First, we derive an algebraic sufficient condition for analyzing globally exponential stability. Then, we apply a real root classification (RRC) based method step by step to under-approximate this derived condition as a semi-algebraic set which only involves the parametric coefficients of the candidate polynomials and the parameter associated with the exponential decay rate. Finally, we compute a sample point in the resulting semi algebraic set for the parameters resulting in a Lyapunov function and an exponential decay rate. The experimental results and comparisons demonstrate the feasibility and promise of our approach.","PeriodicalId":297027,"journal":{"name":"2013 Sixth International Symposium on Computational Intelligence and Design","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-10-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115242295","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Local visibility graph method is on the basis of visibility graph method adding a sliding time window and building a number of sliding time window with the complex network topology. It is in order to observe the time dependence of the network. We divided the electrocorticogram(EEG) time series into three parts. They were the time series during normal period, pre-epilepsy period and seizures occur period. Then build three network topology graphs and observed its evolution process. The results show that the network module structure of the epileptic EEG from normal period to pre-epilepsy period then to seizures occur period disappeared. And it form the arc of the zonal distribution. These characteristics of complex networks provide new ideas for the prediction of epileptic disease.","PeriodicalId":297027,"journal":{"name":"2013 Sixth International Symposium on Computational Intelligence and Design","volume":"97 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-10-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115621432","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To overcome these problems, a tracking approach is proposed, which is based on the unscented Kalman filter (UKF) and the multi-feature fusion. First, the mean and covariance of the target state variable is predicted based on a nearly constant velocity system. And the target's hue histogram and edge orientation histogram are extracted at the corresponding position. Second, the measured position is calculated by Mean-shift algorithm based on the fusion of multi-feature. Finally, according to the measured position the UKF updates the mean and covariance of the state variable and reports the current position of the target. The experiments in 2 different scenes showed that the tracking method could efficiently track the fast moving objects and adapt to the lighting changes, rotation, and partial occlusion and deform. These demonstrated that the method have more tracking accuracy and adaptive robustness.","PeriodicalId":297027,"journal":{"name":"2013 Sixth International Symposium on Computational Intelligence and Design","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-10-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114645825","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Warning program slicing is formalized abstraction into Boolean formula to solve by the SAT solver. It can determine the slicing true or false. Thermal management is important for many reasons, including thermal runaway, performance and maintains a constant temperature during the operating, security, lifecycle. However, in a battery pack, the batteries are stacked against each other without cooling surfaces except the outer surface of the package and the cell in the center of pack are exposed to overheating and thermal runaway. A modeling for a single LiFePO4 battery cell is presented together with preliminary experiments in ambient temperature (20=C~35=C) and the results for determination of heating sources during discharging. A favorable agreement between experiments and the model is found and it will be necessary for further work.","PeriodicalId":297027,"journal":{"name":"2013 Sixth International Symposium on Computational Intelligence and Design","volume":"34 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-10-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115335344","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The proposed approach improves underwater navigation capabilities both for systems lacking conventional velocity measurements, and for systems where the need for redundancy is important, such as when AVU travels to the mismatching area and TAN dropouts or failures.
