Firstly, the network privacy information security status is detected and evaluated based on the principle of neural network. According to the evaluation results, the network privacy information encryption processing method is optimized, and the intensity of information encryption is strengthened to achieve the management of network privacy information security. In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional algorithms, such as difficulty in solving nonlinear functions effectively, and difficulty in analyzing the effects of risk coefficient and variance of company assets on patent value, a genetic algorithm solving method for this problem is proposed. In order to effectively verify the function of this method, this paper simplifies it with an example. This method is relatively new. It ranks the line dance movement and folk dance cultures according to their evolutionary characteristics, establishes an evolution model based on the ultra-gradient fuzzy rules; then uses the local optimization schemes to add elite samples or delete weaker samples to the selected feature sets. It gradually conducts optimization operations during the evolution process of the line dance movement and folk dance cultures to reduce the overall computational costs. In the traditional method, the edge contour feature matching multi-scale decomposition method is adopted to perform the fuzzy image restoration, the matching degree of the information template is not high, and the fuzzy image restoration effect is not good. The invention introduces a VR and AR real-time fusion algorithm, and provides a multi-feature distribution fuzzy image restoration algorithm based on VR and AR real-time fusion technology and brightness compensation, The image enhancement process is performed and then matrix expansion is performed on the extracted fine features to maintain the continuity of the image miss area being restored. The image micro-decomposition model of VR and AR real-time fusion algorithm is constructed, and the image information recovery improvement to the edge contour feature points is realized by combining the edge feature lighting degree compensation strategy. The architecture of our model is named New FPN (New Feature Pyramid Network). Based on the structure of Feature Pyramid Network, we design a novel New Feature Pyramid Network, which consists of a combination of top-down and bottom-up connections to fuse features across scales, and achieves high-level semantic feature map at all scales.
