The new equipment included in the GET 154-2016 based on the results of the work and the composition of the newly approved GET 154-2019 are described. The proposed reference material (RM) exhibits metrological traceability to the units of the International System of Units (SI). Not requiring additional preparation before use, the CRM is convenient for use as a titrant in redox titration. The metrological characteristics of the developed CRM were determined by the direct primary method of coulomet-ric titration using the State Primary Standard GET 176. The interval of permissible certified values of the molar concentration of potassium dichromate in the CRM under study is found to vary from 0.098 mol/dm 3 to 0.102 mol/ dm 3 . The relative expanded uncertainty (k = 2) of the certified value ofpotassium dichromate molar concentration is calculated to be 0.024 %, with relative standard uncertainties caused by long-term and short-term instability each being equal to 0.0044 %. The shelf life of the developed CRM is found to be 1 year, provided that storage conditions are ensured. A procedure for measuring the molar concentration ofpotassium dichromate is described, along with the equipment used. A comprehensive uncertainty budget for the measurements is assembled. The developed CRM is included into the State Register of Certified Reference Materials under the number GSO 10992-2017. Galeevb","doi":"10.20915/2077-1177-2019-15-1-39-53","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.20915/2077-1177-2019-15-1-39-53","url":null,"abstract":"This paper presents the results of the identification procedure certification and subsequent quantitative determination of the active ingredients of two-component injectable medicines (active ingredient and solvent) using Raman spectroscopy. The main objective of the research was to select approaches for estimating the metrological characteristics of the measurement procedure, which include consideration of the methodological parameters and provide the metrological traceability of measurement results to SI units. According to this purpose, the GVET 176‑1‑2010 State Secondary Measurement Standard for units of mass fraction, mass (molar) concentration of components in solid and liquid substances and materials based on volumetric titration was used. The following substances were chosen as the research objects for estimating the metrological characteristics of the measurement procedure: ascorbic acid, novocaine and sodium thiosulphate. The authors of the work have demonstrated the measurement-procedure certification results, whose accurate determination was confirmed by the results of interlaboratory comparisons. The obtained results confirmed the accuracy of the identification procedure and subsequent quantitative determination, which proves its applicability for the determination of the active ingredients in two-component injectable medicines. In addition, the possibility of developing reference materials based on the medicines under study is indicated. These include the state primary standards for pH and pX in aqueous solutions, units of the dispersed parameters of aerosols, suspensions and powdery materials, units of the mass fraction and mass (molar) concentration of inorganic components in aqueous solutions based on gravimetric and spectral methods of analysis. The article presents results of developing a certified reference material for the physical properties of the soil clay (loam). The certified characteristics of the reference material are as follows: moisture content at the liquid limit via fall-cone test, moisture content at the plastic limit, soil particle density via pycnometer method.Materials and methods. The certified values of the physical properties of the soil clay (loam) were determined using the method of interlaboratory metrological experiment.Results. The bounds of absolute error of the certified values are as follows: 1.9 % for moisture content at the liquid limit via the fall-cone test, 1.5 % for moisture content at the plastic limit, 0.03 g/cm3 for soil particle density. The validity period of the certified reference material is 5 years.Discussion and conclusion. The developed reference material was registered in the State Register of type-approved reference materials as GSO 11038–2018. Установление влияния магнитной вязкости на результаты измерений основных гистерезисных характеристик магнитотвердых сплавов в разомкнутой магнитной цепи для оценки неопределенности измерений характеристик магнитотвердых материалов. Материалы и методы. Исследования выполнены на образце быстрозакаленного нанокристаллического сплава марки MQP-B+. Исследованы гистерезисные свойства сплава в разомкнутой магнитной цепи: петля гистерезиса, временные зависимости намагниченности в размагничивающих полях различной напряженности, полевые зависимости коэффициента магнитной вязкости и необратимой магнитной восприимчивости. Результаты исследования. Установлены зависимости результатов измерений гистерезисных свойств от условий проведения измерений.
