Визначення і детальний розгляд парадигм та принципів освітнього процесу Сполучених Штатів Америки та Японії, як країни, які після другої світової війни мали найбільш сильні зв’язки, як економічні, так і культурні. Через це головною метою дослідження є визначення концепції освіти у філософії двох країнах та порівняти їх за визначеними критеріями, знайти спільне та відмінне та зробити компаративний аналіз двох країн. Зроблені висновки стануть додатковими та актуальними у дисертаційного дослідження за схожою тематикою. Додатково у висновках розглянуті фундаментальні речі у японської та американської освіти. Азіатська країна наприкінці 19 століття перейшла в епоху Мейдзі і розробляла нову освітню програму, спираючись на провідний досвід усіх тогочасних країн. Минуло вже більше одного століття і рівень освіти та якісні показники країни в економічних, політичних та соціальних аспектах додає наукового інтересу до основ цієї країни, які закладені в багаторівневій освіті і порівняти її з класичними типом освіти, яку сформували європейські мігранти в США.","PeriodicalId":300103,"journal":{"name":"Вісник ДДПУ. Due to the appeal to the polemical approach, its authors have managed to systematize and generalize the theory of war and peace, analyze the \u0000modern Western concepts of war, to indicate the specifics of the Russian viewpoint on the concept of hybrid war, to evaluate the importance of information and manipulation \u0000technologies for hybrid wars, to analyze a number of geopolitical and socio-cultural aspects of modern hybrid wars. Polemology examines the universal features of armed \u0000conflicts, their role in time and space, cycles, and classification. Hybrid warfare involves the use of existing military assets, regular and irregular, including weapons of mass destruction, as well as information, psychological and advocacy wars with the use \u0000of emerging communications and media technologies. According to the classical approach, the state is the sole subject of hostilities, but today its role has changed dramatically under the influence of other political and economic, supranational and transboundary factors. {"title":"ЛЮБОВ ЯК СУБСТАНЦІЙНА ТА РУШІЙНА СИЛА РОЗВИТКУ ЛЮДИНИ/LOVE AS A SUBSTANCE AND THE DRIVING FORCE OF HUMAN DEVELOPMENT","authors":"Віктор Дубінін, Анастасія Кириченко","doi":"10.31865/2520-684292018157446","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.31865/2520-684292018157446","url":null,"abstract":"The article attempts to consider love as a substance and the driving force of the development of man and humanity using the Bhagavat Gita under edited by Swami Prabhupada of the famous Indian religious philosopher of the twentieth century. The article substantiates the thesis that love is the substantial and attributive force of huma development, manifesting its substantial function. Attention is drawn to the fact that love disappears when one of the opposites is removed. Wisdom is to maintain harmony and mutualism of opposites. Classification of love in the ancient Indian religious philosophy is given. This is, first, the highest love for God Krishna; secondly, the love of the demigods and bhakti, that is, people who have reached the level of perfection; thirdly, love among people struggling with the modes of passion. Only love in the mode of good order leads to spiritual development. Once emerged, love develops according to certain laws, among which a special place is occupied by dialectical laws, in particular, the law of transition of quantity to quality and its categorical apparatus. The quality of love is provided by a complex of natural, social and spiritual characteristics of people. The quantitative aspect of love relations and relations is determined by the external parameters of natural, social and spiritual properties. A measure of love is an interval, within which quantitative transformations do not cause a new quality. The violation of the measure leads, as a rule, to a new quality of the plug. In the article an attempt is made to reveal the tendencies of the development of love through the prism of the dialectic law of negation of negation and its catechism: negation, self- negation, withdrawal, triad, spiral and multi- vector. It is shown, that love is energy, which gives life to all that exists, opening new ways, forms and ways of its existence. Методологія статті полягає у відкритті для сучасної української людини, яка переживає «екзистенціальний вакуум» у пошуках своєї духовності, шлях повернення до себе через міф, ґрунтується на методологічних основах емпіричної етики, які передбачають використання результатів емпіричних досліджень при розробці концепцій філософського, етичного напрямку, виявленні специфіки, особливостей, тенденцій впливу міфологічного виміру на протікання, конструювання соціокультурних процесів та при прийнятті моральних рішень. Новизна. В статі піддаються детальному послідовному дослідженню категорії неоміфу та