It has high precision and more flexibility that the process information acquisition based on fieldbus. The reversibility of excitation system with PSS in power systems is proved firstly. Then selecting the power angle as the output variable, the control structure of the NNIPSS is given and the sample selection and training methods of the neural network inverse system are described in detail. In order to improve the dynamics performance and robustness of the pseudo-linear system, a fuzzy-PID controller is employed. This paper considers the justness of evaluation using the SVD (singular value decomposition) and dimensionality reduction model, analyzes \"common judgment\" of experts in evaluation. This paper contrasts the sort order of the evaluation objects according to the primary data with that after applying this model. The state of a sensor was classified as three categories: normal, ordinary and abnormal states. A kind of multivalue logic algebra based on sequential variables was presented for the state detection of the multisensors of magnetic bearings. The definition of the algebra was given. A few theorems were proved, which are usually used in deduction. An example was given, which showed that there may be more than one solution for some equations. In this subsystem, the correct extraction of glomerulus is an important premise to the exact analysis of kidney-tissue image. A glomerulus edge extraction method based on genetic algorithm (GA) is proposed by considering complex characteristics of the image. Firstly, different scale binary images are obtained by adjusting the parameters of LOG filter. Secondly, the crude spline curve fitting for the glomerulus area boundary is got by genetic algorithm based on the small-scale binary image. Thirdly, elaborate adjustment of spline fitting curve is performed according to more boundary information of large-scale binary image to get the optimal spline curve. Finally, the glomerulus area can be extracted correctly according to the fitting curve.
