Despite the many efforts to ease the problems, graduate employment issues continue to plague Malaysia’s labor market. We attest the veracity of this remark by the continued and prolonged social issues, as consequences of these problems, faced by many parties including government agencies, higher learning institutions, industries, parents and unemployed graduates themselves. Higher learning institutions and industries are often at odds when it comes to graduate’s quality. Parents and their unemployed children present another social problem. In our contribution to mitigate these issues, this paper proposes a conceptual framework which involves the main stakeholders related to the graduate employment issues. EIS is the information system that can integrate internal and external information, which allows executives formulate plans, explain the indicators, determine organisation performance, mapping productivity and make strategic decision making. Although the implementation of the EIS can be complying using the standard system development life cycle (SDLC) model, the CSFs that affect its development is important to identify to the success of its initiative. Previous studies have examined various CSF to the success of EIS implementation, but explanation the significant of CSF based on the findings in education EIS development needs to discuss further. The study was accomplished through content analysis approaches based on the previous findings on CSF framework in education EIS development study done by the author. The results explained the review of CSF components discovered, (1) organisational contexts, (2) human resources, (3) development activities, and (4) EIS as a product. However, AODV can lead to heavy routing overhead and additional delay due to the flooding broadcast of route request (RREQ) packets during the route discovery cycle. Additionally, the multiple route reply (RREP) packets in response to a single RREQ can also contribute to overhead and additional delay. Thus, a new algorithm called Less Flooding-AODV (LF-AODV) was proposed to reduce the broadcasted RREQ and the transmitted RREP during the route discovery cycle by decreasing the number of nodes involved in the route establishment phase. A simulation test was carried out to compare the difference in performance between LF-AODV and AODV algorithms. The simulation test revealed that the steps of the route discovery process in LF-AODV were significantly reduced, thus improving its performance in terms of packet delivery fraction, end-to-end delay and routing overhead compared to the traditional algorithm. Many studies in developing countries have been conducted without considering the local cultural aspects of the mobile applications for the user interface design. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the usability of mobile applications for three local cultural applications in Malaysian universities to improve the design of mobile applications. The research approach of this article emphasizes the descriptive quantitative results from heuristic evaluation between academics and students in the use of three mobile apps. According to the findings, the academics’ preferences are Jawi, Songket, and Batik, in ascending order, while the students’ preferences are Songket, Jawi and Batik in ascending order. Consequently, both groups preferred Batik as it attains higher means in the heuristic evaluation. Several platforms are used by students to express their feelings such as through social networking sites, blogs, discussion forums and the university survey systems. However, the feedbacks typically contain thousands of sentences and are from various sources which makes analyzing them a cumbersome and tedious work. In this regard, sentiment analysis (SA) has been proposed to automate the process of mining user feedback into valuable information. This paper discusses the principles of SA, its potential benefits, and its application in the educational field based on the synthesis of previous studies. We suggest that SA can help lecturers to easily understand the needs and problems of their students. In Iraq, there are some antecedents facing the higher education institutions regarding the utilization of e-learning systems. In this paper, the researchers proposed a model of a relationship in which a quantitative research design was chosen to verify the proposed factors and construct the relationship among them. The main factors that may affect the IT readiness was declared as three categories: organisation, communication, and technological structure. These three aspects were found to affect the IT capacity and IT capability of the organization that offer the e-learning systems in order to assess the actual use of these systems in the Iraqi higher education institutions. In order to verify that a designed questionnaire, that is reliable and free of errors, two steps of verifications has been followed up. Firstly, a validation phase in which, the questionnaire checked by a panel of experts in the field of e-learning, the comments received was followed up before proceeding to the second phase. Secondly, a pilot study was conducted to check the reliability of the instrument. The collected data has been analysed using the Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient reliability test in SPSS 24 software package. Frog VLE merupakan sistem pembelajaran maya secara Web yang digunakan sebagai sistem pengurusan pembelajaran di semua sekolah di Malaysia. Tiga objektif kajian iaitu mengukur keberkesanan penggunaan Frog VLE terhadap pencapaian Matematik, mengukur tahap kepuasan dan tahap kemahiran menggunakan Frog VLE dalam kalangan pelajar. Pendekatan penyelidikan kuantitatif dipilih melalui reka bentuk eksperimen. Tiga set instrumen digunakan iaitu soalan pengujian, soal selidik dan senarai semak kompetensi kemahiran. Seramai enam puluh orang pelajar dipilih menjadi menjadi sampel kajian. Dapatan kajian ini menunjukkan perbezaan pencapaian Matematik yang signifikan min antara pelajar yang mengikuti pembelajaran melalui Frog VLE berbanding pembelajaran secara tradisional. Tahap kepuasan penggunaan kaedah Frog VLE adalah tinggi dan tahap kemahiran penggunaan kaedah Frog VLE adalah sederhana Implikai kajian ini dapat dimanfaatkan oleh guru dan dijadikan panduan memperbaiki teknik pengajaran dan pembelajaran. Kecemerlangan seseorang pelajar biasanya berkait rapat dengan kecemerlangan guru yang mengajar. Kewujudan guru cemerlang amat diperlukan di semua sekolah dan masalah yang biasa dihadapi oleh pihak pentadbiran sekolah ialah menjadikan seseorang guru itu guru yang cemerlang. Oleh itu tujuan kajian ini dilakukan adalah untuk mendapatkan model guru cemerlang yang terbaik menggunakan dua algoritma dalam teknik pepohon keputusan. Algoritma yang digunakan ialah C4.5 (J48) dan Hutan Rawak (RF). Kajian ini menggunakan data guru cemerlang di sekolah. Atribut yang digunakan merupakan 4 faktor dengan 26 kriteria pemilihan guru cemerlang sebagai input serta 1 output. Set data diambil daripada Sistem Pengurusan Latihan Kementerian Pelajaran Malaysia (SPL KPM) yang ditadbir oleh Sektor Latihan ICT, BPG.