міфотворчості як феномени, ініційовані розвитком культурних процесів, які впливають на різні типи соціокультурних взаємодій, на особливості моделювання художніх дискурсів сучасності. Визначено, що неоміф на сьогоднішній день є, за суттю, духовною формою самовизначення людини в природі, суспільстві, культурі та мистецтві, однією з найбільш вдалих форм реалізації важливих функцій культури – трансляції людського досвіду, адаптації людини в ситуації постмодерністських викликів, соціалізації людини, що пережила екзистенціальне відчуження. Неоміфологізм в українській мистецькій культурі може носити формальні ознаки, а може бути змістовним аспектом, який виражається в інших формах та кодифікаціях. Новизна дослідження полягає у дослідженні динаміки сучасної міфотворчості в її нерозривних взаємозв’язках з динамікою розвитку сучасних мистецьких інсталяцій, культурних процесів. Висновки. Сучасний український живопис, фотографія, хеппенінг, перфоманс та рольова гра розвиваються за логікою від деконструкції, фрагментаризації до реконструкції концепту з багатьма варіаціями. Більш того, неоміфологізм виступає невід’ємною складовою процесу творення, неодмінним атрибутом культуротворчої динаміки людини, знаходячи свою репрезентацію у формальних ознаках, коли відбувається безпосереднє звернення до міфу, безпосереднє наслідування обряду, ритуалу, ініціації тощо, на глибинному, змістовному рівні або в особливостях моделювання просторово-часових категорій художнього дискурсу (надзвичайність звичайного, звичайного, циклічний, міфологічний час). The authors represent a brief analysis of the history of the origin of linguistic philosophy. The debatable and innovative views of the outstanding philosophers on the necessity for the existence of linguistic philosophy, its goals, tasks, methods are disclosed. The works of the philosophers-analysts on the genesis of linguistic philosophy are analysed. The analysis has been based both on the primary sources, and on the data of the subsequent studies. Studying the materials shows that in the current direction of modern philosophy there are a large number of contentious issues. The paper also makes an attempt to reveal the origin and background of the term “linguistic turn”. The problem is very important for disclosing the essence of linguistic philosophy. The obtained results indicate that the problem of the necessity of the existence of linguistic philosophy requires further research and deeper studying. linguistic philosophy has been characterized by the desire to enrich the analytical philosophical methodological apparatus by developing a theory of meaning and referring to other philosophical traditions (historical, hermeneutical). As linguistic and analytic philosophies are increasingly conscious of the inseparability of analytical and linguistic philosophical thinking, not only from its origins, but also from the traditions of continental European philosophy and linguistics. Nowadays it is necessary to talk about a new, unifying, “converging” philosophy, the key issues of which are the problems of man and his role in cognition and activity, the importance of intensional concepts within the framework of modern language theory, the role of the language community in cognition. Uvarov","doi":"10.31865/2520-684292018157550","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.31865/2520-684292018157550","url":null,"abstract":"The problem of the historical-philosophical hermeneutics of the relationship between Plato's ideas about the nature of thinking and the concept of paideia was an important source of updating philosophical discourse, implemented in numerous turns of philosophical thought over the past two centuries. It is in the concept of paideia that the key attributes of thinking are concentrated, understood as a practical characteristic of human being, and not a timeless substance or set of ideas. In Platon, paideia acts both as a source, and method, and the goal of realizing thought, inexhaustible in its playing potential and surpassing reality itself thanks to freedom from natural causality, which hampers the order of real things. At the present stage, the concept of paideia was in demand as the basis for the historical and philosophical deconstruction of the discourse of culture, aimed at the dialectical removal of the abstract opposition of culture and nature. The invisibility of the artificial and the natural in the concept of paideia has opened up new horizons for philosophical anthropology, the purpose of which is to search for the foundations of the meanings of human existence in the framework of the modern scientific picture of the world, which at the level of axiomatics asserts the arbitrariness and artificiality of our civilization. The thematization of the concept of payayya remains significant in line with the social philosophy of education, aimed at restoring humanistic ideals as criteria for evaluating educational and pedagogical processes.
