Abstract
The need to use artificial intelligence (AI) in today’s life and the growth of its utilization in various fields have also increased many new challenges. Ethical challenges in the vast utilization of AI called for the progression of accountable artificial intelligence. This research aims to investigate the relationship between those organizational elements that affect the development of responsible artificial intelligence in an organization. Based on the synthesis of previous related research results, the conceptual model of the current research was developed. This research found that perceived organizational justice has a mediating role between organizational culture and the development of responsible artificial intelligence. In other words, by creating a rich organizational culture that leads to more perceived organizational justice, one can take a step toward the acceptable development of responsible artificial intelligence in an organization. Eventually, with the development of responsible artificial intelligence, we will witness the increasing benefits of artificial intelligence usage and its advantages in meeting personal and organizational needs with fewer challenges.
