As development speeds up, game complexity rises. Software engineers are using agile methodologies to enhance output. In this paper, a meta-model-based computer gaming model is shown. The meta-model was created for design reusability, with the purpose of building codes that automatically make implementations in a well-defined manner by constructing the sections individually and independently for implementation. Early game makers had little industry or resources. Space-time game modeling aids in computer game creation describes related topics and provides a game metamodel. Hand-coded parts and regulations make it harder to adapt to different game areas. MDD is an innovative software development method. Some people think drawing is enough to build a model. Diagrams are also needed. Models must have a well-defined, abstract syntax-illustrative structure consistent with met models. Building a space-time model for games allows for model language research. Meta models and OCL can close the design-implementation gap. This paper aims to present a hybrid system that uses photovoltaic cells (PV) and fuel cells (FC) to generate suitable electric power to steadily meet load demand. The hybrid system is designed to coordinate two renewable energy sources with regard to changing the rate of temperature and the sun”s radiation to continuously provide the needed energy to consumers. Since the power generated from the solar panels is used most of the time, while the fuel cell comes into operation when the solar energy is not sufficient to meet the demand for electrical energy, the Perturb and Observe system was used to monitor the maximum power generated from the solar panels. In the case of excess energy production from the solar panels, the energy is stored and used to produce hydrogen gas to feed the fuel cell. A fuel cell can be a huge source of energy production during peak load time. This system demonstrates the possibility of energy management using the hybrid system to provide power to many sectors, such as vehicles, ships, and residential consumers during the day and night on a constant basis. Power plants are an essential aspect of any modern infrastructure, and this project is the best option for backup and industrial generators. In this paper, we provide a novel approach based on neural network technology long-short-term-memory (LSTM), and particle swarm optimization (PSO) methods to address this issue. Predictive control of a synchronous generator system is the focus of this research. In the first phase, we tried a few different approaches to solving the issue, including a support vector machine, a random forest, and a decision tree. Then, we realized that the results we had been getting weren’t cutting it, so we set out to create a new LSTM-based technique. Based on the results of the traditional LSTM, a new study applies the LSTM-based PSO algorithm to solve the issue. One of the most important HCI strategies is the eye gazing method, which enables the user to operate the display without using their hands. Direct eye movement detection, template, appearance, feature, hybrid, regression, clustering 3D methods are all ways to categorize eye gaze detection techniques. Deep learning, a technology that mimics human behavior and features like speech recognition, image recognition, and language translation can make this possible. A web camera was employed in this study to capture a frame of an eye frame for mouse cursor movement. In connection with the point previously mentioned, we must first concentrate on the function of our eye. We are employing a web camera for pupil identification, which can manage the computer’s cursor. For this paper, an Aspect Ratio Eye (EAR) is determined that corresponds to the blinks of eye’s (right or left) applying the library of Mediapipe which is open source and acts as a computer vision library. You can provide smart people with crippled limbs who are having trouble using computers a chance to express their opinions. Smart government is a combination of the smart city with e-government, the capabilities provided by the Internet of Things (IoT) save time and money for individuals and organizations. It also allows people to receive smart services at any time and place to improve processes and service delivery, so the purpose of this study is to identify IoT applications and their consequences in smart government. This research has used a qualitative approach to extract the indicators from the meta-synthesis method. The indicators obtained in the two dimensions of applications and consequences of using the IoT in smart government. The extracted indicators for applications are crisis management and environmental protection, transportation management, smart city, energy, and water management. Moreover, health and health care, citizen services, policy-making and security, socio-cultural services, industry and trade, and training of human resources are the indicators obtained for the dimensions of the consequences. Cardiologists used a technique known as an electrocardiogram (ECG) to diagnose arrhythmias or heart disorders. Noise, non-stationary ECG signals, and irregular heartbeat make arrhythmias difficult to diagnose. Therefore, a computer-assisted diagnostic system with improved detection accuracy is required. The accurate identification of arrhythmic types may efficiently stop cardiovascular disease and minimize the risk of death. In recent decades, Neural networks (NNs) and fuzzy systems have shown to be effective in intelligent systems. In this paper, a Fuzzy Inference System (FIS)-based Three-dimensional neural network (3D-CNN) for binary classification (normal and arrhythmia) of 2-lead ECG signals are developed and tested in the MIT-BIH dataset. To accurately illustrate the classifying results, common metrics such as F-score, recall, precision, specificity, sensitivity, and accuracy. Despite this, existing drone-based forest fire detection systems still present many practical problems for their use in operational conditions. In particular, successful detection of forest fires remains difficult, given the very complicated and unstructured forest environments, the movement of UAV-mounted cameras. These negative effects can seriously cause false alarms or faulty detection. In order to perform this mission, meet the corresponding performance criteria and overcome these increasing challenges, it is essential to investigate ways to increase the probability of successful detection and improve the adaptation capabilities to various circumstances in order to improve the accuracy of the forest fire detection system. Based on the above requirements, this paper focuses on the development of reliable and accurate forest fire detection algorithms applicable to drones. For that purpose, many CNN architectures were trained and compared to detect fire. It is considered to play an important role in achieving an intelligent radio environment following the goal of sixth-generation (6G) networking. IRS may be electronically or intelligently programmed to concentrate, reflect/transmit or dissipate impinging electromagnetic radiation. In this context, it is necessary to analyze the performance of the IRS thoroughly through real-time deployment or computer-aided simulation. The work, therefore, analyzed the positioning of IRS over the coverage region of micro cell to derive optimal placement location to support cell-edge Internet of Things (IoT) devices with a favorable signal-to-interference plus noise ratio (SINR).
