This entails the development and extension of effective external electronic communication with customers, as well as the strengthening of internal electronic communication among employees. This study is an attempt to investigate the effectiveness of applying the intranet in the company \"Post\" of Serbia. Basis of the research were the employees in \"Post\" of Serbia, in the region of Srem. The purpose of this paper was to determine the relationship between intranet design and its efficient operation in the company Post of Serbia. According to research and analysis of the results obtained, the current intranet design does not provide its true application, weakening its very important function in terms of supporting the company's e-business. The design for the study is ex-post-facto. The current study population consists of 300 participants who were chosen at random and independently. To collect data, two standardised instruments labelled \"Psychological Factors Assessment Questionnaire and Economics Achievement Test\" were used. The instruments' reliability was 0.91 and 0.86, respectively. For the investigation, two hypotheses were formulated. An independent t-test was used to analyse the data collected. The results of the data analysis revealed that school phobia has a considerable impact on children' academic progress, whereas achievement motivation had no effect. The researchers recommended that teachers, parents, counsellors, and school officials be made aware of the existing association between self-concept, anxiety, achievement motivation, and focus of control and academic achievement based on the findings of this study. On the other hand, assessment, despite being regarded as the backbone of educational systems and the main operating mechanism of classroom educational programs, is either neglected or done irregularly, as in the case of diagnostic needs and formative assessments. Furthermore, the benefits of face-to-face communication, education, counselling, guidance, and follow-up of students' learning successes are often lacking in online schooling (OLS). As a result, it is critical for OLS to adopt a compatible systemic approach to first deliver curricula, instruction, and learning in more rational ways; second, fill the assessment gap that current schooling is suffering from; and third, mentor students of blended learning toward their achievement goals. The HSBC score of adolescent happiness in OECD countries was chosen as an indicator, and a number of independent variables such as per capita GDP and per capita educational expenditure amount were included in the subject of analysis. For the analysis, the QCA (Qualitative Comparative Analysis) method was used. The use of QCA has been rarely reported in adolescents’ happiness studies, and are likely to be conceptual and paradigmatic challenges to its adoption in some settings. According to the findings, there are three key factors that contribute to adolescents' high levels of happiness in OECD nations: TEPC*GDP*PUPTEA, tee*GDP*PRIVATEXP, and tee*tepc*gdp*privatexp. In other words, while a number of further steps are required to produce a more parsimonious formulation, the solution in this study suggests six configurations and three prime implicants. The first prime implicant is TEPC(high total per capita expenditure on education)*GDP(high per capita gdp)*PUPTEA(high ratio of students to teaching staff). The second implicant is tee(low total expenditure on education)*GDP(high per capita gdp)*PRIVATEXP(high ratio of private source expenditure on education to gdp). Finally, the third implicant is tee(low total expenditure on education)*tepc(low total per capita expenditure on education)*gdp(low per capita gdp)*privatexp(low ratio of private source expenditure on education to gdp).
