The pharynx ensures the passage of food and conduction of air into the lower important parts of the body, participates in voice formation and the formation of articulate speech, and performs a protective function. The important role of the pharynx in protective mechanisms is largely due to the work of the pharyngeal lymphoepithelial structures, which form the so-called eous Waldeyer –Pirogov ring. As part of the latter, paired palatine and tubal tonsils, unpaired pharyngeal tonsils (PG) and lingual tonsils are differentiated line and granules of lymphoid tissue of the posterior pharyngeal wall.","PeriodicalId":297181,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Medical Sciences And Clinical Research","volume":"1395 ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140466977","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, with the increase in production and circulation of tonic drinks, they have become widely consumed among teenagers. The main consumers are young people aged 18-35 years. The safety of using such drinks has not yet been determined, which requires further research. To date, many scientific works devoted to energy have been carried out and published. This problem does not lose popularity both among young people and among doctors, parents, and teachers. Scientific articles describe the composition of the most common energy drinks. This study showed that of the energy drinks, it is “BURN” that contains the largest amount of caffeine, and therefore requires greater caution in use. The negative impact of energy drinks on the human body has been proven by medicine, and people who consume energy drinks should be aware of the consequences of excessive consumption of them.","PeriodicalId":297181,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Medical Sciences And Clinical Research","volume":"68 5","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139538915","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Men were significantly more likely to have acute brain disorder in the vertebral-basilar sistem. In persons younger than 50 years, no ischemic strokes were detected in 87% of cases, this indicator decreased by half at the age of 50 to 60 years and remained in persons older than 60 years. Thus, the most vulnerable age period in relation to the development of stroke is the age over 52.6 years. According to WHO statistics, more than 15 million cases of stroke are registered annually in the world, of which more than 30% die within a year, more than 80% become disabled.","PeriodicalId":297181,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Medical Sciences And Clinical Research","volume":"39 4","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139188813","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Symptoms include dyspnea, fatigue, and peripheral edema. Diagnosis is clinical and by elevated natriuretic peptides, chest x-ray, echocardiography, and MRI. Treatment is directed at the cause. If heart failure is progressive and severe, cardiac resynchronization therapy, implantable cardioverter-defibrillator, repair of moderate to severe valvular regurgitation, left ventricular assist device, or heart transplantation may be needed.","PeriodicalId":297181,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Medical Sciences And Clinical Research","volume":"15 15","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139193985","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The development of renal failure depends on secondary hemodynamic metabolic factors than on the activity of the primary pathological process.
