In the system, the data of the customers, the suppliers, and the topologies of the roads are stored and managed by the geographic information system (GIS), and a modified genetic particle swarm optimization method (MGPSO) is employed to provide the routings of the vehicles. In the MPSO, the two-stage approach is employed which decomposes the MDVRPFD into two independent sub problems, viz., assignment and routing, and solves them separately. The system has been implemented to a practical supply chain management system and provided decision supports for both vehicles routing and decision-making on depots distributing. The simulation results have shown the feasibility and effectiveness of the system.","PeriodicalId":294566,"journal":{"name":"2009 IITA International Conference on Control, Automation and Systems Engineering (case 2009)","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-07-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122021407","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the proposed algorithm, given an original image, and hidden some information in the original image without taking into account the HVS (Human Visual System), then get a stego image. An extensible distributed prognostic and health monitoring system based on hybrid wireless network techniques was studied and designed in this paper. Firstly,after a careful analysis on the structure and tasks of the equipment, the general PHM framework of large complex equipment is proposed. Then the technical program and network of system are presented. The corresponding on-line monitoring, diagnosis and management system are designed.And the fault prediction technologies are discussed. Finally,the health management and decision system is studied. Anew technical plan that skillfully combines knowledge base,model base, database, their management systems and inference engine is proposed. And the realization is introduced. The results of practical operation show that,because of the using of hybrid wireless network, embedded system, prognostic and intelligent diagnosis, the system maybe flexibly deployed, have powerful capability of monitoring,diagnosis and management, and can implement expeditious and accurate prognostic and fault diagnosis for large complex equipment system.","PeriodicalId":294566,"journal":{"name":"2009 IITA International Conference on Control, Automation and Systems Engineering (case 2009)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-07-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130480323","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is considered that the non-optimum system information does not exclude the targets and the results of non-optimization in practice. The formation of non-optimum information system serves as the basis for existence of optimum system. Besides, the various characteristics and functions of the optimum system can be measured from the non-optimum information system. By summing the practice, this paper has also come at sub-optimum principle of the information system, established the conception of sub-optimum thresholds and put forward three theorems about sub-optimum parameters. Finally, according to the previous practice of optimization, kind of method has been developed to approach the maximum sub-optimum from minimum non-optimum.","PeriodicalId":294566,"journal":{"name":"2009 IITA International Conference on Control, Automation and Systems Engineering (case 2009)","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-07-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122263477","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The main difference between EDS and existing numerical simulation tools is that, EDS supports third-party modules and provides a way for performance control at run-time. Modules in EDS are used for handling system events and sampling actions of feedback controllers are defined as special system events for performance control. EDS is capable of analysing data from real trace and simulating specified processes. Experimental results indicate that, EDS is efficient and can be used to simulate or analyse complex queueing systems.","PeriodicalId":294566,"journal":{"name":"2009 IITA International Conference on Control, Automation and Systems Engineering (case 2009)","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-07-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121103298","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

While video surveillance has a lot of advantages, there are still many inadequacies, such as, requiring complex digital terminal, responding slowly, building the network on a small scale and costing highly. These constrain the development of it. Through a large number of experimental studies, using the China Mobile's GPRS wireless communication technology to transmit data, we can simply use the cell phone to complete the data reception. It is fast and cheap, making a good solution to the shortcomings of the video surveillance. In addition, in the aspect of data acquisition, we usually choose expensive A/D converter chip to ensure data's high accuracy. The author has used V/F chip to meet the required precision through massive successful experiments.","PeriodicalId":294566,"journal":{"name":"2009 IITA International Conference on Control, Automation and Systems Engineering (case 2009)","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-07-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134181798","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It used the modeling-after-test method to establish an accurate MRF-damper model, and the MRF damper model is consecutive adjustable. The linear interpolation technique is used to derive an equivalent MRF damper model. The simulation results of the developed MRF model are verified using MTS damper test.
