Education method that we used was active and participatory learning, this explains how to use and manage drug in proper ways (Dagusibu of drug), application through simulation or demonstration in how to manage properly, and also by evaluation through pretest and post-test. This activity is aimed for PKK candidate and residents Kedungbanteng, Kedungbanteng region, Banyumas regency. Based on the results of the pretest and posttest evaluation showed an increase in knowledge after being given education in the form of counseling, namely the number of respondents who received good grades (80-100) increased from 1 respondent (2.5%) to 12 respondents (30%). Monitoring results home visite also shows the existence of respondents who apply the method of using and managing drugs well and correctly, one of which is by storing drugs in a medicine box. The population of 607 consists of 307 men and 300 women. This village is an area of watery peatland throughout the year. The livelihood of the largest population is fishing and raising ducks. Fishing can be done throughout the year, the types of fish caught are cork (Channa striata), betok (Anabas testudineus), siam spikes (Trichogaster pectoralis), ponds (Helostoma sp.) And swamp fishing (Trichopterus sp.). All types of fish are sold fresh and only a few are processed into processed products. At the beginning of the dry season the production of catches is abundant so that fish tend to be untreated and rotten. Therefore, fisheries product processing technology is needed to overcome it. Through the program of the Peat Restoration Agency in 2018, efforts were made to revitalize the economy of the peat community in Pinang Habang by training and assisting in the processing of shredded cork fish and cork fish crackers. Participants consisted of 20 housewives divided into two groups. Each group is a community economic team focused on one processed product. The training activities began with the dissemination of activities, training on the processing of shredded cork fish, and cork fish crackers. After they are able to process the product, they are given assistance in packaging, labeling, promotion and marketing. The participants' responses during the activities were very positive and the spirit of entrepreneurship emerged when training and capital were provided in the form of equipment and raw materials. The disseminated technology, among others, utilizes bran ammonia as a high protein feed source for poultry, and the manufacture of silage technique feed by utilizing agricultural waste. The Tanah Adat and Ngangang Baku farmer groups are farmers' farmer groups which each member of the farmer group maintains poultry in addition to having large livestock. The problem faced by partners is that the maintenance system is still extensive, the low production is due to the problem of availability of feed with quality that is in line with the needs of livestock, the partners have not been able to utilize local natural resources as feed ingredients. The solutions offered include fulfilling the nutritional needs of livestock by utilizing local resources through the introduction of simple feed processing technology so that farmers can make their own feed and are not dependent on concentrate feed or only use feed without processing. Through this activity, it is expected that farmers and agricultural extension workers will work together to learn to utilize the available local resources into high-yield food. Methods of conducting socialization, training and demonstrations for members of farmer groups as well as mentoring to monitor the development and productivity of post-activity livestock. The results obtained by tabulating the questionnaire given showed that almost all members of the breeders group did not recognize alternative high protein sources and silage techniques. Farmer groups want guidance on an ongoing basis, given the lack of knowledge of breeders and the introduction of technology. Indonesian migrant workers and eks-migrant workers need the ability to communicate in English because it can affect their level of success while working in other countries. This community service activity aims to provide basic English language learning assistance to eks-TKI in sub village of Sumberwaru village, Tamanagung sub-district, Cluring, Bbanyuwangi district which is 30 kilometers from the center of the district administration. The training was attended by 12 people with four face-to-face meetings each with a duration of 2 hours. Face-to-face meetings are conducted with lecture and demonstration methods, followed by practice / practice. The subject presented was divided into three discussion materials, namely Part of speech, Tenses, and Sentences. The obstacles faced in the activity were relatively short training times and varied material capture of the participants. In marketing management aspect, it is found that there are some absences in cases of branding, packaging, Home-Industry Food Certification), and Halal certification issued by Institute for Food, Drug, and Cosmetics Studies - Indonesian Ulema Council. In financial management aspect, it is indicated that there is a mixed financial management of both business and private needs with a very low discipline causing a financial misuse for private expenses. The aim of this service activity is to improve the product competitiveness and business management of the residents at Reksonegoro in Gorontalo Regency. The service programs are carried out through mentoring for a more informative, attractive branding and packaging, helping the issuance of Home-Industry Food Certification and Halal Certification by Institute for Food, Drug, and Cosmetics Studies - Indonesian Ulema Council, and assisting the financial management. The outputs succeeded in each program are a dodol’s branding and logo have been created, and two packaging designs for IDR 50.000,00, and IDR 100.000,00 have been made. Besides that, the partners in this activity have achieved some certifications namely Counseling Certificate, Home-Industry Food Certificate, and Halal certificate issued by Institute for Food, Drug, and Cosmetics Studies - Indonesian Ulema Council of Gorontalo Province. The availability of water is one of the supporting factors for the chili crop production system. Meeting the water needs of chili greatly affects its growth. One obstacle for farmers is managing time when processing land. Farmers spend a lot of time watering and fertilizing plants. This has an impact on the time efficiency of farmers to cultivate other land and clear weeds. The design development of a plant irrigation system using soil moisture sensors can be an alternative solution. This system is capable of automatically watering and detecting the availability of water for watering. The control system used is Arduino Uno as the main controller. From the automated design mindset, it can be said that it is possible to carry out an automation process on the work of watering chili plants. The problem of adequate water in the dry season can be overcome based on controlling the amount of water spray, which is adjusted to the soil moisture sensor readings. As for other problems that need to be studied, related to the system of controlling soil moisture during the rainy season. This problem can be assessed by reference to a soil moisture based watering control system that might also be combined with a soil dryer / dryer system. The performance of village officials must continue to be improved, in order to provide better services to the community. The work activities of village officials are influenced by the level of attendance and discipline of work schedules and hours. The process of recording data on the presence of village officials needs to be managed properly, because it affects the performance of services to the community. Conventional attendance data recording, is done by affixing a signature to a book or attendance form that is done at work time. Weaknesses of this process, including not knowing exactly the hours of work and hours of return and attendance data is easily manipulated by entrusting signatures to others. Based on these problems, it is proposed to implement a fingerprint-based attendance recording system. The process of recording and preparing attendance reports is supported by software that has been designed to handle attendance data processing, and attendance data reports can be printed directly so that it can produce more accurate information and data. Through this program, the target community would increase their knowledge and skills in utilizing local resources optimally, especially in managing lands intensively. For 2019, the proposing team has designed an activity themed Empowerment and Education for Parents of Children with Special Needs for People with Autism in Garut Regency Area by involving two related communities. First, APPAI (Association of Indonesian Autism Practitioners and Observers), a combination of various elements of the community who have concern and desire to contribute to the protection and handling of children with special needs for autism in Indonesia. The second, Portadin (Parents Association of Indonesian Disabled Children) Garut DPD is a community that accommodates ABK parents with autism in Garut. From the results of preliminary observations and the interaction of the team with the community of parents of children with special needs, it was found that there were problems in the form of knowledge and motivation constraints of parents in facing the special conditions of their children. Through PKM activities, data collection, counseling and dialogue with the target audience above are conducted, guided by experts, as a form of empowerment and education. This activity is problem solving, comprehensive, meaningful, complete, and sustainable. The phenomenological qualitative method was chosen because it is a thinking view that emphasizes the focus on subjective experiences (data revealed based on the subject's point of view) of humans and world interpretations.
