The problem of stunting is a condition of chronic malnutrition caused by a lack of nutritional intake over a long period of time. This causes disturbances in the child's development period. This activity aims to help optimize the role of Posyandu to reduce stunting rates in Dringu Village, Dringu District, Probolinggo Regency. The activities were carried out from March to June 2023 at the Dringu Village Posyandu. This service activity involves all cadres and the community of mothers of toddlers. This activity is carried out by analyzing and collecting information related to mothers' understanding of children's nutrition and stunting. The results of the study set priority issues on increasing the role of the Dringu Village Posyandu in suppressing stunting in children. Posyandu has an important role in handling stunting through nutrition monitoring and services as well as counseling and education. As business develops, MSMEs in Kedung Baruk need a Business Identification Number (NIB) to fulfill the urgency of business legality. There are still many Kedung Baruk Village residents who do not understand NIB and its benefits. The purpose of this community service is to help Kedung Baruk residents get their business legalized by assisting MSME players to make NIB and explaining the benefits of having the NIB. The method in the assistance program for making NIB is to record MSMEs that do not yet have NIB, conduct socialization and assistance in making NIB for MSMEs, and submit physical NIB documents to MSME actors. There were positive results in this service activity, namely with this NIB socialization activity, MSMEs were educated about the urgency of the importance of legality in running a business. Processing is still conducted manually and a makeshift coconut grinding machine. It is not enough to support the high demand for coconut milk because Toko Santan XX has many customers in the region. In assessing the quality and safety of food management processes, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) studies can be used. Therefore, based on the situation analysis that has been carried out, this community service intends to provide Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) training to Toko Santan XX. Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) contain minimum requirements and general processing that must be met in food processing, from raw materials to final products. The purpose of the assessment is to make Toko Santan XX can create higher quality products and more efficient management. The GMP assessment was carried out using 14 assessment aspects, the average percentage was 59.45. This means that it is enough for Toko Santan XX to implement GMP at its place of business, but it still needs to be improved. Recommendations for improvements that need to be made include making SOPs based on the order of coconut milk production so that work is more organized, improving the layout of coconut milk processing tools and machines to increase productivity, and avoiding unnecessary movements. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the equity of ownership of business legality or NIB. The service implementation method is divided into four stages. The first stage of MSME observation was carried out through interviews with the Head of RW 07 to obtain MSME data that did not yet have an NIB. The second stage is the survey and data collection for MSMEs which is carried out online via the Google form by distributing questionnaires on the Whatshap of MSME owners. The third stage is MSME counseling about NIB to provide an understanding of the importance of business legality or NIB. The fourth stage is assistance in making business legality or NIB online through Online Single Submission (OSS). To make it easier for MSME owners to obtain the legality of their business, assistance is carried out by visiting the residence of each MSME that will be assisted. The results that have been achieved from this community service activity are (1) there is an increase in the understanding of MSME owners in RW 07, Wonorejo Village about the importance of a business legality or NIB and the many benefits that can be obtained by owning an NIB; (2) understanding of information related to the process of making NIB through OSS; and (3) even distribution of NIB ownership levels. Partners are Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that have businesses in the maintenance, processing and educational tours of catfish. During the Covid-19 pandemic, activities at Kampung Lele continued even though there were fewer visitors. Currently Kampung Lele is also running a food delivery order system made from catfish. The problems that occur are the lack of variants of processed products, unattractive packaging, not having structured financial reports and lack of product marketing. The solutions offered are providing education and training related to the management of processed food production made from catfish, packaging design training, providing assistance and training related to making simple financial reports, HR training and appropriate marketing strategies, especially through social media. The methods used are participatory methods, counseling, training and mentoring.
