In the cloud environment, an agricultural product traceability system is designed and developed based on the two-dimensional barcode. The system uses two-dimensional barcode and RFID tag to trace the production, transportation, sales and other records of agricultural products. Combined with MySQL database and Tomcat server, the Spring SpringMVC MyBatis (SSM) framework is used to build the traceability data center. Consumers can easily obtain the traceability of agricultural products stored in the QR code.","PeriodicalId":297735,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence of Things (ICAIoT)","volume":"63 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125949298","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These networks consist of routers and clients. The routers are called mesh routers (MRs) and the clients are called mesh clients. WMNs have several advantages over traditional wireless networks, such as more reliable coverage and faster speeds. Many different types of algorithms can be used to determine the best placement for these routers, with some algorithms being better than others depending on the environment or situation. One algorithm is called a Genetic Algorithm (GA), which uses genetic programming to find an optimal solution for router placement. GA is used to find the best placement of the router so that it can provide the most coverage possible for a specific area GA or evolutionary algorithms are based on a biological theory known as Darwin”s theory. In evolutionary algorithms, it is since the information of the problem becomes chromosomes, and then the problem is solved by special problem-solving techniques in the evolutionary algorithm. The suggested method was implemented utilizing the C++ programming environment and the NS2 software suite. Using a benchmark of produced instances, the experimental outcomes have been analyzed. Variable sets of produced instances ranging in size from small to big have been explored. Consequently, several properties of WMNs, including the topological placement of mesh clients, have been recorded.","PeriodicalId":297735,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence of Things (ICAIoT)","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129377183","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Ethical challenges in the vast utilization of AI called for the progression of accountable artificial intelligence. This research aims to investigate the relationship between those organizational elements that affect the development of responsible artificial intelligence in an organization. Based on the synthesis of previous related research results, the conceptual model of the current research was developed. This research found that perceived organizational justice has a mediating role between organizational culture and the development of responsible artificial intelligence. In other words, by creating a rich organizational culture that leads to more perceived organizational justice, one can take a step toward the acceptable development of responsible artificial intelligence in an organization. Eventually, with the development of responsible artificial intelligence, we will witness the increasing benefits of artificial intelligence usage and its advantages in meeting personal and organizational needs with fewer challenges.","PeriodicalId":297735,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence of Things (ICAIoT)","volume":"194 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132755864","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Physical layer (PHY) security measures can be used to prevent unauthorized access by exploiting intrinsic emitter characteristics such as Specific Emitter Identification (SEI), known as Radio Frequency Fingerprinting Identification (RFFI). RFFI at the IoMT is a promising approach to secure wearable Body Sensor Network (WBSN) devices. In this paper, we evaluated the effect of human body shadowing on Radio Frequency Fingerprinting Identification (RFFI) systems. Results show that shadowing has a serious impact on RFFI models. We also show that it can be mitigated by applying log-normal shadowing augmentation. Results obtained from simulations and experimental trials show that the classification accuracy increases when the multipath channel model and shadowing block size of 640 are used. A new system model for classifying devices using RFFI is then proposed. The proposed model achieved better classification accuracy when evaluated using unseen shadowed data.","PeriodicalId":297735,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence of Things (ICAIoT)","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133262777","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Faced with the increasing complexity of distinct value-added chains, one frequently referenced approach refers to transferring the concept of Industry 4.0 into forestry, yielding Forestry 4.0. In this context, Digital Twins (DTs), 1-to-1 virtual replicas of the real world, enable novel technological solutions, processes, and individual business models. Although the concept of DTs is not unfamiliar, there is still a lack of practical examples or general software frameworks to implement model-based DTs in forestry, focusing on connectivity, interoperability, and security. Therefore, this paper proposes our software framework based on a modeling language termed ForestML 4.0. In addition, we present that the developed Internet of Things infrastructure S3I can provide DTs with connectivity and security. Finally, we provide two practical examples realized in a forestry-related research project in Germany to prove the feasibility of our framework.","PeriodicalId":297735,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence of Things (ICAIoT)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116703512","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Exceeding the permissible limit will cause damage to the battery. In this work a smart charger for Li-Ion battery designed and simulated. The proposed charger supplied from stand-alone PV array, and that required to control both MPPT and battery charging in same time. The charging sequence starts with constant current charging mode CC, when the SOC reaches specific value then the charger changes the charging mode into constant voltage mode CV. In CC mode the PV array supplies its maximum power to the battery, while in CV mode the PV array supply a power equal to the battery charging capacity in the CV mode. Simulation results shows that the system efficiency is near 95% in all studied cases. The proposed system can operate in same efficiency even in variable irradiance level.","PeriodicalId":297735,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence of Things (ICAIoT)","volume":"67 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115297840","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paradigm takes advantage of the scalability and flexibility of the management of infrastructure from the Cloud provider to offer advantages in cost and maintenance of Cloud applications. Although it was originally designed for Cloud deployments, some proposals have been made to give its benefits closer where the data is generated and provide service to IoT applications. However, some important challenges remain in order to provide a suitable solution for all cases. This work proposes a computational model for designing a serverless architecture at the edge side of the network. The model is especially focused on Artificial Intelligence (AI) functions of IoT applications, where serverless could achieve its full potential. The results show that the proposal allows to overcome the main drawbacks raised while maintains the cloud processing support.","PeriodicalId":297735,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence of Things (ICAIoT)","volume":"49 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122104026","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Obtaining of fetal ECG signal is critical, as ECG electrodes can not be placed on a direct fetal heart. Fetal ECG signal has 2–8 times less amplitude compared to the maternal ECG signal, as well it is influenced by motion artifacts, baseline wandering, and uterine contractions. So it is a challenging task to extract an accurate fetal ECG signal in noninvasive way. We proposed a hybrid method consisting of independent component analysis with adaptive filtering to extract fetal ECG signals from mixed signals and to filter out the noise. Pan-Tompkins algorithm measures fetal heartbeats and mother heartbeats. Proposed algorithm is verified by using physionet abdominal and direct fetal ECG (ADFECGDB) database. We obtained a reference fetal heartbeat from direct fetal scalp recording to compare with the extracted fetal heart rate. We have achieved 18.09 dB SNR value. The implemented method gives the advantage of knowing fetal cardiac status in the early phase.","PeriodicalId":297735,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence of Things (ICAIoT)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129567499","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
