At a practical, site-specific management level, efficient and effective assessment and control of such urbanized area impacts require a technical capability to rapidly identify development-induced eco-environmental changes. The readily GRT might provide a mathematically format, and specially represent an eco-environmental response analysis to urbanization. The study puts forward the coupling degrees model based on GRT and ISM to investigate the response of eco-environment to urbanization in Jiangsu province, China. The paper selects 16 critical variables to reveal the coupling mechanism and describes the eco-environmental changes in line with urbanization process from 1990 to 2007. The result shows there exists significant phases for the temporal evolvement of coupling degrees, in which the changing of coupling degrees stages takes on the combining curve composed of two inverted “U “ shaped.","PeriodicalId":294363,"journal":{"name":"2009 IEEE International Conference on Grey Systems and Intelligent Services (GSIS 2009)","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133386389","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The positive effect of banks on economic development is robust to different econometric methods. Harmonized development of national economy is based on financial stability. Each side of supervision will select its strategy according to the other side of the game to make the revenue maximized. In this paper, we analyze risk taking by banks, i.e. the strategy of banking supervisory. Bank under asymmetric information is anglicized based on game theory, and game model is established under the conditions of asymmetric information and is simulated in order to bring some new ideas for the banking risk supervision of China.","PeriodicalId":294363,"journal":{"name":"2009 IEEE International Conference on Grey Systems and Intelligent Services (GSIS 2009)","volume":"64 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115648192","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Due to these issues, data owners are often unwilling to share their sensitive information with data miners. In this paper, we present a novel method for privacy preserving clustering over centralized data. The proposed method is built upon the application of Double-Reflecting Data Perturbation Method (DRDP) and Rotation Based Translation (RBT) in order to provide secrecy of confidential numerical attributes without losing accuracy in results. The experiments demonstrate that the proposed method is effective and provides a feasible approach to balancing privacy and accuracy.","PeriodicalId":294363,"journal":{"name":"2009 IEEE International Conference on Grey Systems and Intelligent Services (GSIS 2009)","volume":"72 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114384339","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
