The empirical results of the study allowed formulating the main problems of digitalization of domestic education. Socio-cultural transformations caused by deep technologization and digitalization of public life and social relations contribute to the formation of a new model of fourth-generation universities, in which collective and hybrid (human-machine) intelligence will be the key, creating new knowledge, and cognitive technologies forming new approaches will be the key technologies, methods and methodology of education. This, in turn, leads to the transition to mixed learning formats, involving the active use of distance and e-learning technologies in full-time. Several versions of interpretation of terms “adaptation”, “setting”, “arrangement”, and “transcription” outlined in classic musicological works are considered. Key design techniques of authorial adaptations of people's songs for academic choirs are analyzed. On the authors' opinion, adaptation of a Russian folk song for academic choir opens brand new performing opportunities, let to substantially enrich list of productions of any amateur or professional vocal ensemble. Охарактеризованы основные для рассматриваемого исторического периода подходы к осмыслению вопросов генезиса усадебного строительства в России, формулировке содержания понятия «усадьба», научной классификации усадебных комплексов.
