Como indicador de respiracion celular en cultivos bacterianos expuestos a extractos, se utilizo cloruro de 2,3,5-trifeniltetrazolio. Los extractos metanolico, hexanico y de acetato de etilo, presentaron actividad antimicrobiana contra los fitopatogenos Cmm, Pst y Xcv. De acuerdo con los resultados, el extracto hexanico mostro la menor concentracion Inhibitoria Media Maxima (IC50) contra Pst y Xcv (0.5 ± 0.01 y 1.7 ± 0.36 mg mL-1, respectivamente) por lo que se separo por cromatografia en columna. Como resultado, se aislo y purifico un solido cristalino blanco identificado espectroscopicamente como citlalitriona, dicho compuesto tambien presento actividad contra las bacterias Cmm, Pst y Xcv con una CI50 de 1.0 ± 0.13, 1.0 ± 0.11 y 1.1 ± 0.19 mg mL-1, respectivamente. Estos resultados in vitro abren la posibilidad de utilizar extractos vegetales de J. dioica para el control de las enfermedades causadas por las bacterias estudiadas en el cultivo de tomate, ofreciendo una alternativa al uso de antibioticos o compuestos de cobre. EnglishAbstract: The microplate microdilution method was used to evaluate the inhibition of in vitro growth of Clavibacter michiganensis subsp michiganensis (Cmm), Pseudomonas syringe pv. tomato (Pst) and Xanthomonas campestris pv. vesicatory (Xcv) phytopathogenic bacteria, with extracts of different polarity obtained from roots of Jatropha dioica Sesee (Blood grade), endemic plant species of Mexico valued in traditional medicine for its pharmacological and healing properties. As an indicator of cellular respiration in bacterial cultures exposed to extracts, 2,3,5-triphenyltetrazolium chloride was used. The methanolic, hexane and ethyl acetate extracts showed antimicrobial activity against the phytopathogens Cmm, Pst and Xcv. According to the results, the hexane extract showed the lowest Maximum Average Inhibitory concentration (IC50) against Pst and Xcv (0.5 ± 0.01 and 1.7 ± 0.36 mg mL-1, respectively), so it was separated by column chromatography. As a result, a white crystalline solid identified spectroscopically as citlalitrione was isolated and purified, said compound also exhibited activity against the Cmm, Pst and Xcv bacteria with an IC50 of 1.0 ± 0.13, 1.0 ± 0.11 and 1.1 ± 0.19 mg mL-1, respectively. These in vitro results open the possibility of using plant extracts of J. dioica for the control of diseases caused by the bacteria studied in tomato cultivation, offering an alternative to the use of antibiotics ","PeriodicalId":30046,"journal":{"name":"Polibotanica","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"49453011","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore, the aim of the study was to carry out an analysis of the edible species that are traded in the \"El Moralillo\" market in Tepexi de Rodriguez, Puebla, Mexico. The study began with visits to the market where the edible plants were registered, and structured surveys were applied to the merchants. The number of posts that make up the basic structure of the market was counted at the beginning, as well as the edible species that are commercialized in the premises through the presence-absence during the year. Bignoniaceae is represented by 47 species and 24 genus, four of those species are new records for the state. The more diverse genus are Bignonia L. Amphitecna Miers y Fredericia Mart. with five species each. The lianas are the most abundant with 30 species, followed by the trees with 14 species and the shurbs with 3. There are no species of restricted distribution in Tabasco. Handroanthus chrysanthus S.O. Grose is listed in the Official Mexican Norm under the threatened category.
