However, some commercial\u0000practices have flourished in society over time, which are doubtful according\u0000to Islamic jurisprudence. People are getting involved due to ignorance and\u0000sometimes due to greed. A similar type of business is Network Marketing. In\u0000this system, an individual, having become a company member, persuades\u0000others to become its members. Many jurists have declared this type of trade\u0000illegitimate and undesirable based on corruption, interest, uncertainty,\u0000bribery and fraud. This article discusses the origin, types, and practices\u0000adopted by the companies involved in such business. Initially, thorough\u0000research is presented on the introduction and development of network\u0000marketing. Later, various types of network marketing and their details are\u0000elaborated. Subsequently, a detailed overview and in-depth analysis of\u0000network marketing is presented, highlighting several illegitimate elements in\u0000this process, such as bribery, gambling, embezzling and fraudulent, hurting a\u0000believer and many Shariah aspects of illegitimacy that do not only fall\u0000against Islam but also against morality, honesty and economy of the country.\u0000All this discussion is made with examples from the network marketing that\u0000are in practice currently. In the end, the research concludes with a summary\u0000of the entire research. The researchers also put forward some suggestions\u0000about this marketing system. In the 21st century, like in every other field,\u0000many developments are being made in the financial sector. Scholars are\u0000responsible for endeavoring and presenting Islamic guidelines to protect\u0000people from sins and fraud. The unseen ‘Al-Ghayb’ means the things that cannot be\u0000perceived by the five senses or hidden or concealed from the human eye.\u0000Some modern Muslim theologians have the misperceptions concerning\u0000the ‘unseen creatures’ and their consequences or influences on humans\u0000mentioned in Quran which guides that these ‘unseen creatures’ may lead\u0000man towards the disturbance in the human nature as well as assistance\u0000to the man which effects man’s life. To belief in ghayb is the central\u0000element of Muslim’s belief. Invisible beings are made in the world\u0000entities that are invisible to the human eye be present in a world that is\u0000parallel to the physical world. The Qur'an and the literature of the\u0000Hadiths both feature stories about these creatures. The present study's\u0000focus is on determining whether the nature of invisible beings is good or\u0000evil, as well as how they interact with the physical world. Unseen\u0000creatures make people’s devastation and spoil their hearts and thoughts\u0000too to ruin their selves. There are invisible creatures that contribute to\u0000make man’s life and assist during the course of man’s life. The study considers cohesive\u0000tools, meaning, and functions to connect a text like an organic whole. The\u0000theoretical framework adopted is the text-linguistic approach. Reviewing\u0000previous literature reveals that cohesion has been studied in different\u0000academic and research fields. Although there are several studies about\u0000cohesion in the Holy Al-Quran, cohesion in any Arabic text other than the\u0000Al-Quran has not been considered academically. The study concentrates on\u0000cohesive devices and their functions in Maqamat-al-Hariri using Hasan and\u0000Halliday’s model. The primary objective was to analyse the text for lexical\u0000cohesion, conjunctions, references, ellipsis and substitution. The results\u0000revealed that the most frequently used device is personal reference,\u0000conjunction while reiteration and the ellipsis is the least used cohesive\u0000device in the selected text. In all Maqamat-al-Hariri, there is no single\u0000sentence that does not have a cohesive device. The\u0000poem is known for its complex and intricate use of rhetorical devices, including\u0000metaphor, simile, allusion, and rhyme. One of the most prominent rhetorical devices\u0000used in the poem is the use of simile, where the poet compares the Prophet\u0000Muḥammad's physical and moral attributes to natural phenomena such as the sun,\u0000moon, and stars. This technique highlights the Prophet's greatness and creates vivid\u0000and memorable images in the reader's mind. That's why it guides us to\u0000forbid all those acts that could harm others. The Prophet Muhammad, peace be\u0000upon, has declared it against Islam to damage anyone. \"The true Muslim is he\u0000from whose tongue and hands others are safe.\" Allah the almighty has not only\u0000ordered to keep protected the respect and dignity of others but has introduced\u0000laws to punish the malpractices. The punishments are based on the level of\u0000commitment, as ordered. Don't do backbiting or don't describe shortcomings of\u0000others, don't call names and don't give nicknames, \"don't be jealous of one\u0000another, \"don't keep enmity to one another,\" even have forbidden from actions\u0000that create confusion and misconceptions. The Prophet says, peace be upon him,\u0000\"Don't make perceptions as mostly perceptions lie.\" On this basis, Islam has\u0000introduced cases where a person blames somebody for adultery, and then they\u0000must provide four witnesses. Otherwise, he has to punish 80 whips for making a\u0000false accusation.\u0000Similarly, if somebody blames their spouse, they must swear five times for their\u0000justification. As Islam purely believes in protecting rights in a family system,\u0000keeping the rights of spouses, it's essential to protect the rights of marriages and\u0000families too. Being a gatekeeper, it portrays balance view, filter the issues and set agendas to provide entertainment to the world. Muslim societies are badly affected by the media in case of reputation. Muslims are low graded in the entire world because of Taliban’s and other terrorists. Media is a source of building peace for the Muslim societies in the world. By showing the right side of the Muslim societies, the world would be able to accept and love Muslims all around the world. Media can work on peace negotiation and mobilize people support in creating peace and preventing conflicts for the Muslim societies. The aim of achieving a peace-built life is to create positive relations all around the world and it could only be done through the media. Media is a very big source of spreading peace, positivity and preventing conflicts regarding the Muslim society. Successful media campaigns can be done to show the real side of Muslims and make the world aware about the real Muslim societies. To achieve this change, many worldwide Islamic organizations can cooperate on media to disseminate on peace agreement information.
