Confident operation of the optical switch board at a frequency of 10 kHz with a dynamic charging circuit has been achieved. In accordance to generalized likelihood ratio test (GLRT) we constructed decision-making algorithm when there is no a priori information about the coordinates of both the user and the false navigation signal source. Since the practical implementation of such algorithm requires large computational costs, we also consider another algorithm, which is optimized for the situation when these coordinates are accurately known. However, we examine the second algorithm in the situation of a priori uncertainty about user's coordinates, i.e. in some uncertainty area. Comparative analysis of the mentioned algorithms was processed in terms of probability-based characteristics obtained as the result of statistical simulation procedure in Matlab. Finally, the value of the uncertainty area size is established, when the efficiency loss of the second algorithm in comparison with the first one is within acceptable limits.","PeriodicalId":296618,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Photonics (EExPolytech)","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134620439","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This scheme, implemented on two Op-Amps, is recommended for the use as a second-order link in more complex BPs. The analysis of the modified band-pass ARC filter is carried out, the main parameters of the BP are found. The computer simulation of the developed PF tuning algorithm is completed. The graphs of changes in the frequency response and phase response when changing various parameters of the BP are obtained. It is shown that in the considered BP an independent adjustment of the main parameters is ensured - transmission coefficient in the passband, pole attenuation and pole frequency.","PeriodicalId":296618,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Photonics (EExPolytech)","volume":"1987 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131089572","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Transformation of the polarization of light is measured in a plane orthogonal to the optical axis of the article. Stresses are determined within the framework of the Maxwell piezo-optic law (linear dependence of the permittivity tensor on stresses) and small rotation of principal stress axis. Detection of long pulse signals if the pulse duration exceeds duration of the detector sliding windows is considered. A widely used adaptive detector with sliding windows, known as cell averaging constant false alarm rate (CA-CFAR) detector, is investigated in detail. It is shown, that the use of long guard intervals between the analyzed sample and the sliding windows helps to significantly increase the probability of correct detection of long pulse signals. It is also shown that the use of different lengths of these guard intervals helps to increase the probability of correct detection of pulse trains in comparison with the use of identical interval lengths. The results are not limited to CA-CFAR detectors since many other types of adaptive detectors using sliding windows for noise level estimation suffer from similar problems.","PeriodicalId":296618,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Photonics (EExPolytech)","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122072041","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Comparison of lasers with different durations was done, pcs laser shown the best results in cleaning both of zinc and lead. The measuring of reflectance of corrosion layers indicates minimum in UV part of spectrum, however there were no positive cleaning results using 355nm 25 ns laser. The pulse duration is much more important parameter in preservation of surface during laser cleaning, as shown. Also, the surface state plays significant role – the technology of producing of object and its history of exposition.","PeriodicalId":296618,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Photonics (EExPolytech)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130673016","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
