Hypertension is called the silent killer because it often becomes a killer without any complaints, so that sufferers do not know they have hypertension and are only discovered after complications occur. In the working area of the Gangga Public Health Center, it shows that the people in Jugil hamlet who have less knowledge are 65% and those who have sufficient knowledge are 35%. The results of the community service activities that have been carried out in Jugil Hamlet, Sambik Bangkol Village, Working Area of the Gangga Health Center on October 25 2022 using the lecture method where participants who were hypertension patients who attended totaled 41 people. There is a difference in the average knowledge before and after education where the knowledge obtained is increasing. Education has an influence on increasing the knowledge of hypertensive patients, this is very useful so that people know how to manage hypertension independently and reduce the occurrence of complications that can occur in hypertensive patients. So that the provision of education really needs to be done both for patients who experience non-communicable diseases and infectious diseases. Stunting is linear growth that fails to reach its genetic potential as a result of poor diet and infectious diseases. Many parents have difficulty dealing with the problem of lack of appetite in children. Drugs are always the first choice for this condition. Drugs that increase appetite in the long term cause other chronic diseases. Multivitamins in the form of fruits that have high nutritional value, taste sweet, are cheap and easy to obtain are Carica Papaya. The aim is to increase the knowledge of mothers under five about the benefits of papaya fruit (Carica Papaya) on appetite as an effort to prevent stunting. Based on the results of community service regarding Health Education Regarding the Utilization of Papaya Fruit (Carica Papaya) Against Children's Appetite as a Stunting Prevention Effort which was carried out on December 10, 2022. This community service activity went smoothly with the participation of 30 mothers with toddlers. The participants were very enthusiastic. The purpose of the student creativity program - entrepreneurship (PKM-K) is to motivate students to become entrepreneurs in processing waste, especially into crafts that have market value, such as tissue box crafts. Plastic straw waste in the Palopo City environment is one of the elements that causes pollution which is not easy to decompose because it is made from plastic and is inorganic. Utilizing plastic straw waste into valuable products is a creative effort to reuse waste to preserve the environment and increase the economic value of waste that is no longer used. The methods used are the input, process (production), output and evaluation stages. The results of this program are input, conducting market surveys to determine market conditions. Next is a feasibility study of the business to be run. The last stage is the selection of materials and the provision of places as well as facilities and infrastructure to support the production process. Process (production), the process of making a tissue box starts from the preparation of materials and tools. Output, namely the craft of tissue holders that are ready to be used and marketed to consumers. The last is evaluation. At this stage, we will review any deficiencies that make consumers uncomfortable using our products. This socialization activity is a collaboration between the Mataram Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) Selaksa Sejahtera Foundation (YASERA) and Bumigora University. The target of this devotion of people is around the Dusun Salut Kendal amount 40 people out of the planned 70 people which will be carried out in a day. The method of implementing this service is socialization which is the form of a workshop. Methods of socialization delivery of presentation and discussion techniques. This greening is not only done to prevent various kinds of natural disasters, but also as a protectorof the surrounding environment to avoid bad air pollution. This is closely related to the government's policy that the Indonesian people plant 25 trees while they are alive. Considering that Indonesia is the largest contributor of oxygen in the world, quality oxygen is needed for the survival of living things on this earth. Indonesia also has the largest forests so that they become the lungs of the world. Tree planting is carried out in Kelurahan Air Dingin, Pekanbaru City, Riau. The planting of this shade tree consists of matoa trees, mahogany trees and trembesi trees. The greening activity was carried out jointly with community leaders and residents of the Kelurahan Air Dingin on Friday, December 23, 2022. The results of this tree planting activity received appreciation and support from the Lurah, RW, RT and residents of Kelurahan Air Dingin. MSME owners face challenges when improving their business performance due to difficulties in managing their financial resources effectively. One of the factors contributing to this challenge is the mix of their business and personal operating funds. Because of this, a free licensed financial management system start-up called aksyaa.com was developed. Aksyaa.com has features for recording general journals, reporting sales and purchases, and ledgers. Output documents include sales reports, purchases, cash flow statements, balance sheets, and income statements. Aksyaa.com on a web and android basis has been selectively implemented and simulated for several MSMEs as part of community service activities from the Faculty of Engineering, University of Mataram. One of the user partners, MSMEs engaged in selling furniture products in the city of Mataram, managed to use the system by inputting transaction data, so that there were 798 transactions recorded within one month.
