A descriptive analytical method was used by the researchers. The researchers chose a sample of 12 male students and 250 female students who had excelled in their studies. They were enrolled at the College of Education at Qatar University. They were selected through using the random stratified sampling method was used. Questionnaire forms were distributed to those students through using e-mail. However, 5 questionnaire forms were excluded due to having missing data and 7 questionnaire forms weren’t retrieved. Thus, the final sample consists from 250 female students.   SPSS program was used to analyze data. It was found that extent of having habits of mind by students of excellent academic achievement at Qatar University is moderate.  It was found that the creativity level of the students of excellent academic achievement at Qatar University is moderate. It was found that there is a statistically significant positive relationship between that extent of having habits of mind and creativity level at Qatar University during the COVID-19 crisis. In literacy educational settings, adults engage and persist in learning activities for they are mainly oriented in job acquisition. We postulate that adults’ learners who achieve literacy activities, graduate within a job. To collect date, mixed method using qualitative and quantitative approaches was used. Results indicate that 90% of adult learners achieved their learning activities because they have graduated with a job they have chosen to learn and they are performing it. Philosophers, writers, educators and of course psychologists all have emphasized the crucial role played by self-confidence in motivation, affect, and social interactions [1]. Self-confidence is the courage to know yourself, believe in yourself, and act on your beliefs. A definition of self-confidence is a positive feeling about oneself and the world that leads to courageous actions born out of a sense of self-respect [2]. The study shed light on verifying several objectives, including knowing the levels of self-confidence among trained teachers. This study also aimed to realize the effect of the educational qualification program on student performance, and finally, the current study aimed to know the effect of educational qualification program to increase or decrease self-confidence among the trained teachers (students). The study investigated self-confidence with (70) postgraduate diploma education student-teachers. These trainee-teachers “students” joined the educational qualification diploma in the College of Arts and Humanities at A ‘Sharqiyah University in Oman after completing their university degree in various institutions. The researchers used the self-confidence scale prepared by Sidney Shrauger 1990 that was modified, revised, and translated into Arabic language by Dr. Adel Abdullah from the Faculty of Education at the University of Zagazig in the Arab Republic of Egypt and researchers themselves reviewed it according to the Omani environment. The results of the current study revealed that the level of self-confidence among trainee-teachers in the educational qualification diploma program was low. Its benefits occur across all socio-economic classes. In spite of its significance, the implementation of ICT appears to be of great importance to ODL students who have to use it in their learning at the university and also in the teaching and learning. This study was therefore designed to analyse factors affecting use of computer technology by ODL students studying at an Open and Distance learning university at the same time teaching in secondary schools. The study used the mixed methodology approach and descriptive survey design. The population of the study comprised 78 ODL students who are secondary school teachers. Systematic random sampling and purposive sampling were used to select 40 respondents and 5 participants. Data were collected and generated through the questionnaire, the interview and observation techniques. Frequency tables, graphs and descriptive statistics were used to present quantitative data while qualitative data was presented as transcripts and in themes. The study established that there is unavailability of material and infrastructure resources. There is lack of expertise on part of the teachers/facilitators. There is minimal usage of computers to enhance professional work by teachers. Teachers’ attitudes towards teaching using computers have a bearing on implementation of the innovation. Schools are facing financial problems to outsource computer gadgets and to construct computer laboratories. The study therefore recommends that ODL students need to embark on in-service training sessions or even attend computer short courses. Out dated computers, need to be replaced with modern ones which have more capacity.
