuk menolong persalinan memenuhi kebutuhan ibu akan rasa aman dan nyaman. Salah satu upaya untuk mengurangi rasa nyeri persalinan adalah dengan teknik massege. \u0000Penelitian ini menggunakan metode peneltian preeksperien dengan rancangan penelitian one group pretest posttest. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu sebanyak 20 ibu bersalin. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi. Data tersebut dianalisis dengan dua macam teknik analisis bivariat dengan menggunakan program spss 24. Sebelum melaksanakan teknik massege sebagian besar responden berada pada skala 406 (nyeri sedang) sebanyak 11 orang (55%). Sesudah dilakukan teknik massege sebagian besar responden berada pada skala 4-6 (nyeri ringan) sebanyak 14 orang (70%). Hasil uji t diperoleh nilai signifika (0,000 < 0,05) artinya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Tidak memenuhi nutrisi yang optimal pada 1000 HPK anak bisa berdampak buruk terhadap pertumbuhan otak yang optimal. Jika pertumbuhan otak tidak optimal, perkembangan kognitif anak pun terhambat. Ini dapat berakibat berkurangnya kecerdasan buah hati. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Intervensi Edukasi tentang Pengasuhan Anak pada 1000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan di Wilayah Puskesmas Takalalla Kab. Soppeng. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasi Eksperimen dengan pendekatan two group pretest and posttest design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu yang memiliki anak usia 0-24 bulan yang berjumlah 32 orang kelompok intervensi dan 32 orang kelompok kontrol. Pengumpulan data melalui Kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji T paired test dengan convidence interval (CI) 95% dan ? < 0.05. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Intervensi Edukasi terhadap Pengetahuan (p= 0.001), Sikap (p=0.000), Tindakan (p=0.002), dan kepercayaan (p=0.000) berpengaruh secara significan terhadap Pengasuhan Anak pada 1000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan di wilayah Puskesmas Takalalla Kab. Soppeng. The population in the study of this is the patient care hospitalized in RSUD Labuang Baji Makassar as many as 5,448 patients. The number of samples were used in the study as many as 70 people with the determination of a large sample of receipts formula Lammeshow and sampling techniques done in purposive sampling. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed by univariate , bivariate with chi-square test. Results of the study show that there is the influence of the quality of service based on tangibles (p value = 0.000), realiability (p value = 0.000), responsiveness (p value 0.000 ) and assurance (p value = 0.000) towards satisfaction patient care inpatient in hospital Labuang Baji Makassar on past pandemics Covid-19. Salah satu penanganan nonfarmakologi paru yang dapat diberikan pada pasien PPOK diantaranya dengan melakukan tehnik pursed lip breathing exercise(PLB) dan meniup balon.Latihanrehabilitasiini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki fungsi paru,mencegah kerusakan, dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup. \u0000Tujuan: Diketahui perbedaan latihan pursed lip breathing dan meniup balon terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot pernapasan pada pasien PPOK. \u0000Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Quasi-Eksperimen, dengan pre post test design pada dua kelompok perbandingan yang berbeda. \u0000Hasil : Peningkatan kekuatan otot napas dan perbedaan signifikansi pada hari ke tiga setelah intervensi meniup balon (median=5870) dan PLB (median=5830) diperoleh nilai p<0,001, sedangkan hari ketujuh setelah intervensi meniup balon (median=5980) dan PLB (median=5880) diperoleh perbedaan signifikansi dengan nilai p<0,001. \u0000Kesimpulan :Meniup balon sangat signifikan pada peningkatan kekuatan otot napas bila dibandingkan dengan PLB pada pasien PPOK.","PeriodicalId":301907,"journal":{"name":"An Idea Health Journal","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123969733","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
